10. WEAR PROPER APPAREL. Do not wear loose
clothing, gloves, neckes, rings, bracelets, or other
jewelry which may get caught in moving parts.
Nonslip footwear is recommended. Wear protecve
hair covering to contain long hair.
11. ALWAYS USE SAFETY GLASSES. Also use face or
dust mask if cung operaon is dusty. Everyday
eyeglasses only have impact resistant lenses, they
are NOT safety glasses.
12. SECURE WORK. Use clamps or a vise to hold work
when praccal. It's safer than using your hand and it
frees both hands to operate tool.
13. DON'T OVERREACH. Keep proper foong and
balance at all mes.
14. MAINTAIN TOOLS WITH CARE. Keep tools sharp
and clean for best and safest performance.
Follow instrucons for lubricang and changing
accessories.
15. DISCONNECT TOOLS before servicing; when
changing accessories, such as blades, bits, cuers,
and the like.
16. REDUCE THE RISK OF UNINTENTIONAL STARTING.
Make sure switch is in o posion before plugging

17. USE RECOMMENDED ACCESSORIES. Consult the
owner's manual for recommended accessories. The
use of improper accessories may cause risk of injury

the tool, a guard or other part that is damaged

2.3Specicsafetywarnings
1. WARNING! Do not use the machine for uses other
than those for which it was designed.
2. Before starng any cung operaon, and while
the operaon is being carried out, ensure that the
water reaches the indicated level.
3. Replace the tank water periodically. Working with
clean water lengthens the life of the blade and
improves its performance.
4. Place the blade guard approximately half a
cenmetre above the surface of the le to be cut
and lock the blade guard by ghtening the knob.
5. Remove the adjustment spanners and tools before
starng the machine.
6. When unpacking the machine, and also aer
each use, check for dents or deformaons and
broken parts and cords. If any of these are found,
do not use the tool and contact the manufacturer
immediately.
7. Keep hands away from the cung area and blade
at all mes.
8. Always use blades with interior diameters that
correspond to the machine’s sha. A larger
interior diameter would cause the cuer to rotate
eccentrically, leading to a loss of control.
9. Never use fastening nuts or plates from damaged
or incorrect blades. These parts were designed
specically for this cuer, to provide beer
funconing and safety during operaon.
10. Do not use damaged or dull blades.
11. Use only the recommended blades, suitable
for RPMs that are greater than or equal to the
maximum RPM of the machine and with holes for
the proper sha.
12. Posion the blade plates correctly and ghten the
nut properly before starng the machine.
13. Verify that the blade has no cracks or other damage
before operaon. Immediately replace damaged
blades. Do a funconal test with no load for at least
30 seconds before using the cuer.
14. Never start the machine with the piece being cut in
contact with the blade.
15. Allow the motor to reach its maximum speed
before cung.
16. Important: aer compleng the cut, turn o the
switch and wait for the blade to stop completely
before seng the cuer down.
17. Always switch o the saw before disconnecng it,
to prevent an accidental start-up when reconnecng
it to the power source.
18. Only use the machine for cung ceramic,
stoneware, porcelain and natural stone.
19. Turn o the machine immediately if you noce any
unusual vibraon or any other malfuncon. Check
the machine to determine the cause.
20. Pay aenon to the dimension of the blades. The
centre hole in the blade must t on the sha with
no free play. If not, a reducer washer (provided with
the blade) will be needed to ensure proper t.
