1. Be

open
position
and
rotate

lower
wheel
guard
upward,
exposing
the
hex
head
bolt
which
secures
the
abrasivewheel
to
the
wneet
arDor
(Ftgure

in
the
shaftlock
lever
(Figure
4)
and
rotate
the wheel
until
the shaft
lock lever
engages,
locking
the
wheelin
place.

holding

place,

the
supplied

mmwrench

loosen
the
hex
head
bolt
byrotating
it
counterclockwise.
Remove
the
hex head
bolt,wosher,
outsideflange,
and
abrasive
wheel.

is heldin place
by a
spring
clip and innerwasheronto the
wheel arbor. Do not remove these
components;
removal is not required
for
wheel
changes.

arbor,
thenslide
it

until
itrests
flushagainst
the
abrasive
wheel.
5. lnsertthehexheadbolt into
thethreaded
endofthe
wheel
arbor
and
rotate
itin
aclockwise
direction
until
snug.Thendepressthe
shaft
locklever
to
prevent
the
shaft
from
rotating,usethesupplied

SWITCH

prevent
unauthorizeduseofthe

the
holein

shown

padlock

shank

The
adjustable
stationary
vise
is
located
attherearof
your
cut-off
machine.
This
vise
can
be
rotated
to
attain
cutting
angles
from
0 to
45and
moved
rearward
to
allow
greater
cutting
widths.
WARNING:
Always
unplug
themachine
from power source before making
adjustments
or performing routine
maintenance.

. Locate
the
twohex
head
boltsbehind
thevise
fence
(Figure
6).
2. Usingthe
supplied17
mm
wrench,
loosen
both
bolts
3. Rotate
the
vise
fence
until
the
desired
angle
ofcut
is
alignedwiththeindicator
groove
inthemachine
base.
NOTE: Angle
indicators
are
stamped
into the
vise
basein
5degreeincrements.
Check
the
angle
of
thevise
fence
to
the
abrasive
wheel
using
a
protractor,
bevel
square,or
similar
device.
Using
the
suppliedwrench,
securely
tightenthe
twohex
head
bolts
holding
thevise
to
themachine
base.
MOVING
THE
STATIONARY
VISE
Toincrease
the
width
of
cut
of
your
cut-off
machine:
1
. Locate
the
twohexhead
boltsbehind
thevise
fence
(Figure
6).
2. Locate
the
threaded
hole
in
themachine
base
directly
behind
the
vise
base.
3. Using
the
supplied

rnmwrench,

both
hex
head
bolts
securing
the
vise
to thecut-off
machine
base.
