QUICK START GUIDE
When you first get your ROCKit S earphones you need to charge them before they are ready for
use.
Start by placing your ROCKit S earbuds in the charging case. This is how the earbuds charge.
You can charge your case by using the attached USB-C cable and any 5V, 1A power supply.
Charge for 2 hours minimum.

How to play music:
1. For rst use: remove ROCKit S earbuds from the case. Both earbuds will ash white on the top
edge LED
2. The le earbud will blink white, indicang ROCKit S is in pairing mode and the earbuds are con-
nected via True Wireless Stereo
3. Switch on Bluetooth on your device
4. Choose “ROCKit S” under Bluetooth sengs on your device. Your earbuds are now connected
with your device
5. Start playing music on your device
6. ROCKit S automacally switches on/o when connected/disconnected to the charging case. Ma-
nually power on/o by holding down the earbud buons for 10 seconds
7. ROCKit S will automacally pair with the last connected device.
To connect to a new device make sure that the previous connected device is disconnected otherwise
connecng opportunity won’t appear on the new device.
Please turn o your earbuds aer use to get a longer baery life. The earbuds turn o automa-
cally when placed in the charging case.

Battery information
• Baery: rechargeable Polymer Lithium-Ion Baery, DC: 3.7V/590mAh for charging case, 2 x
75mAh for earbuds
• Power: USB DC5V, Please use the USB-C cable included with your ROCKit S earbuds for charging
• Charging Time: For rst me use please be sure the baery has been charged fully before use. It
needs more than 2 hours of charging the rst me, then 2 hours for recharging
THE DEVICE
Correct placement of the ROCKit S earbuds
Place the earbuds in the ears like shown below. It is important that you place the inside ear support
downwards. You can twist the earbuds unl you nd the right placement.

Use ROCKit S earphones
1. For rst use: Remove ROCKit S earbuds from the case. Both earbuds will blink white on the top
edge LED
2. The le earbud will blink red/white, indicang ROCKit S is in pairing mode and the earbuds are
connected via True Wireless Stereo
3. Switch on Bluetooth on your device
4. Choose “ROCKit S” under Bluetooth sengs on your device. Your earbuds are now connected
with your device
5. Start playing music on your device
6. ROCKit S automacally switches on/o when connected/disconnected to the charging case.

How to pair ROCKit S earbuds with Bluetooth devices
1. Simply remove your ROCKit S earbuds from the charging case or long press the X buon on your
earbuds for 10 seconds. Aer the rst 5 seconds, you will hear the ON sound. Keep pressing the
buon for another 5 seconds to turn on pairing mode, indicated by ashing red and white LED
lights
2. Please keep the earbuds and Bluetooth device in range of 1 meter when pairing and make sure
ROCKit S is turned on
3. Go into the Bluetooth sengs on your device and search for new Bluetooth devices and select
ROCKit S
4. The LED light will blink white once ROCKit S is successfully paired
5. Long press X buon on the earbuds to turn o your ROCKit S earbuds
6. ROCKit S can remember 8 devices: You can pair 8 units with your ROCKit S, at 9th unit ROCKit S
will forget the rst connected
Operation instructions for use after first pairing
1. Aer rst me pairing your ROCKit S earbuds and Bluetooth device will automacally reconnect
2. Turn the earbuds on by holding down the X buon unl you hear the ON sound or by removing
the earbuds from the case
3. Long press X buon to turn o
7. ROCKit S will automacally pair with the last connected device.
8. To connect to a new device make sure that the previous connected device is disconnected
otherwise connecng opportunity won’t appear on the new device.

1. Before you reset make your device forget ROCKit S in Bluetooth sengs on your device
2. Turn Bluetooth OFF before reseng ROCKit S
3. Place both earbuds in the charging case
4. Take both earbuds out of the charging case
5. Follow bellow steps one earbud at a me

6. When both earbuds are reset, put them back into the charging case and wait 10 sec. before ta-
king both earbuds up at the same me. The earbuds they will automacally pair with each other.
7. Now folllow “How to pair ROCKit S earbuds with Bluetooth devices” on page 6.
It did not work? Okay, rst and foremost: Do Not Panic! Your ROCKit S will work just ne if you
follow these steps:
• Has the LED on the earbud turned red? If the LED has not turned red the earbuds have not been
reset correctly. It is essenal that the 5 taps happens quickly, this may take a few tries.
• If the LED tuned red, it worked! Your earbuds have been reset. You now have to put them back
into the charging case for 10 seconds before they are ready to reconnect.

TROUBLESHOOTING
If you have trouble using your ROCKit S we ask you to try the following soluons. If these soluons
does not x your problem please contact our customer service at inf[email protected].
My ROCKit S earbuds are not connected to each other
• Try reseng your ROCKit S earbuds following the descripon on page 7. You can now reconnect
ROCKit S to your device by following the descripon found on 6
I experience issues with stability and connecon
• Try to delete the pairing between ROCKit S and your device on the device. You do this by
accessing the Bluetooth sengs on your device and choose “forget ROCKit S”. Now pair ROCKit
S and your device by following the descripon found on 6
ROCKit S is not playing music while connected to my device
• If ROCKit S is not playing music even though your device shows it should be, you have to
manually choose to play from ROCKit in your device sengs. Please refer to the instrucon of
your device or specic app for further informaon.
My ROCKit S does not turn o when placed in the charging case
• If ROCKit S earbuds do not turn o when placed in the charging case the case needs to be
charged. Please turn o the earbuds manually by pressing the touch buon on one of the earbuds
for 10 seconds and charge your ROCKit S case
My earbuds do not play with the same sound volume
• As ROCKit S is an in-ear headset they can be clocked with earwax and dirt. Try removing the
silicone ps from the earbuds and clean the small lter. Please follow the cleaning guide found on
page 10
• If it is not possible to clean the lter or this does not solve the problem, please contact our
customer service on [email protected]
My ROCKit S earbuds do not turn on when they are removed from the charging case
• Try placing the earbuds into the charging case and charge ROCKit S for minimum 2 hours before
using the earbuds

CLEANING OF THE PRODUCT
1. Kindly switch o ROCKit S before you clean it and remove the earbuds from the charging case.
The earbuds can manually be turned o by pressing the touch buon on one of the earbuds for
10 seconds.
2. Do not use any water, cleaner or chemicals to clean the earbuds
3. To clean the earbuds, remove the small silicone p and expose the black speaker fabric
4. Use a dry coon swab to gently clean the speaker fabric.
5. Use a so, dry, and lint-free cloth to wipe the enre earbud and charging case
6. Aer cleaning please place the earbuds back into the charging

product while charging

garbage. Please understand the local classicaon about collecng electronical, electrical products
that contains baeries. Correct disposal of the product will help to prevent negave impact to the

COMPLAINTS
Please contact our customer service if you have a complaint or a pair of broken ROCKit S earbuds. If
your earbuds has a defect, please inform your serial number, when you contact us. You will nd the
serial number on the boom of the charging case.

Når du modtager dine ROCKit S skal de oplades før de er klar l brug.
Dine ROCKit S skal placeres i den lhøre opladeræske, da dee er sådan ROCKit oplades. Nu kan
ROCKit S oplades ved at bruge det medfølgende USB-C sk og en 5V, 1A power adapter.
ROCKit S skal oplades i minimum 2 mer før brug.
Sådan afspiller du musik

Virkede det ikke? Okay, først og fremmest: Ingen Panik! Dine ROCKit S skal nok fungere igen hvis du
følger disse trin:
• Lyser dioden på din earbud rødt? Hvis ikke, så er dine ROCKit S ikke blevet nulsllet. Det er viggt
at de 5 klik sker hurgt eer hinanden – måske kræver det et par forsøg.
• Hvis den lyser rødt, så lykkedes det! Dine earbuds er nu blevet nulsllet, de skal dog lbage i
opladningsæsken i 10 sekunder før de er klar l at connecte igen.

Mine ROCKit S slukker ikke når de bliver lagt i opladningsæsken
• Hvis dine earbuds ikke slukker i opladningsæsken skyldes det at æsken er løbet tør for strøm og
skal oplades. Du kan slukke dine ROCKit S earbuds manuelt ved at trykke på touch knapperne og
holde dem inde i 10 sek., hereer skal din opladningsæske oplades
Mine earbuds afspiller ikke med samme volumen
• Da ROCKit S er et in-ear head set kan højtaleren blive stoppet af skidt og ørevoks. For at erne
dee skal du erne ørepropperne og rengøre det lille lter, en rengøringens vejledning kan ndes
på side 20.
• Hvis dee er muligt at rengøre lteret eller hvis dee ikke løser problemet, kan vores

RENGØRING AF PRODUKTET
1. Sluk venligst ROCKit S før du rengøre den samt ern ROCKit S earbuds fra den lhørende oplad-
ningsæske. Dine earbuds kan slukkes manuelt ved at holde touch knappen inde i 10 sek.
2. Anvend ikke vand, rengøringsmidler, opløsningsmidler eller anden form for væske l rengøring af
din ROCKit S earbuds
