QUICK START GUIDE
When you first get your SACKit Rock 350 earphones you need to charge them before they are ready for
use.
Start by placing your SACKit Rock 350 earbuds in the charging case. This is how the earbuds charge.
Now charge the charging case by either of 2 options.
1: Place the charging case on a Qi wireless charger, like SACKit´s own CHARGEit.
2: Use the attached USB-C cable and any 5V, 1A power supply.
Charge for 2 hours minimum.

HOW TO PLAY MUSIC:
1. For rst use: remove SACKit Rock 350 earbuds from the case. Both earbuds will ash on the top edge

2. Switch on Bluetooth on your device
3. Choose “SACKit Rock 350” under Bluetooth settings on your device. Your earbuds are now connected
with your device.
4. Start playing music on your device
5. SACKit Rock 350 automatically switches on/off when connected/disconnected to the charging case.
Manually power on/off by holding down the earbud buttons for 5 seconds
6. SACKit Rock 350 will automatically pair with the last connected device
7. To connect to a new device tap the earbud button 6 times. This works on either earbud
To connect to a new device make sure that the previous connected device is disconnected otherwise con-
necting opportunity won’t appear on the new device.
Please turn off your earbuds after use to get a longer battery life. The earbuds turn off automati-
cally when placed in the charging case.

BATTERY INFORMATION
• Battery: rechargeable Polymer Lithium-Ion Battery, DC: 3.7V/590mAh for charging case, 2 x 50mAh
for earbuds
• Power: USB DC5V, Please use the USB-C cable included with SACKit ROck 350 earbuds for charging
• Charging Time: For rst time use please be sure the battery has been charged fully before use. It
needs more than 2 hours of charging the rst time, then 2 hours for recharging
THE DEVICE
CORRECT PLACEMENT OF THE SACKIT ROCK 350 EARBUDS
Place the earbuds in the ears like shown below. It is important that you place the inside ear support
downwards. You can twist the earbuds until you nd the right placement.

USE SACKIT ROCK 350 EARBUDS
1. For rst use: Remove SACKit Rock 350 earbuds from the case. Both earbuds will blink white on the
top edge LED
2. The left earbud will blink red/white, indicating SACKit Rock 350 is in pairing mode and the earbuds
are connected via True Wireless Stereo .
3. Switch on Bluetooth on your device
4. Choose “SACKit Rock 350” under Bluetooth settings on your device. Your earbuds are now connec-
ted with your device
5. Start playing music on your device
6. SACKit Rock 350 automatically switches on/off when connected/disconnected to the charging case.
Manually power on/off by holding down the earbud buttons for 5 seconds.
HOW TO PAIR SACKIT ROCK 350 EARBUDS WITH BLUETOOTH DEVICES
1. Simply remove your SACKit Rock 350 earbuds from the charging case or long press the X button on
your earbuds for 10 seconds. After the rst 5 seconds, you will hear the ON sound. Keep pressing the
button for another 5 seconds to turn on pairing mode, indicated by ashing red and white LED lights.
2. Please keep the earbuds and Bluetooth device in range of 1 meter when pairing and make sure SACKit
Rock 350 is turned on.
3. Go into the Bluetooth settings on your device and search for new Bluetooth devices and select
”SACKit Rock 350”.
4. The LED light will blink white once SACKit Rock 350 is successfully paired.
5. Long press X button on the earbuds to turn off your SACKit Rock 350 earbuds.
6. SACKit Rock 350 can remember 8 devices: You can pair 8 units with your SACKit Rock 350, at 9th
unit SACKit Rock 350 will forget the rst connected.
OPERATION INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE AFTER FIRST PAIRING
1. After rst time pairing your SACKit Rock 350 earbuds and Bluetooth device will automatically recon-
nect.
2. Turn the earbuds on by holding down the X button until you hear the ON sound or by removing the
earbuds from the case
3. Long press X button to turn off
7. SACKit Rock 350 will automatically pair with the last connected device.
8. To connect to a new device make sure that the previous connected device is disconnected otherwise
connecting opportunity won’t appear on the new device.

1. Before you reset make your device forget SACKit Rock 350 in Bluetooth settings on your device
2. Turn Bluetooth OFF before resetting SACKit Rock 350
3. Place both earbuds in the charging case
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case
5. Follow the steps below (one earbud at a time)
6. When both earbuds are reset, put them back into the charging case and wait 10 sec. before taking
both earbuds up at the same time. The earbuds will automatically pair with each other.
7. Now folllow “How to pair SACKit Rock 350 earbuds with Bluetooth devices” on page 6.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If you have trouble using your SACKit Rock 350 we ask you to try the following solutions. If these solutions
does not x your problem please contact our customer service at [email protected].
My SACKit Rock 350 earbuds are not connected to each other
• Try resetting your SACKit Rock 350 earbuds following the description on page 8. You can now
reconnect SACKit Rock 350 to your device by following the description found on page 6.
I experience issues with stability and connection
• Try to delete the pairing between SACKit Rock 350 and your device on the device. You do this by
accessing the Bluetooth settings on your device and choose “forget SACKit Rock 350”. Now pair
SACKit Rock 350 and your device by following the description found on page 6.
SACKit Rock 350 is not playing music while connected to my device
• If SACKit Rock 350 is not playing music even though your device shows it should be you have to
manually choose to play from SACKit Rock 350 in your device settings. Please refer to the instruction
of your device or specic app for further information.
My SACKit Rock 350 does not turn off when placed in the charging case
• If SACKit Rock 350 earbuds do not turn off when placed in the charging case the case needs to be
charged. Please turn off the earbuds manually by pressing the touch button on one of the earbuds for
5 seconds and charge your SACKit Rock 350 case.
My earbuds do not play with the same sound volume
• As SACKit Rock 350 is an in-ear headset they can be clocked with earwax and dirt. Try removing the
silicone tips from the earbuds and clean the small lter. Please follow the cleaning guide found on
page 10.
• If it is not possible to clean the lter or this does not solve the problem, please contact our customer
service on [email protected]
My SACKit Rock 350 earbuds do not turn on when they are removed from the charging case
• Try placing the earbuds into the charging case and charge SACKit Rock 350 for minimum 2 hours
before using the earbuds .

CLEANING OF THE PRODUCT
1. Kindly switch off SACKit Rock 350 before you clean it and remove the earbuds from the charging
case. The earbuds can manually be turned off by pressing the touch button on one of the earbuds for
10 seconds.
2. Do not use any water, cleaner or chemicals to clean the earbuds
3. To clean the earbuds, remove the small silicone tip and expose the black speaker fabric
4. Use a dry cotton swab to gently clean the speaker fabric
5. Use a soft, dry, and lint-free cloth to wipe the entire earbud and charging case
6. After cleaning please place the earbuds back into the charging
NOTE: Avoid using sharp objects to clean SACKit Rock 350 earbuds and charging case.

• Do not use excessive force when using any of the control buttons.
• If the product is below 5°C when you receive it, please open the product packaging and wait for it to
reach room temperature.
• To prevent overheating of the product is it necessary to keep a cleared area of 10 cm around the
product while charging
• Be sure to place this device on stable, at and level surfaces while charging.

SACKit Rock 350 made from recyclable and high quality materials. Do not dispose of together with living
garbage. Please understand the local classication about collecting electronical, electrical products that
contains batteries. Correct disposal of the product will help to prevent negative impact to the environ-
ment.

QUICK START GUIDE
Når du modtager dine SACKit Rock 350 skal de oplades før de er klar til brug.
Dine SACKit Rock 350 skal placeres i den tilhørende opladeræske, da dette er sådan SACKit Rock 350
oplades.
Nu kan SACKit Rock 350 oplades på en af følgende måder:
1: Placer din SACKit Rock 350 æske på en Qi trådløs oplader, så som SACKit´s egen CHARGEit.
2: Brug det medfølgende USB-C stik og en 5V, 1A power adapter.
SACKit Rock 350 skal oplades i minimum 2 timer før brug.

SÅDAN AFSPILLER DU MUSIK
1. Første anvendelse: Tag SACKit Rock 350 earbuds ud af æsken. Begge earbuds blinker i kantens LED.
2. Tænd Bluetooth på den enhed, du vil tilslutte
3. Vælg “SACKit Rock 350” under Bluetooth indstillingerne på din enhed. Dine earbuds er nu parret
med enheden
4. Start afspilning af musik på din enhed
5. SACKit Rock 350 tænder/slukker automatisk, når de fjernes/sættes i opladeræsken. Alternativt
holdes earbud knapperne inde i mere end 5 sekunder, for manuelt tænd/sluk
6. SACKit Rock 350 parrer efterfølgende automatisk med den sidst tilsluttede enhed
7. For at koble til ny enhed, trykkes der 6 gange på earbud knappen. Dette virker på begge earbuds
For at oprette forbindelse til en ny enhed skal du sørge for, at den tidligere tilsluttede enhed er afbrudt,
ellers vises tilslutningsmuligheden ikke på den nye enhed.
Husk at slukke dine earbuds efter brug for at øge batteriernes levetid. SACKit Rock 350’s earbuds sluk-
ker automatisk når de ligges i opladningsæsken

ANVEND SACKIT ROCK 350 EARBUDS
1. Til første brug: Fjern SACKit Rock 350 earbuds fra opladeræsken. Begge earbuds vil blinke hvidt i
kantens LED
2. Den venstre earbud vil efterfølgende blinke rød/hvid, som indikerer at SACKit Rock 350 er i pairing
mode og dine earbuds er koblet sammen via True Wireless Stereo
3. Tænd for Bluetooth på din enhed
4. Vælg “SACKit Rock 350” under Bluetooth indstillinger på din enhed. Dine earbuds er nu tilkoblet din
enhed
5. Du kan nu starte musikken på din enhed
6. SACKit Rock 350 tænder/slukker automatisk når earbuds indsættes/udtages af opladeræsken. Ma-
nuelt tænd/sluk SACKit Rock 350 ved at holde touch knapperne på earbuds nede i 5 sekunder
PARRING AF SACKIT ROCK 350 EARBUDS MED BLUETOOTH ENHED
1. Fjern SACKit Rock 350 earbuds fra opladeræsken eller giv et langt tryk på X knappen i 10 sekunder.
Efter de første 5 sekunder vil du høre en ON lyd. Pres yderligere 5 sekunder for at tænde for pairing
mode som indikeres ved blinkende rød/hvid LED på earbuds
2. Hold earbuds og Bluetooth enhed indenfor 1 meter af hinanden. Sikre dig at SACKit Rock 350 og
Bluetooth på enheden er tændt
3. Gå til Bluetooth indstillinger på din enhed og søg efter ny Bluetooth enhed. Vælg ”SACKit Rock 350”
4. Det hvide LED lys vil blinke for at indikere at SACKit Rock 350 er parret med enheden.
5. SACKit Rock 350 slukker automatisk når de placeres i opladeræsken. Hold touch knappen inde for
manuelt at slukke dine SACKit Rock 350 earbuds.
6. SACKit Rock 350 kan huske 8 enheder: Du kan parre 8 enheder til din SACKit Rock 350, ved 9 enhed
glemmer SACKit Rock 350 den først tilføjede
BETJENING EFTER FØRSTE PARRING
1. Efter første parring vil SACKit Rock 350 earbuds og Bluetooth enheden automatisk genetablere for-
bindelse
2. Tænd earbuds ved at holde touch knappen nede indtil du hører en ON lyd, eller ved at fjerne earbuds
fra opladeræsken
3. SACKit Rock 350 slukker automatisk når de placeres i opladeræsken. Hold touch knappen inde for
manuelt at slukke dine SACKit Rock 350 earbuds
7. SACKit Rock 350 vil automatisk parre med sidst tilkoblede enhed
8. For at tilkoble en ny enhed skal du først frakoble tidligere parret enhed ellers vises SACKit Rock 350
ikke på den nye enhed.

• Prøv at nulstille dine SACKit Rock 350 earbuds ved hjælp af beskrivelsen på side 18. Herefter skal
SACKit Rock 350 tilsluttes din enhed igen, dette gøres ved at følge beskrivelsen på side 16.
Jeg oplever problemer med stabilitet og forbindelse på SACKit Rock 350
• Prøv at fjerne parringen imellem din enhed og SACKit Rock 350. Dette gøres på din enhed ved at
vælge Bluetooth indstillinger og vælge glem/slet ” SACKit Rock 350”. Herefter skal du igen parre
SACKit Rock 350 og din enhed ved at følge beskrivelsen på side 16.
Mine SACKit Rock 350 earbuds afspiller ikke musik selv om at de er tilsluttet min enhed
• Hvis dine SACKit Rock 350 ikke spiller når de er tilsluttet din enhed skal du manuelt vælge SACKit
Rock 350 som afspilningsenhed fra din enhed. For at gøre dette henviser vi til manualen for din enhed
eller den specikke app.
Mine SACKit Rock 350 slukker ikke når de bliver lagt i opladningsæsken
• Hvis dine earbuds ikke slukker i opladningsæsken skyldes det at æsken er løbet tør for strøm og skal
oplades. Du kan slukke dine SACKit Rock 350 earbuds manuelt ved at trykke på touch knapperne og
holde dem inde i 5 sek., herefter skal din opladningsæske oplades.
Mine earbuds afspiller ikke med samme volumen
• Da SACKit Rock 350 er et in-ear head set kan højtaleren blive stoppet af skidt og ørevoks. For at
fjerne dette skal du fjerne ørepropperne og rengøre det lille lter, en rengøringens vejledning kan
ndes på side 20.
• Hvis dette er muligt at rengøre lteret eller hvis dette ikke løser problemet, kan vores kundeservice

Mine SACKit Rock 350 earbuds tænder ikke når de tages ud af opladningsæsken
• Dine earbuds kan være løbet tør for strøm. Prøv at ligge dine earbuds tilbage i opladningsæsken og
tilslut SACKit Rock 350 til en oplader i minimum 2 timer før SACKit Rock 350 tages i brug igen.

RENGØRING AF PRODUKTET
1. Sluk venligst SACKit Rock 350 før du rengører den samt fjern SACKit Rock 350’s earbuds fra den til-
hørende opladningsæske. Dine earbuds kan slukkes manuelt ved at holde touch knappen inde i 5 sek.
2. Anvend ikke vand, rengøringsmidler, opløsningsmidler eller anden form for væske til rengøring af din
SACKit Rock 350 earbuds.
3. For at rengøre SACKit Rock 350’s earbuds skal ørepropperne fjernes, så det sorte højtalerstof bliver
tilgængeligt.
4. Højttalerstoffet kan forsigtigt rengøres med en tør vatpind.
5. Brug en blød, tør og fnugfri klud til at tørre dine earbuds af efterfølgende.
6. Efter rengøring ligges SACKit Rock 350’s earbuds tilbage i opladningsæsken for at genaktivere dem .
