lPoweron:Pleaseconfirmifthedecorationoftheuseplaceiscompletelyfinished(Pleasepayattentiontothatdonotputthedetectorinthe
decorationenvironment,otherwisethesensormaybedamaged);Afterdecorationisfinished,plugthedetectorinAC110/220Vpower
socket,thenappearvoiceprompt “welcometousetheproductsofFanhaiSanjiang”andtheLCDdisplaysthebootinterface.
lPreheatstatus:Thedetectorentersintopreheatstatusafterpoweron.Atthisstage,theindicatorlampblinksandthepreheatstatuslasts
forabout20minutes.
lNormalworking:Afterpreheatstatusfinished,detectorentersintonormalworkingstatus;Atthisstage,powerindicatorlampisalwayson
andLCDscreendisplaysworkinginterface.
lFault:Onceasensorfailureisdetectedbydetector(suchasshortcircuit,opencircuitetc.),thefaultindicatinglampisalwaysonandmakes
asound “dididi”periodically.(perperiod/oneminuteapproximately).
lAlarm:Oncethegasdensityreachestothesettingalarmvalue,thedetectorwillbetriggeredalarmprompt.Thealarmlampisalwayson
duringthisstageandwillenterintothreestagesbelowalongwiththeincreasingleakageofgasdensity.

lAlarmrecovery:Whenthegasdensityreducestothesettingalarmvalue,thedetectorwillberecoveredtothenormalworkingstatus.
lSelf-checking:Pressthe “TEST”buttonshortly.Thedetectorentersintoself-checkingstatus;Atthisstage,therelatedvoice,light,LCDwill
bechecked.Thedetectorentersintonormalworkingstatusafterself-checkingfinished.
lEnergy-savingcontrol ThedetectorconfiguredwithinfraredsensortofurthercontrolthestartandstopofLCD.Iftheinfraredsensordidnot
detectanymovingobjectsforalongtime(around3minutes),theLCDwillstopdisplaying.Ifamovingobjectisdetectedbyinfraredsensor,
LCDscreenwillopentodisplayandextendthedisplaytime.Thedetectordoesnotmakeenergy-savingcontrolwhenitalarms.
2. Installationlocationdescription
Installationpositionofdetector(asshownbelow)shouldbedecidedbytheanalysisonthebasisoftheactualsituationofthelocationsoftheuse
ofgasandstove.Butitshouldcomplywiththefollowingprinciples:
1) Thedetectorshouldbeinstalledinthesameroomwiththestove;
2) Thedetectorismountedatahorizontaldistance1.5metersto4metersofgasstoveorgassource;
3) Verticalheightofdetector:theinstallationfromthecombustionairoranoven(above)theverticaldistanceislargerthanorequalto0.5
meters,fromtheceilingof0.3metersplace(becausetheproportionofthegasislighterthanair);

5) Inordertopreventtheoccurrenceofthedetectorfailure,pleasedonotinstallthedetectorinthefollowingpositions:
a.Theplaceswhicharedirectlyinfluencedbyexhaust,fumes,steam,etc;
b.Closetotheairinlet,exhaustfan,doorandwindowetc.withalargeairflowplace;
c.Nearthebathroom,thewatervapor,thehotwaterroomandtheplacewithpoweroutageatnight;
d.Anti-explosionplace;
e.Wherethetemperatureisbelow0degreescelsiusorabove55oroutdoor.
Clocksetting
1. Longpress “TEST”button(around3seconds),enterintoclock(24hoursdisplay)calibrationstatus.Thefirsttwodigitsoftheyearcannot
beset,onlythelasttwodigitscanbeset.Inotherwords,theminimumyearstartsfrom2000.Thethirddigitoftheyearchangestogreen
colourandincreases “1”asacycleautomatically.Pleaseshortpress “self-checking”buttonuntilthethirddigitoftheyearchangestothe
defaultvalueandthenitwillbesaved.Nexttheinterfacewilljumptothefourthdigitoftheyear.
2. Thefourthdigitoftheyear:itchangestogreencolourandincrease “1”asacycleautomatically.Pleaseshortpress “self-checking”button
untilthefourthdigitoftheyearchangestothedefaultvalueandthenitwillbesaved.Nexttheinterfacewilljumptothefirstdigitofthe
month.
3. Similarly,accordingtoabovesteps,youcanfinishthesettingoffirstandseconddigitsofamonth,aday,anhourandaminute.Theywillbe
savedandjumptotheconfirmationinterface.
4. Settheconfirmationinterface:Atconfirmationinterface,theyear,month,day,hourwillchangetogreencolour.Ifthetimeiscorrect,long
press “self-checking”button(around3seconds)andthesettingwillbesavedandthenquitclockcalibration.Ifthetimeisincorrect,short
press “self-checking”buttonandresetfromthethirddigitofayear.
5. Thesystemwillquitclocksettingonconditionthatnotoperateforabout30secondsandtheoperationwillbeinvalid.
