II. Important safety precautions
1. Please, read this user manual carefully before using the cooker for the first time.
2. Keep in mind that the user will take the responsibility when an accident occurs due to
the incorrect operation and not following the instructions in this manual.
3. Do not leave the cooker unattended when using. The cooker needs a person adjusting
the fire in time after pressure-limiting valve releasing and keeping the pressure under
the limited pressure for a while.
4. Be very careful when moving the cooker under pressure. Don’t touch the surface of
metal, use handle and take protection if necessary.

5. Use the pressure cooker only on purpose. Do not use it for any other purpose.
6. Because the cooker cooks food under pressure, it can lead to burning if using it
improperly. Close the cooker correctly before using.
7. Don’t compel the cooker to open it. Make sure to open it after the pressure is released.
8. Don’t dry heating. This will damage the cooker badly.
9. Do not fill the cooker more than 2/3 of the cooker’s capacity for cooking food. Do not
fill the cooker more than 1/4 of the cooker’s capacity for cooking expansive food such
as rice or dry vegetable, etc.
10. Select proper temperature according to the instruction.
11. Food with skin can be expansive because of the pressure after cooking. Don’t sting it
to avoid scalding.
12. Shake the cooker slightly before open it to avoid food spraying out when you are
cooking soft foods.
13. Check if the pressure valve is blocked before using, see user’s manual.
14. Don’t fry food under pressure.
15. Don’t deviate from the maintenance specified in this manual. Don’t change any safety
system by yourself.
16. Use only matching spare parts provided by the manufacturer, exceptionally, use body
and lid as per manufacturer’s direction.
17. Please keep this manual for future references.
18. The pressure cooker is a household cookware and can’t be used for any other purposes.
Juveniles and persons who don’t know how to use it are suggested not to use the
cookware. Keep the cooker away from the reach of children, especially when using it.
19. Under pressure the boiling point of the liquids is below 120°C. A lot of steam and
soup juice will come out when boiling and especially when the pressure is reducing
fast.
20. Don’t cook expansive food such as apple jam, pearl rice, seaweed, oatmeal, etc. to
avoid blocking of the steam-releasing hole.
21. Keep the pressure-limiting valve, sealing ring, opening button, lid and cooker body
clean and out of nastiness and greasiness before and after using.
22. The pressure cooker should be used on a steady oven. Don’t put the pressure cooker
on electric oven that has a bigger plate’s diameter than the cooker’s bottom. When
cooking on a gas oven, the fire shall not reach the cooker’s wall (Fig. 2). The pressure
cooker is applicable to electric oven, electromagnetism oven, gas oven etc. with power
below 2kW.
23. Don’t point the safety valve window to the user or to the area where person often
walk.
24. If steam sprays out from the safety valve or the sealing ring is squeezed out from the
safety valve window, the power shall be shut off immediately. The problem must be
found out and solved before using again.
25. Be very carefully when you are moving the cooker with pressure, carry it horizontally
and lay down gently. Don’t bump.
26. Don’t open the cooker when there is pressure inside. Don’t cook when the lid is not
closed well.

27. Don’t store salt, soy sauce, alkali, sugar, vinegar, or steam water inside the cooker for
a long time. Clean and dry it every time after using.
28. Don’t heat water off or dry heating. Not use for frying or baking food.
29. Allowed volume of food inside the pressure cooker is:
Less than 1/4 of the cooker height for expansive food such as rice, bean, etc. (Fig. 3)
Less than 2/3 of the cooker height for non-expansive food such as meat, vegetable, etc.
(Fig. 4);
30. It is prohibited to put anything on the pressure-limiting valve (Fig. 5).

III. Safety of the products.
For easy using our products, we designed and equipped the cooker with multi-device for
safety (Fig. 6).
-The open-preventing device ensures that the lid is closed properly as well as
safely.
-The three-degree pressure-releasing device ensures safely using.
1. Pressure-limiting valve: According to requirements, select the high pressure step or
the low pressure step.
2. Safely open-preventing valve: It will rise up when the pressure reach 4kPa. Ensures
steam releasing from here under safety pressure when steam-releasing hole is blocked.
3. Sealing ring/Safety window: When the pressure-limiting valve and the safety valve
are invalid, the sealing ring will be squeezed out from the safety window to ensure that
the pressure inside will be released out from the cooker.
4. Opening button: To open the lid the user must push the button.
IV. Special characters
1. The sandwich-bottom of the cooker is made by friction pressure machine, which makes it
heating evenly.
2. The diameter of the sandwich-bottom is bigger than the common products, which makes
cooker to absorb heat faster.
3. With the adjusting pressure-limiting valve the user can regulate the working pressure very
easily.
4. The cooker is equipped with special pressure-limiting installation that keeps the food
delicious and ensures normal work.

Don’t make pressure-limiting valve point to when there is pressure
inside!
V. How to use
Please clean the pressure cooker, add to water and heat half an hour before first time
using, by means of cleaning bad smelling.
1. Before use, make sure that the steam-releasing hole is unobstructed. Make sure that the
safely open-preventing valve hole and the pressure-limiting valve hole are unobstructed. If
any of them is obstructed, clear them with a dredging needle.
2. Closing the lid.
Align the mark “O” on the lid to the mark “O” on the lower handle and turn the lid
clockwise to close the cooker properly. Align the upper and lower handle, push the button
forth and lock the upper and lower handle tightly. (Fig.7)

3. Adjusting working pressure.
Close the lid, according to the requirement. Adjust the pressure-limiting valve by
switching it to the desired position.

4. Heating
In order to raise the temperature quickly, heat with strong fire until the safely
open-preventing valve begins to work. Pay attention not to using stronger fire than which
is enough. It is normal that a little steam to seeps from the safely open-preventing valve
after heating for a while. There should be no steam seeps after the open-preventing valve
rises and the cooker works normally. When the pressure-limiting valve raised and steam
comes out continuously and give off “squeak”, firepower should be minimized, at the
same time keeping pressure-limiting valve releasing and start to count heating time. (As
per part IX)
Caution: Heating time is from the pressure-limiting valve starting to work to turning
off the fire.
-Stand by and watch while cooking.
-Don’t touch the cooker’s metal surface with hands or body. Cook carefully
and use the handles to avoid a burn.
5. Turning off fire, releasing pressure and opening the lid.
There are two ways to open after cooking.
1. Natural cold. When heating time is up, turn off the fire and leave it for a while waiting
for the pressure to reduce. Take off the lid when the safety open-preventing valve fell
down. The opening procedure is contrary to the closing. Push the opening button back
and make it on state of opening when you open the lid. Rotate the upper handle to
align the mark “O” on the lid to and the mark “O” on the lower handle to open the lid.

•Don’t push the button till the safety valve falls down.
•When cooking pasty state food such as porridge, shake the cooker slightly before
opening to reduce the bleb.

2. Cooling down quickly. Sometimes if you
need cooling down quickly, put the cooker on
a level place and shower the cooker with cold
water slowly till the safety valve falls down
(Fig. 9, opening the lid is the same as above).
Caution: Avoid water flowing into the cooker
through safely open-preventing valve and the
pressure limiting valve.
Note: Push the button to open the lid. The button
naturally stays in a ready-to-close position. If the button goes back, you should push it
forward. Otherwise the lid won’t be normally closed.
VI. Troubleshooting
If any abnormal phenomenon been found, you shall turn off the fire immediately and take
the cooker to a level place and shower the cooker with water slowly to reduce the temperature
and the pressure. Find the reason and solve the problem with the table below.

VII. Maintenance
Please clean the pressure cooker, add water and heat half an hour before first time using,
by means of cleaning bad smelling.
Maintenance of the cooker:
•Clean away the dirt.
•Then wipe off the water and keep the cooker dry.
•Don’t scrape the cooker surface with hard material such as metal to avoid abrasion.
•Don’t touch the cooker with other kinds of metal to avoid electro chemical corrosion.
•Don’t store food inside the cooker for a long time.
Maintenance of the sealing ring (Fig. 10)
•Remove the sealing ring from the lid. Clean away the dirt from the ring and the lid
with hot water or washing chemical preparation.
•Wipe off the water and keep the sealing ring dry.
•Put the sealing ring back to the lid.

Maintenance of the safely open-preventing valve, the pressure-limiting valve and the
steam-releasing pipe:
Check the steam-releasing pipe and the safely open-preventing valve. If it is blocked clean it
and then wash and rinse the pipe with water.
Special dismantling as follows: (Fig.11)
Pressure-limiting valve and the steam-releasing hole: Switch the pressure-limiting valve to
the position of , take out the pressure-limiting valve and dismantle the parts as the order
of Fig.11, and then clean them. Reverse the lid and clean the sealing ring with water. After
finishing these, install them in original order.
Safety open-preventing valve: Turn the safety valve clockwise with a spanner, then
dismantle it (Fig 12). Then wash it as illustrated on Fig.13
Caution: Don’t lose small parts such as pressure-limiting valve. There is no problem if the
color of the sealing ring changed. It is suggested to change the sealing ring once in one or two
years according the usage frequency. But it must be changed immediately if there is any
damage or shape changing. Please contact your dealer or the sales department of our company
for replacement parts. Never use substitutes.
Storing: Put it in shade and cool place. Place the cooker lid upside down the cooker body.

VIII. Questions and Answers
1. Q: How to cook good meals and dishes?
A: Heating the cooker with strong fire till steam sprays out from pressure-limiting valve.
Change the fire from strong to gentle when steam starts to spray out from pressure-limiting
valve. Let the pressure inside the cooker reduce naturally. Too strong fire will make water
over-evaporate and cause burn to the food inside the cooker.
2. Q: Cannot do cooking well?
A: Check if the cooking time is controlled properly or not.
Check if the pressure-limiting valve is placed properly or not.
Check if the heating fire is too strong or too weak.
Check if the volume of water and soup is proper or not.
Check if the pressure is normal or not. (Is there any steam spraying out from pressure-limiting
valve or not.)
3. Q: What is heating time?
A: Begins when steam start spraying out from safely pressure-limiting valve.
4. Q: Does different material need different heating time?
A: The maximum volume of the food to be cooked is below 2/3 of the depth of the cooker.
Beans are below 1/4. Cooking material has nothing to do with cooking time. Besides, the
volume of the cooker has nothing to do with cooking time, either.
5. Q: Why the rice color changes to grey?
A: Cooking under high temperature and high pressure, the amino acid and saccharides are
decomposed by the heat. Thus the food containing rich protein and carbohydrate may change
its color to grey. But it is harmless and the taste will not change.
6. Q:After heating, soya-bean milk mixed with sugar sprays out from the safety valve?
A: When heating, liquid food mixed with high-thick sugar will spray out from the safety valve
because of the high pressure steam inside the cooker.
When cooking this kind of food, don’t cook with pressure on, which means not to place the
pressure-limiting valve on.
7. Q: What to do in case of cooker is heated dry?
A: Put off the fire immediately, take the cooker away from the fire and let it cool naturally.
Don’t pour water onto the cooker.

1. Proszę, przeczytać uważnie niniejszą instrukcję obsługi przed użyciem szybkowaru po
raz pierwszy.
2. Należy pamiętać, że użytkownik bierze na siebie odpowiedzialność, gdy dochodzi do
awarii z powodu nieprawidłowego użytkowania, które jest nie zgodnie z instrukcjami
zawartymi w tym podręczniku.
3. Nie pozostawiaj szybkowaru bez nadzoru w trakcie użytkowania. Szybkowar wymaga
udziału osoby ustawiającej poziom grzania po osiągnięciu poziomu ustawionego

ciśnienia i utrzymującej chwilowo ciśnienie poniżej tego poziomu
4. Należy zachować szczególną ostrożność przy przenoszeniu szybkowaru pod
ciśnieniem. Nie dotykaj powierzchni metalu, używaj uchwytów i środków ochrony,
gdy będzie taka potrzeba.
5. Używaj szybkowaru zgodnie z przeznaczeniem. Nie używaj go do innych zadań.
6. Ponieważ szybkowar gotuje jedzenie pod ciśnieniem, może to spowodować zapalenie
się go, gdy używamy go w sposób nieprawidłowy. Przed rozpoczęciem eksploatacji
zamknij go prawidłowo.
7. Nie wymuszaj otwarcia szybkowaru. Otwórz go po wyrównaniu ciśnienia.
8. Nie nagrzewaj pustego szybkowaru. Może to spowodować uszkodzenie szybkowaru.
9. Nie napełniaj szybkowaru powyżej 2/3 jego objętości, podczas gotowania w nim
żywności. Nie napełniaj szybkowaru powyżej 1/4 jego objętości, podczas gotowania
w nim żywności zwiększającej swoją objętość jak ryż lub suszone warzywa, etc.
10. Wybierz odpowiednią temperaturę zgodnie z instrukcją.
11. Żywność ze skórą może być napęczniała po ugotowaniu jej pod ciśnieniem. Nie
nakłuwaj jej, unikniesz ryzyka poparzenia.
12. Potrząśnij delikatnie szybkowarem przed jego otwarciem, by uniknąć opryskania
jedzeniem, wtedy gdy gotujesz miękkie jedzenie.
13. Przed użyciem sprawdź czy zawór bezpieczeństwa nie jest zablokowany, przejrzyj
instrukcję obsługi.
14. Nie smaż jedzenia pod ciśnieniem.
15. Konserwację urządzenia przeprowadzaj zgodnie z zasadami podanymi w instrukcji.
Nie zmieniaj samodzielnie żadnego systemu bezpieczeństwa.
16. Używaj wyłącznie części zamiennych polecanych przez producenta..

18. Szybkowar jest przeznaczony wyłącznie do użytku domowego i nie wolno używać go
do innych celów. Młodzieży i osobom, które nie wiedzą jak go używać, zaleca się nie
korzystanie z niego. Przechowuj szybkowar w miejscu niedostępnym dla dzieci,
szczególnie podczas korzystaniu z niego.
19. Temperatura wrzenia cieczy pod ciśnieniem jest poniżej 120°C. Dużo pary i wywaru
odparuje w trakcie wrzenia, a zwłaszcza wtedy, gdy ciśnienie zostanie szybko
zmniejszone.
20. Nie gotuj w szybkowarze ekspansywnej żywności takiej jak dżem jabłkowy, ziarna
ryżu, wodorosty, płatki owsiane itp. aby uniknąć ryzyka zatkania otworów uchodzenia
pary.
21. Przed i po użyciu utrzymuj w czystości zawór ograniczający ciśnienie, pierścień
uszczelniający, przycisk otwarcia, pokrywkę oraz szybkowar, wolny od tłuszczu i
zapachu.
22. Szybkowar może być używany w stabilnie stojących kuchenkach. Nie stawiaj
szybkowaru na palniku elektrycznym o średnicy większej niż średnica jego dna.
Podczas gotowania na kuchence gazowej płomienie nie mogą dotykać ścianek
bocznych (Fig. 2). Szybkowar jest przystosowany do współpracy z kuchenkami
gazowymi, elektrycznymi, elektromagnetycznymi o mocy poniżej 2kW.
23. Nie kieruj okienka zaworu bezpieczeństwa w kierunku użytkownika ani obszaru,

gdzie często się chodzi.
24. W przypadku wydmuchu pary przez zawór bezpieczeństwa bądź wypchnięcie przez
okienko pierścienia uszczelniającego niezwłocznie wyłącz palnik kuchenki. Należy
znaleźć przyczynę problemu i rozwiązać przed użyciem szybkowaru ponownie.
25. Zachowaj ostrożność przy przenoszeniu szybkowaru, trzymaj go pionowo oraz stawiaj
delikatnie. Nie uderzaj.
26. Nie otwieraj szybkowaru podciśnieniem. Nie gotuj gdy pokrywka nie jest dobrze
zamknięta.
27. Nie przechowuj soli, sosu sojowego, przypraw alkalicznych, cukru, octu, oraz pary
wodnej wewnątrz szybkowaru przez długi czas. Oczyść i osusz go po każdym użyciu.
28. Nie grzej go bez wody, na sucho. Nie używaj go do pieczenia lub smażenia jedzenia.
29. Dozwolone ilości żywności wewnątrz szybkowaru to:
Mniej niż 1/4 wysokości szybkowaru dla produktów ekspansywnych takich jak ryż,
fasola, itd. (Fig. 3)
Mniej niż 2/3 wysokości szybkowaru dla produktów nie ekspansywnych takich jak
mięso, warzywa, itd. (Fig. 4);
30. Zabrania się umieszczania czegokolwiek na zaworze ograniczającym ciśnienie (Fig. 5)

III. Bezpieczeństwo produktu.
Aby ułatwić korzystanie z naszych produktów, zaprojektowaliśmy i wyposażyliśmy
szybkowar w wiele systemów bezpieczeństwa (Fig. 6).
-System zapobiegający otwarciu zapewnia dokładne bezpieczne zamknięcie
pokrywki.
-Trzy stopniowy system wyrównania ciśnienia zapewnia bezpieczne użytkowanie.
1. Zawór z ogranicznikiem ciśnienia: Jeśli ciśnienie wewnątrz przekroczy wartość
ograniczenia, zawór ten będzie wypuszczał parę na zewnątrz.
2. Zawór bezpieczeństwa: Tak będzie gdy ciśnienie osiągnie 4kPa. Zapewnia on
uwolnienie pary gdy inne zawory uwalniające parę są blokowane
3. Pierścień uszczelniający/okienko bezpieczeństwa: Kiedy zawory z ogranicznikiem
ciśnienia i bezpieczeństwa nie funkcjonują poprawnie, pierścień uszczelniający
zostanie wypchnięty przez okienko bezpieczeństwa uwalniając parę na zewnątrz i
zmniejszając ciśnienia wewnątrz szybkowaru.
1. Pokrętło otwierające: Aby otworzyć pokrywkę musisz obrócić pokrętło.
IV. Specjalne znaczniki
1. Wielowarstwowe sprasowane ciśnieniowo dno zapewnia równomierne podgrzewanie.
2. Średnica wielowarstwowego dna szybkowaru jest większa od innych, dzięki czemu
szybciej absorbuje ciepło

3. Przy pomocy regulacji ciśnienia zaworu ograniczającego użytkownik może bardzo łatwo
regulować ciśnienie robocze.
4. Szybkowar wyposażony jest w specjalną instalacją z ograniczeniem ciśnienia, dzięki
czemu utrzymuje on żywność smaczną i zapewnia normalną pracę.
Różne ustawienia zaworu z ogranicznikiem ciśnienia:
Wewnątrz nie ma ciśnienia
Uwalnianie pary i ciśnienia
INiskie ciśnienie (60kPa)
II Wysokie ciśnienie (100kPa)
Nie należy ustawiać zaworu z ogranicznikiem w punkcie gdy
wewnątrz szybkowaru istnieje ciśnienie!
V. Jak użytkować
Przed pierwszym użyciem proszę oczyścić szybkowar nalewając wodę i podgrzewając ją
przez pół godziny, aby usunąć ewentualnie nieprzyjemny zapach.
1. Przed użyciem należy upewnić się, czy otwory obu zaworów bezpieczeństwa i z
ogranicznikiem pary nie są zatkane. Jeżeli którykolwiek z nich jest zapchany, wyczyścić
go dłubiąc igłą.
2. Zamykanie pokrywki.
Ustaw w osi znacznik “O” na pokrywce ze znacznikiem “O” na dolnej rączce i obróć
pokrywę zgodnie z ruchem wskazówek zegara, aby zamknąć ją prawidłowo. Wyrównaj
górny i dolny uchwyt, przesuń przycisk do przodu i zablokuj szczelnie górny i dolny
uchwyt. (Fig.7)
