Before use, please read these safety warnings carefully and use the samovar properly.
These safety warnings are indicated for the safe and proper use of this product, prevent
danger to the user or others, and damage property.
Do not touch hot surfaces. Use handle or knob.
To protect against fire, electric shock, and
injury to persons, do not immerse samovar, plug,
or cord in water or other liquid.
Unplug when not in use and before cleaning.
Allow cooling before putting on or taking off
parts. Contact Customer Support.
Do not use third-party replacement parts
or accessories, as this may cause injuries.
Do not operate any appliance with a
damaged cord or plug or after the appliance
malfunctions or has been damaged in any
manner. Contact Customer Support.
Do not use outdoors.
Do not place on or near a hot gas or electric
burner or in a heated oven. Always attach the
plug to the appliance first, then plug the cord
into the wall outlet. To disconnect, turn any
control to ’’off,’’ then remove the plug from
a wall outlet.
Do not use the appliance for other than intended
use. For household use only.
Do not use your samovar for any purpose other
than described in this manual.

To avoid burns and risk of personal injury,
use extreme caution when carrying a samovar
containing hot water.
Do not use the samovar if your hands are wet.
Position the samovar properly on the power
base before switching on.
DO NOT HEAT AN EMPTY SAMOVAR: The
concealed heating element in the bottom of the
samovar is protected by an automatic safety
device. If your samovar is accidentally heated
without being filled or is allowed to boil dry, it will
automatically cool down and then turn off.
If this happens, unplug the samovar , fill it with
cold water, and wait a few minutes before
replacing it on the base and plugging it in.
Use samovar only with a delivered power base.
Do not use any other samovar on the delivered
base or any other base. Use only the original,
delivered pair together.
After using the samovar , wait until samovar has
cooled down before removing the lid.
To avoid possible steam damage, turn spout
away from walls or cabinets during use.
Use a protective pad under the samovar after
it has been heated to prevent damage to
surfaces.
To reduce the risk of fire or electric shock, do not
remove the bottom cover from the base or
disassemble the samovar in any way. There are
no user-serviceable parts inside. Repair should
be done by authorized service personnel only.
Opening base or samovar will result in a void of
the one-year warranty.
Scalding may occur if the lid is removed during
the brewing cycles. If the samovar is overfilled,
boiling water may be ejected.
Never use your samovar without the parts
in place.
Keep your unit away from flammable
materials. Use on a flat, stable, heat-resistant
surface away from heat sources or liquid.
Samovar only be used with the stand provided.
Warning: Avoid spillage on the connector.
Warning: Potential injury from misuse.
Do not remove the lid while the water is boiling.
This appliance has a polarized plug (one blade
is wider than the other). To reduce the risk of
electric shock, this plug is intended to fit into a
polarized outlet only one way. If the plug does
not fit fully into the outlet, reverse the plug. If it
still does not fit, contact a qualified electrician.
Do not attempt to modify the plug in any way.
Keep the power cord away from hot surfaces.
Do not plug in the power cord or operate the
Unit controls with wet hands.
Your samovar should only be used with 120V,
60Hz electrical systems. Do not plug into
another type of outlet.

BEFORE FIRST USE
Please read all use instructions thoroughly before turning on and using your electric
samovar.
Test Run
Remove and discard any packaging material, promotional labels, and tape from the
electric samovar.
1. Place the electric samovar base on a flat, level surface.
2. Fill the electric samovar with water to MAX 4.0 L line.
3. Put the porcelain teapot on top of electric samovar body.
4. Make sure the electric samovar base is plugged in.
5. Press START/STOP button on control panel to begin the heating cycle.
6. Once the boil cycle is complete, discard the water and repeat this process one more time.

GETTING TO KNOW YOUR ELECTRIC SAMOVAR
CONTROL PANEL DISPLAY & OPERATING BUTTONS
NOTE: The temperature accuracy of the
electric samovat is +/- 3°F.
1. Temperature Display:
Live Temperature Readout: When the
electric samovar starts working, the
temperature display will show the current
temperature of the water inside to track
progress.
POWERING ON
Plug the power cord into the socket. The
power button will start illimunating,
control panel will automatically turn on
once plugged in.
POWERING OFF
The electric samovar will automatically
power off after 3 hours of inactivity. To
manually power off, press and hold the
POWER ON/OFF button
for 3 seconds.

USING YOUR ELCTRIC SAMOVAR
Automatic Shutoff:
The electric samovar will automatically
power off after 3 hours of inactivity.
AUTO KEEP WARM
Auto keep warm is the electric
samovar's ability to maintain the
default temperature for 3 hours after
a heating cycle. Once the electric
samovar reached boiling temperature,
the electric samovar will beep and
automatically activate keep warm.
To indicate that the keep warm is
activated, the red light ring will start
pulsing effect.
BOIL DRY PROTECTION
If the electric samovar has insufficient
water when starting a heating cycle,
the tea maker kettle will automatically
switch off to protect from overheating
and causing damage. The electric
samovar will beep and the
temperature display will read "NO
WATER" to signify that the electric
samovar has boiled dry. Allow the
electric samovar to cool for at least
10 minutes before refilling.
HEATING WATER
NOTE: ONLY fill the electric samovar
body with water. DO NOT heat or boil
other liquids.
1. Plug in the electric samovar. Fill the
electric samovar with the desired amount
of water above minimum level and below
maximum level. Put the porcelain teapot on
top of electric samovar body.
2. Press POWER ON/OFF button once to start
heating cycle. To indicate that the heating
cycle has started, the red light ring will
illimunate, and the display will show current
temperature.
3. When the water has reached the
temperature, the electric samovar will
beep and automatically switch on the keep
warm function. The electric samovar will
continue to keep warm the temperature for
up to 3 hours.
NOTE: In order to keep the tea hot in
the teapot, please be sure that there is
enough water inside the samovar
during the keep warm period.

CLEANING & CARE
WARNING: NEVER immerse the electric
samovar in water. Instead of washing
just wipe the exterior of the samovar
body during the keep warm period.
WARNING: Do not use chemicals or
abrasive cleaners internally or
externally.
1. Unplug your electric samovar and allow
it to cool before cleaning.
2. Wipe the electric samovar and power
base with a soft damp cloth.
3 Be sure that electric socket is kept dry.
4. Dry all parts after every use.
DESCALING
The electric samovar will not work
properly if it is not descaled regularly.
Regular descaling can increase the life of
the electric samovar, allowing it to boil
water faster and with less energy.
Scale is a naturally occurring buildup of
mineral deposits caused by impurities in
water, especially hard water. For best
performance, descale the electric
samovar every 4-8 weeks or whenever
scale buildup is present inside.
Descaling can be completed with a
descaling solutions specifically designed
for kettles. Follow the directions on the
descaling solution package,
OR
1) Fill the kettle with equal parts water
and white vinegar.
2) Let sit for 30 minutes.
3) Discard solution and rinse electric
samovar thoroughly with clean water.
4) Repeat this process until all deposits
are removed.

TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
The electric samovar base won't turn on.
Make sure the power cord is securely plugged into the socket.
Insert the power cord into a different socket
Reset the circuit breaker if necessary.
The electric samovar is not heating up.
The overheat control may have tripped. Let the electric samovar cool down.
Ensure the electric samovar is fully seated on the power base.
The electric samovar turns off before reaching the target temperature.
The electric samovar may contain too much scale. Refer to the descaling instructions on
page 7 to descale the samovar.
TEMPERATURE DISPLAY MESSAGES:
NO WATER
There is an insufficient amount of water inside the electric samovar. Allow the electric
samovar to cool for at least 10 minutes, then add fresh, room temperature water to at
least above the minimum level and restart the heating cycle.

product to the original and quality, under
normal use and conditions, for a period of
one year from the date of original
purchase.
Saki Kitchen agrees, at our option during
the warranty period, to repair any defect in
material or workmanship or furnish an
equal product in exchange without charge,
subject to verification of the defect or
malfunction and proof of the date of
purchase.
There is no other express warranty. This
warranty does not apply:
If the product has been modified from its
original condition;
If the product has not been used in
accordance with directions and
instructions in the user manual;
To damages or defects caused by
accident, abuse, misuse or improper or
inadequate maintenance;
To damages or defects caused by service
or repair of the product performed by an
unauthorized service provider or by
anyone other than SAKI;
To damages or defects occurring during
commercial use, rental use, or any use for
which the product is not intended;
To damages or defects exceeding the
cost of the product.
Saki Kitchen will not be liable for indirect,
incidental, or consequential damages in
connection with the use of the product
covered by this warranty.
This warranty extends only to the original
consumer purchaser of the product and is
not transferable to any subsequent owner
of the product regardless of whether the
product is transferred during the specified
term of the warranty.
This warranty does not extend to products
purchased from unauthorized sellers. Saki
Kitchen’s warranty extends only to products
purchased from authorized sellers that are
subject to Saki Kitchen’s quality controls
and have agreed to follow its quality
controls.
All implied warranties are limited to the
period of this limited warranty.
This warranty gives you specific legal rights,
and you may also have other rights which
vary from state to state. Some states do not
allow the exclusion or limitation of
incidental or consequential damages,
so the above limitation or exclusion may
not apply to you.
If you discover that your product is
defective within the specified warranty
period, please contact Customer Support
product before contacting us. Once our
Customer Support Team has approved
your request, please return the product with
a copy of the invoice and order ID.
