Parental / Business Control Settings
Using the “Limit Use” feature in the Security menu, parents or business
managers can restrict calls to only the numbers set up in the Phone
Book, restricting Incoming Calls, Outgoing Calls or both. Usage of Voice
Calls, Ready Link and/or Sprint PCS Vision®(web and downloads)
can also be locked or unlocked.
Phone as Modem Feature
Using an optional USB cable, Sprint PCS Connection Manager
software (available for download from Sprint.com), and the required
Sprint PCS Vision®service plan, the SCP-3100 can be
used as a modem for your laptop computer, allowing
you to check email or browse the Internet from
anywhere within Sprint coverage areas.
