HOW DO I CLEAN MY PADS?
Wash pads with clear water aer cleaning your floor. If heavily soiled, put the pads into your washing machine and wash at max. 60 ° C. Wash
your green pads immediately aer each treatment with parquet care to prevent the risk of a spontaneous combustion. You can also wash
them at max. 60 ° C in the washing machine. This way they are also immediately ready for use at the next time.
WHERE CAN I BUY PADS, BATTERIES OR CARE AND MAINTENANCE PRODUCTS?

IS MY CAREBOY ABLE TO REMOVE DUST AND DIRT?
The pads have a high dirt absorption capacity.
The removal of large and coarse dirt particles should still be done with a vacuum cleaner at any time.
CAN I CARRY OUT AN INITAL CARE WITH MY CAREBOY?
You receive a ready-to-use Scheucher® parquet floor and your CAREboy is designed for its routine cleaning and care. Nevertheless, for the
long-term value preservation of your floor, an initial care after installation is highly recommended in order to once again protect all of the
edges against moisture intrusion. An initial care cannot be carried out with a CAREboy, but preferably by your floorer with our professional
care wax oil.
CAN I POUR OTHER LIQUIDS / DETERGENTS INTO THE WATERTANK OF MY CAREBOY?
Yes, it is your CAREboy - but only at your own risk. Any solvent-borne product will destroy your CAREboy‘s nozzle. Only Scheucher Parkett
CARE and CLEANER are approved by Scheucher to use it together with your CAREboy.
HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?
When fully charged, approx. 30 - 40 minutes. This usually suices for an area of approx. 40 - 50 m²
(that‘s equivalent to 1 bottle of Scheucher PARQUET CARE).
CAN I USE SCHEUCHER PARQUET CLEANER PURE?
No, it is a highly concentrated cleaning agent that can only be applied diluted with water at the ratio of at least 1:100.
DO I HAVE TO CLEAN THE FLOOR BEFORE I TREAT IT WITH PARQUET CARE?
Yes, a cleansing has to be carried out before each care, cause you are applying a protective layer that has to be free from dust and dirt.
To preserve the beautiful look of your parquet floor and protect it‘s suface please avoid mechanical damages whereever possible.
To avoid scratches and serious damages it is recommended to place mats in the entrance area and remove sand and grit with a broom
immediately. Equip your movable furniture with felt gliders and use special rolls for wooden floors on oice chairs. Do not leave any
wet items on your parquet floor. To assess results properly, try out care and/or cleaning procedures in an inconspicuous place before
applying the product. Do not use strong alkaline cleaners or acids, they can irreversibly discolour your wood.
Wood as a natural material reacts more sensitively to changes of the relative humidity than to changes of temperature. Therefore the
key to success lies in the observance of an optimim relative humidity of your indoor air. This generally requires periodic cleaning and
the maintenance of your floor as well as an appropriate air humidification in the heating season. We therefor recommend cold humidi-
fiers with an integrated sterilization system.
