Thank you for purchasing the Slimline Digital Scale!
Please read the following operation information to ensure the proper function of your new scale.
WEIGHT MEASUREMENTS
1. Press the TARE/ button to turn on the scale. (Press and hold to turn off)
2. Press the MODE button to change the units of measurement.
3. Place an item on the scale in the center of the platform.
TARE (ADD & WEIGH)
A. Ignore the weight of a container:
1. Place a container on the platform before turning on the scale.
- OR -
1. Turn on the scale and place the container on the platform.
2. Press the TARE/ button and zero weight will display.
3. Add items into the container to be weighed.
B. Find the individual weight of multiple items in one container:
1. Press TARE/ to reset the scale back to zero weight.
2. Add additional items to be weighed.
3. Repeat steps 1-2 for each additional item.
C. Reset the scale back to zero weight:
1. If nothing is on the scale and it does not read zero weight, press the TARE/ button to reset the scale back to zero
weight.
Attention! The scale will tare any amount of weight. Once the total weight actually on the scale reaches the maximum
capacity of 33 pounds (15 kg) the overload warning code “EEEE” will display.
PROPER USE & CARE
• Use and stow the scale at room temperature.
• Use on a at, level, and stable surface.
• The scale is an instrument of precision. Do not submit the scale to shaking, excessive vibration or other rough treatment.
• The display may be affected by electromagnetic disturbances such as radios, microwaves, or cell phones. If such
disturbances occur, remove the source of the disturbance and restart the scale.
• Disassembling or tampering with the scale voids the warranty.
• Clean the scale with dish soap, and a damp cloth.
• Do not submerge in liquid; the scale is not waterproof.

PESAGES
1. Appuyez sur le bouton TARE/ pour allumer la balance. (Maintenez enfoncée pour désactiver)
2. Appuyez sur le bouton MODE pour changer les unités de mesure.
3. Placez un élément sur la balance au centre de la plateforme.
TARE (AJOUTER & PESER)
A. Ignorer le poids d’un conteneur :
1. Placez un récipient sur la plateforme avant d’allumer la balance.
- OU -
1. Allumer la balance et placer le récipient sur la plateforme.
2. Appuyez sur le bouton TARE/ et le poids nul s’afchera.
3. Ajouter des éléments à peser dans le conteneur.
B. Trouver le poids individuel de plusieurs éléments dans un conteneur :
1. Appuyez sur TARE/ pour remettre la balance à poids nul.
2. Ajouter des éléments supplémentaires à peser.
3. Répétez les étapes 1 et 2 pour chaque élément additionnel.
C. Réinitialiser la balance à poids nul :
1. Si rien n’est placé sur la balance et le poids nul n’est pas afché, apuyez sur le bouton TARE/ pour réinitialiser la balance à
poids nul.
Attention ! La balance tare toute quantité de poids. Une fois que le poids total sur la balance aura atteint la capacité maximale de
33 livres (15 kg) le code d’avertissement de surcharge “EEEE” s’afchera.
UTILISATION CORRECTE ET ENTRETIEN
• Utilisez et rangez l’échelle à la température ambiante.
• Utilisez sur une surface plane, horizontale et stable.
• La balance est un instrument de précision. Ne soumettez pas la balance à des secousses, des vibrations excessives ou autre
traite-ments bruts.
• L’afchage peut être affectée par des perturbations électromagnéti-ques tels que radios, fours à microondes ou téléphones
cellulaires. Sicesperturbations seproduisent, débranchez la source de la per-turbation, redémarrez la balance.
• Le désassemblage ou l’altération de la balance annule la garantie.
• Nettoyez la balance avec détergent à vaisselle, et un chiffon humi-de.
• Ne pas immerger dans un liquide ; la balance n’est pas imperméa-ble.

MEDICIONES DE PESO
1. Presione el botón TARA/ para encender la báscula. (Mantenga pulsado el botón para apagar)

A. Ignorar el peso de un contenedor:

1. Encienda la báscula y coloque el recipiente sobre la plataforma.
2. Presione el botón TARA/ y se mostrará un peso de cero.
3. Agregue elementos a ser pesados en el recipiente.
B. Encuentre el peso individual de varios elementos en un reci-piente:
1. Presione TARA/ para restablecer la báscula a cero peso.
2. Añada los elementos adicionales a ser pesados.
3. Repita los pasos 1-2 para cada elemento adicional.
C. Restablezca la báscula a cero peso.
1. Si no hay nada en la báscula y no muestra cero peso, presione el botón TARA/ para restablecer la báscula a cero
peso.
¡Atención! La báscula hará Tara de cualquier cantidad de peso. Una vez que el peso total realmente en la báscula alcance la
capacidad máxima de 33 libras (15 kg) el código de alerta de sobrecarga que mostrará “EEEE”.
USO Y CUIDADO CORRECTOS
• Utilice y guarde la báscula a temperatura ambiente.
• Utilícela en una supercie plana, nivelada y estable.
• La báscula es un instrumento de precisión. No someta la báscula a agitación, vibración excesiva u otro tratamiento rudo.
• La pantalla puede verse afectada por alteraciones electromagnéti-cas, tales como radios, microondas, o teléfonos
celulares. Si tales alteraciones ocurren, retire la fuente de la alteración y reinicie la báscula.
• Desmontar o alterar la báscula anula la garantía.
• Limpie la báscula con jabón y un paño húmedo.
• No la sumerja en líquidos; la báscula no es a prueba de agua.
