General Happy swing
instructions.
• Complies with safety requirements. Tested in an
approved laboratory in accordance with decree no.
91-1292 – December 1991. EN 16232 : 2013.
• Our products have been carefully designed and
tested with the safety and comfort of your child in
mind.
WARNING:
• Never leave the child unattended.
• Do not use this product once your child can sit up
unaided or weighs more than 9 kg.
• This product is not intended for prolonged periods
of sleeping.
• Never use this product on an elevated surface (e.g. a
table).
• Always use the restraint system.
• To avoid injury ensure that children are kept away
when unfolding and folding this product.
• Do not let children play with this product.
• Do not move or lift this product with the baby inside
it. If the infant swing has loudspeakers connected to
external sound generating devices (e.g. personal
music players ...) the following warning shall be
included:
• When the product is connected to a music player,
ensure that the volume of the music player is set to a
low value.
WARNING:
• This product does not replace a cot or a bed.
Should your child need to sleep, then it should be
placed in a suitable cot or bed.
• Do not use the product if any components are
broken or missing.
• Do not use accessories or replacement parts other
than those approved by the manufacturer.
• Always verify that the crotch strap and harness are
correctly adjusted and locked even if the child is set
for a short time.
• Be sure to check that your childcare article does not
contain any loose screws or any other part which
might injure the child or catch or trap his or her
clothing (ribbon, dummy, necklace etc…), and thus
cause strangulation.
• Check that the locking mechanisms are correctly
engaged and adjusted before using your childcare
article.
• Ensure that your childcare article is on a solid
surface and is positioned at a safe distance from any
device capable of producing an open fl ame, sources
of intense heat, electrical sockets, extension leads,
cookers, stoves… etc, or any object within the child’s
reach.
• Non-rechargeable batteries are not to be recharged.
Different types of batteries or new and used
batteries are not to be mixed. Batteries are to be
inserted with the correct polarity. Exhausted
batteries are to be removed from the infant swing.
You should take off the battery when you put away
the product.
WARNING:
• To avoid the risk of suffocation, keep all plastic bags
and packaging out of reach of babies and young
children.

Advice from Safety 1st
As soon as your child is capable of sitting up unaided,
we recommend that you use a high chair for the
safety and comfort of your child. If possible, vary the
angle of the backrest according to requirements :
sitting for meals, semi-reclining when awake and fully
reclining when resting. In order to develop his or her
motor skills, remember to give the child a small toy to
play with when in the baby chair between meal times.
Do not leave the child in the baby chair for very long
periods: 1.5 hours max. To prevent the risk of tipping,
the baby chair should never be carried by two
persons.To prevent the risk of falling, the baby chair
should not be carried with the child in it. Clean the
baby chair regularly.
Maintenance:
• To facilitate reassembly, be sure to make a note of
how the different parts fi t together before
dismantling the product.
• Do not iron. Remember that all mechanical
products need regular maintenance and careful use
if they are to provide maximum satisfaction and last
a long time.
• To give perfect satisfaction, the product must be
cared for regularly.
Fabric:
• Before cleaning check the label sewn into
the fabric, you will fi nd the wash symbols indicating
the method of washing each item.

“Dear Customer,

your expectations. This certifi cate indicates that this
product has been manufactured according to the
quality standards applicable and that it has been
subjected to numerous checks during the various
manufacturing stages. Should an anomaly occur
during the warranty period, we will respect the
conditions stipulated in the guarantee. Guarantee
Certifi cate:We guarantee that this product complies
with the security regulations currently in effect, and
that it is free from defects in material and
craftsmanship at the time it is purchased by the
retailer. If this product fails within 24 months of the
original purchase and under normal use as defi ned in
the user’s manual, we will repair or replace the
product (for more information regarding our
warranty policy, ask your retailer or consult our
website), except in the following cases:”
• Use and purpose other than those indicated in the
instructions for use.
•Installation not in accordance with the instructions.
•Repair carried out by a non-approved person or
retailer.
•Proof of purchase not presented.
•Product not maintained.
•Replacement of any parts subject to wear (wheels,
areas which rub, etc.) during normal use.

From the date the product is purchased.
For how long?
For 24 consecutive months, non-transferable; only
the fi rst purchaser benefi ts from this.
What do you have to do?
After you purchase your product, you must keep the
sales receipt showing the date of purchase. If a
problem should arise, the product must be taken
back to the retailer from whom it was bought. Any
product sent directly to the manufacturer will not be
covered by the guarantee.

Verschlussmechanismus eingerastet und korrekt
angepasst/justiert ist.
• Vergewissern Sie sich, dass die Wippe auf einer
stabilen Unterlage steht und ein Sicherheitsabstand zu
jeglichen Gegenständen, welche über eine offene
Flamme oder eine intensive Wärmequelle verfügen,
bzw. zu Steckdosen, Verlängerungskabeln, Öfen etc.

Reichweite von Babys und kleinen Kindern.
Tips von Safety 1st:
Sobald das Kind selbständig aufrecht sitzen kann
empfehlen wir aus Sicherheitsgründen und für den
Komfort des Kindes die Verwendung eines
Hochstuhls. Soweit möglich passen Sie die
Schrägstellung der Rückenlehne den jeweiligen
Anforderungen an : Sitzposition zum Einnehmen der
Mahlzeiten, Halbliegeposition beim Wachsein bzw.
Liegeposition als Ruhestellung. Um die
psychomotorische Entwicklung zu fördern denken Sie
daran Ihrem Kind in der Wippe ein kleines Spielzeug
zu geben, wenn es nicht gerade eine Mahlzeit
einnimmt. Lassen Sie Ihr Kind nicht zu lange in der
Wippe : 1 Stunde 30 Minuten maximal. Um ein
Schwenken und Kippen zu vermeiden transportieren

• Das Produkt muß regelmäßig gepfl egt werden,
