II. Safety Precautions
a) Use only after read and understood all about the manual.
b) Keeping in mind, the user will take the responsibility when an accident occurs due to
the operation not follows the manual.
c) The pressure cooker needs a person to supervise it when using, adjusting the fire in
time after pressure-limiting valve releasing, keeping the pressure under the limited
pressure for a while.
d) Please don’t put the pressure cooker into the heating furnaces.
e) Be very careful when moving the cooker under pressure. Don’t touch the metal
surface, use the handles and take protection if necessary.
f) Use the pressure cooker only of its intended use as per this manual. Do not use it for
any other purposes.
g) Because cooker cooks food under pressure, it can lead burn if use improperly. Make
the cooker closed correctly before using.
h) Don’t force opening the cooker. Make sure to open it after pressure release.
i) Don’t heating dry, this will damage the cooker badly.
j) Select properly the cooking temperature according to the instruction.
k) Don’t stab food with skin immediately after cooking to avoid scalding. Such food
might be expansive due to the pressure after cooking.
l) When cooking soft food, shake the cooker slightly before open it to avoid food spray
out.
m) Check if the pressure valve is blocked before using.
n) Don’t fry food under pressure.
o) Don’t deviate from the maintenance specified in this manual. Don’t change any safety
system by yourself.
p) Use only matching spare parts provided by the manufacturer.
q) Please keep this manual for future reference.
1. The pressure cooker is a family cookware and can’t be used for any other purposes.
Juveniles and persons who don’t know how to use it are suggested not to use. Do not
leave the pressure cooker without supervision and keep it away from children.
2. While under pressure the boiling point of the liquids is below 120°C. A lot of steam and
soup juice will come out when boiling and especially when the pressure reducing fast.
3. Don’t cook expansive food such as apple jam,
pearl rice, seaweed, oatmeal, etc. to avoid
blocking of the steam-releasing hole.
4. Keep the pressure-limiting valve, sealing ring,
opening button, lid and cooker body clean and
out of nastiness and greasiness before and after
using.
5. The pressure cooker should be used on a steady
oven. Don’t put the pressure cooker on electric

oven that has a bigger plate diameter than the cooker bottom. When cooking on a gas oven,
the fire shall not reach the cooker’s wall. The pressure cooker is applicable to electric
oven, electromagnetism oven, gas oven etc. with power below 2000W.
6. Don’t point the safety valve window to the user or to the area where person often walk
about.
7. If steam sprays out from the safety valve or the sealing ring is squeezed out from the
safety valve window, the power shall be shut off immediately. The problem must be found
out and solved before using again.
8. Be very careful when moving the cooker under pressure, carry it horizontally and lay
down gently. Don’t bump.
9. Don’t open the cooker when there is pressure inside. Don’t cook when the lid is not closed
well.
10. Don’t store salt, soy sauce, alkali, sugar, vinegar, or steam water inside the cooker for a
long time. Clean and dry it every time after using.
11. Don’t heat water off or dry heating. Do not use the cooker for frying or baking food.
12. Allowed volume of food inside the pressure cooker.
Less than 1/4 of the cooker height for expansive food such as rice, bean, etc.
Less than 2/3 of the cooker height for non-expansive food such as meat, vegetable, etc.
13. It is prohibited to put anything on the
pressure-limiting valve.
III. Safety of product
For easy using, we designed and equipped the cooker with few safety devices.
•The open-preventing device ensures that the lid is closed properly as well as safely.
•The three-degree pressure-releasing device ensures safely usage.

1. Pressure-limiting valve: If the pressure inside is up to a regular working range, the
pressure-limiting valve will release extra steam (“a” is pressure-limiting valve).
2. Open-preventing valve: It will rise when the pressure is above 4KPa. The steam will
be released from here when the steam-releasing hole is blocked.
3. Snuffle valve:When the pressure-limiting valve and the safety valve are invalid, the
steam will come out from the snuffle valve to ensure safely usage (“b” is snuffle valve).
4. Opening knob: To open the lid you must turn the knob.
IV. Special Characters
On the pressure regulating valve there are three different marks, they corresponds to
the following functions:
Steam releasing position
Low working pressure (60KPa)
High working pressure (100KPa)
The pressure regulating valve is equipped with pressure indicator with three positions. When
the first line goes up, it means that the pressure inside reached the low setting (60KPa). When
the second line goes up, it means that the pressure inside reached the high setting (100KPa).
When the third line goes up, it means that the working pressure is not normal. There are two
possibilities:
A: The temperature is too high; please turn the hot-plate to a lower setting.
B: The pressure limiting valve is blocked, or it is not placed correctly, you should check
whether the pressure limiting valve is blocked or not).

V. How to use
Please, clean the pressure cooker, before using for the first time. Add water and heat for half
an hour by means of cleaning bad smelling.
1. Before use, make sure that the hole of both safety valve and steam-releasing pipe is
unobstructed. If any of them is obstructed, clear them with a dredging needle.
2. Closing/Opening the lid.

3. Adjusting working pressure.
Close the lid, according to the above figures and select the desired working pressure by
the regulator. For different cooking times, please refer to section VIII in this manual.
4. Heating
In order to raise the temperature quickly, heat on strong fire till the open-preventing valve
begins to work. Pay attention not to use stronger fire than necessary. It is normal that a
little steam seeps from the open-preventing valve after heating for a while. There should
be no steam seeps after the open-preventing valve rises and the cooker works normally.
When the pressure-limiting valve raises and steam comes out continuously and give off
“squeak”, firepower should be reduced, at the same time the pressure-limiting valve will
start to release steam. At this moment start counting the cooking time. (Refer to section
VIII.)
Caution: Cooking time is from the pressure-limiting valve starting to work to turning off
the fire.
•Stand by and supervise the cooker while cooking.
•Don’t touch the cooker metal surface with hands or body. Cook carefully and use the
handles to avoid burning.
5. Turning off fire, releasing pressure and opening the lid.
There are two ways to open the pressure cooker after cooking.
1. Natural cooling. When heating time is
up, turn off the fire and leave it for a
while waiting for the pressure to reduce.
When the indicator fell down, the
cooking is over. Turn the knob to the
position as illustrated on the picture, and
then take off the lid.

2. Cooling down quickly. When you need to
cool down quickly, put the cooker on a level
place and shower the cooker with cold water
slowly till the safety valve falls down (refer
to the picture, opening the lid is the same as
above).
Caution: Avoid water flowing into the
cooker through the open-preventing valve
and the pressure-limiting valve.
•Don’t open the lid if the indicator doesn’t fall
down.
•After finishing cooking, please use gloves to
open the lid to avoiding burning.
•Don’t open the lid till the safety valve is not
fully down.
VI. Trouble shooting
If any abnormal phenomenon been found, you shall turn off the fire immediately and take the
cooker to a level place and shower the cooker with water slowly to reduce the temperature
and the pressure. Find the reason and solve the problem with the table below.

VII. Maintenance
Please, clean the pressure cooker, before using for the first time. Add water and heat for half
an hour by means of cleaning bad smelling.
Maintenance of the cooker:
•Clean any dirt from the cooker by washing it warm soapy water.
•Then wipe off the water and keep the cooker dry.
•Don’t scrape the cooker surface with hard material such as metal to avoid abrasion.
•Don’t touch the cooker with other kinds of metal to avoid electro chemical corrosion.
•Don’t store food inside the cooker for a long time.
Maintenance of the sealing ring:
•Remove the sealing ring from the lid. Clean any dirt from the ring and the lid with hot
water or washing detergent.
•Wipe off the water and keep the sealing ring dry.
•Put the sealing ring back on the lid.

Maintenance of the open-preventing valve, the pressure-limiting valve and the
steam-releasing pipe:
Check the steam-releasing pipe and the open-preventing valve. If it is blocked clear any dirt
or use the dredging needle, then wash and rinse the pipe with water.
Dismantle as follows:
•The pressure valve: Take out the pressure valve by rotating the pressure limiting valve
anticlockwise and clean it under tap water as shown below.
Caution: Don’t lose small parts such as pressure-limiting valve. There is no problem if the
color of the sealing ring changed. It is suggested to change the sealing ring once a year or
once in two years according to the usage frequency. But it must be changed immediately if
there is any damage or shape changing. Please contact your dealer or the sales department of
our company for the replacement parts. Never use substitutes.
Storage:
Put the body and lid separately in shade and cool place.
