You are ready! Now your equipment is ready to use!
¡Listo! ¡Ahora su equipo está listo para usar!
Plug the equipment into
an electrical outlet;
Wait for the air tank to fill by checking
the pressure on the pressure gauge;
Press the pressure switch to turn on;
Set the desired pressure;
When completing the service, do not forget to turn off the
product by pressing the pressure switch again.
Conecte el equipo al tomacorrientes;
Espere que el reservatorio de aire se llene
verificando la presión en el manómetro;
Accione el botón del presostato
para encenderlo;
Regule la presión deseada;
Al concluir el servicio, no se olvide de apagar el producto accionando
nuevamente el botón del presostato.

Release the air filter butterfly screw to remove the protective cover;
Close the guard and tighten the
butterfly screw again to lock.;
Clean or replace the air filter;
Suelte la tuerca mariposa del filtro de aire para retirar la capa de protección;
Cierre la protección y apriete nuevamente
la tuerca mariposa para trabar.
Limpie o cambie el filtro de aire;

03. ASSEMBLE THE AIR FILTER Monte el filtro de aire
Before performing any maintenance:
- Make sure the product is not plugged in;
- Check that the air tank is not pressurized;
Antes de realizar cualquier mantenimiento:
- Asegúrese de que el producto no está conectado al tomacorrientes;
- Verifique si el reservatorio no está presurizado;

Unplug the compressor from the electrical outlet;
Remove the screw from the crankcase;
Open the oil plug;
Let the oil drain into a container;
Add the new oil;
Desconecte el compresor del tomacorrientes;
Retire el tornillo lateral del cárter;
Abra el tapón de aceite;
Deje escurrir el aceite en un recipiente;
Adicione el nuevo aceite;

Before turning on the Compressor,
check the oil level and complete it if
necessary, make the 1st oil change
after the first 5 hours of use and then
every 50 hours;
Level the equipment when in use, as
inclination damages motor lubrication;
After use, depressurize the air tank and
drain the condensation.
With the product off, clean the outside
of the product with neutral detergent;
Clean the air filter. If the filter element is
blocked, replace it. (P. 5)
Antes de encender el Compresor, verifi-
que el nivel de aceite y complételo si es
necesario, realice el 1ª cambio de aceite
tras las primeras 5h de uso y posterior-
mente a cada 50h;
Mantenga el equipo nivelado cuando
esté en uso, porque la inclinación perju-
dica la lubricación del motor;
Al finalizar el uso, despresurice el reser-
vatorio de aire y drene el condensado.
Con el producto desconectado, lim-
pie la parte externa del producto con
detergente neutro;
Limpie el filtro de aire. En caso de
que el elemento filtrante esté obs-
truido, sustitúyalo. (P. 5)

Check the operation of the pressure
switch by visualizing if it switches
off automatically when reaching the
pressure indicated in the air tank;
Check the tightness of the fixing
screws (with product vibration it can
loosen);
Check the electrical connections and,
if you notice any loose wires, contact
an electrician.
Change the air filter every 3 months or
every 300 hours, whichever comes first.
Verifique el funcionamiento del presos-
tato visualizando si el mismo se apaga
automáticamente al alcanzar la presión
indicada en el reservatorio de aire;
Verifique el ajuste de los tornillos de
fijación (con la vibración del producto
se pueden soltar);
Verifique las conexiones eléctricas y, en
caso de que note algún cable suelto,
contacte a un electricista.
Sustituya el filtro de aire o a cada 3 me-
ses, o lo que se produzca primero.

Inspect and clean the valves - located be-
tween the top of the cylinder and its cover;
Retighten the air pump screws and
other Compressor nuts.

cadas entre la parte superior del cilin-
dro y la tapa del mismo;
Reapriete los tornillos del bloque y las
demás tuercas del Compresor.

Calibrate the pressure switch, pressure
gauge and safety valve at an agency
accredited by the SEC (Superintendency
of Electricity and Fuels). This operation
must be performed in a device not
attached to the tank.

nómetro y válvula de seguridad en un
órgano acreditado por SEC (Superinten-
dencia de Electricidad y Combustibles).
Esta operación debe ser realizada en dis-
positivo no acoplado al reservatorio.
