Change Teflon Tape
◎ Timing：If teflon tape become black or damage, please change immediately.
◎Change method ：Tear open the teflon tape and stick the new one.
Operating Steps
1. Plug in th sealer.
※Attenation：
Make sure the power voltage correctly before operating machine to
avoid running mistake.
2. Turn on the power, setting sealing time by setting knob.
※This sealer design is for PE, PP, aluminum foil bags and NY bags, do not use for
other materials. Please set the sealing time from low degrees to high.
3. Hold the grips and place the bag into the sealing bar. Clamp the bag to start sealing.
After the heating indicator light go out, please still clamp about 2-3 secs to cool the bag
and loosen the grips, finishing sealing.
※Attenation：Must have the cooling time, the sealing line will be perfect. If the
sealing time longer, the cooling time will need longer.
4. If the sealing line was broken or got a lot of crease, lower the temperature due to the
high heat.
If the sealing line was incomplete and uneven, adjust the temperature higher due to the
shortage of heat.

Precaution
1. Keep the basic function and cleanness of inside and outside machine. Make maintenance
after machine working.
2. Stay efficiency of every functional button; ask for professional technician if any break
downs.
3. Make sure the power voltage correctly before operating machine to avoid running mis
take.
4. Shut down the power before machine inside maintenance. Do not remove the machine
parts for the purpose of stopping the dangerous operation. Ask for professional
technician if any parts are abnormal.
5. Heating element and Teflon tape are all the consuming articles that will affect the
machine operating functions if some cases caused as follows:
A. Heating element should be changed if any break happened.
B. Teflon tape should be changed when it is burned or broken to stop short circuit and
fire.
6. If any parts should be changed, use our standard and specification parts to ensure proper
sealing.
7. When machine running, the heating base shell be having high temperature, do not touch
it to avoid burns.
Change the heating element
◎ Timing：if the sealer can’t be heat, please check the heating element is
broken or not.
◎Change method ：Tear open theteflon tape, if the heating element is broken, please
loosen the two side cover screws and take the screws out. Loosen the
screws that fixed heating elements and take the old heating element
out. Put the new heating element and screw two side screws tightly.
Fix the cover back and stick the teflon tape back.
◎When change the heating element, please take care the teflon tape which is under the
heating element. If teflon tape is broken, please change it.

IMPORTANT: always disconnect the Sealer’s power cord from the electrical receptacle
before replacing any parts.
Before operating, check the Heating Element, Teflon Cloth, Silicon Rubber, Teflon Tape.
Safety Instructions: Read before operating the Sealer.
1. Read all instructions before use. Save these instructions for later use.
2. Follow all warning & instructions marked on the product.
3. Unplug this product from the power source before cleaning and / or changing any parts.
4. Do not rest anything on the Power Cord. Do not place the machine where the Power Cord
may be stepped on or pulled.
5. Always keep out of reach of children and pets.
6. This sealer should only be in use with an operator in attendance.
7. Never touch the Heating Elements with bare hands while the sealer is plugged into a
power source, or in operation, or just finish operation. It is HOT.
8. Never insert clothing, hand or fingers between the Sealing Jaws of sealers or into the
feed opening of continuous sealers.
9. Be sure to check for worn parts before starting operation.
10. Do not operate with a damaged Power Cord or plug.
11. Always keep the unit clean. Do not use water. Silicone spray may be used to clean the
unit. Be sure the unit is unplugged from the power source before cleaning.
12. When changing blade, (for sealer with cutter), be careful of the sharp edge.
13. When changing the Teflon Adhesive, be sure that the entire surface under the Heating
Element is covered with Teflon Adhesive. Bend down the excess Teflon Adhesive
on both ends. This prevent the Heating Element from breaking and the machine
from grounding.
14. When replacing fuse, be sure the exact voltage and ampere is used.
15. Be sure to keep a record of your model number. Specify this number
when ordering parts.
16. When replacing any parts, be sure to marked down the exact locations of the
connections, and the orders of the different pieces.
The sealer is built to last for years and if you encounter any problems, just contact your dealers.
