The Savant®On-Wall Charging Dock is available in two colors: OWC-2000B (Black) or
OWC-200W (White). This Quick Reference Guide provides the information necessary to
install the On-Wall Charging Dock for Apple iOS devices.

ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT: The 24V DC power adapter connected to the On-Wall
Charging Dock should be easily accessible in the event of an electrical malfunction.
SURGE PROTECTION: Use a surge-protected circuit for all components requiring 120-
230V AC, 50/60 Hz source power.
ELECTRICAL DISCONNECT: Remove power before working on the dock.

Installation without RIB-OWMD Configuration Box
1. Connect the 24V DC power supply to the On-Wall Charging Dock and route through
the wall opening.
2. After making the connections to On-Wall Dock, position the unit in the opening and
secure with the two rotating mounting tabs.
3. Turn the tab screws clockwise; the tabs will grab the interior wall. Tighten until snug.
Do not over tighten.
Caution: Do not use a powered screwdriver to tighten the tabs; the tabs can be easily over
tightened.
4. Position the bezel over the On-Wall Dock and press, ensuring that the wall plate seats
properly.
Note: The On-Wall Dock also has screw-mounting holes for optional stud mounting.

Optional Pre-/Post-Construction Box
The OWC-200B/OWC-200W can be installed with or without an On-Wall construction box.
The On-Wall construction box (RIB-OWMD) is optional and can be used pre-or post-
construction to save the space required for the OWC-200X and to terminate the roughed in
wires.
Note: The On-Wall Dock Assembly is not a weather resistant unit. Do not locate in a damp or
humid area.
Installing the On-Wall Dock into the RIB-IWMD
Place the OWC-200B/OWC-200W into the RIB-OWMD and use the #8-32 screws (2) to
attach
