This ~12V flat LED lighting system can be installed in all types of pools, with or without a
liner, by screwing it on a 1’’1/2 vacuum fitting.

A step by step assistance
Recommendations
Before any installation, it is important to provide a 1’’1/2 vacuum fitting compatible with the
screwing method. Be sure that the wall inlet corresponds to the type of pool structure and does
not leak. Do not use in an above ground or freestanding pool.
The wall inlet must be connected to a junction box by a waterproof conduit. The cable must pass
through the conduit and connect to a ~12V power supply in a connection box fed by a safety
isolating transformer with a power higher by at least 20% to the total of all connected projectors.
Using other types of transformer is prohibited. It is important to tighten the back gland nut
otherwise it may cause irreversible damages.
Handle the projectors with care and on a clean cloth support.

> Installation A step by step assistance
1. Before any operation, turn off the ~12V power
supply from the safety isolating transformer.
2. Screw the SeaMAID adapter (3) at the back of the
wall inlet (2), diameter 50mm
3. Screw the SeaMAID adapter (6) at the back of the
junction box (7). (thread ¾’’)
4. Glue the PVC conduit (4) at the back of adapters 3
and 6.
5. Pass the cable (5) through the inlet fitting, to the
junction box and tight it up. (a grommet can be
useful).
6. Unscrew the 3 screws (8) of the projector front
cover (1) and take it off.
7. Screw the projector(1) by hand into the vacuum
fitting (2)till complete blockage
8. Replace the front cover by screwing the 3 screws
in the U shaped support.
9. Check the cover stays free of movement with
hand action
10. Connect the cable to the ~12V power supply in
the junction box using waterproof connectors
11. Wrap the remaining cable into the junction box
and close it. (This operation allows an easy
projector disassembly in case of replacement)
12. Switch the ~12V power on, the projector lights
Caution: use the black gasket with the size adapted to the vacuum fitting to maintain the
projector position after screwing

> Use
RGB 501184 model, 16 programs with remote controller
>The use of the remote controller requires a positioning face to the lamp at a
maximum distance of 10 meters, unfolded antenna. Metallic part close to the projector
or a too deep immersion (max 1 meter) may restrict the remote controller use at a very
short distance.
In this case, it is also possible to change programs using the on/off switch of the electric
supply power of the projector. A cut of the current of less than 2 seconds makes the
program change. After a cut of the current for over 10 seconds, switch on restarts from
the last program used
>To control several lamps, it is possible to use a ~12V radio switch installed at the
output of the ~220V/12V toroidal transformer.
For its first use, the remote controller needs to be paired with the projector(s) installed
in the pool.
Manual program including 11 static colours and 5 controlled atmospheres
with the provided remote controller.

For the first remote controller use, it is necessary to pair it with the
projector
1. Insert the provided battery in the remote controller; press each
button and check that the red LED lights
2. From the general power supply, switch on the projector
3. Switch off the projector and count more than 20 seconds to
switch it on again
4. Make fast Off/On twice and switch on the projector
5. Press the buttons O et S together on the remote controller
6. The projector flashes several times and stays on, the pairing
process is confirmed.

The RGB flat projector On/Off control is manual, using the on/off switch of the
projector power. A cut of the current of less than 2 seconds makes the program change.
After a cut of the current for over 10 seconds, switch on restarts from the last program
used.
For the first use, the projector lights on the program 1 (all LED lit). Then you go to
the 11 static colours, followed by 5 automatic programs.
It is as well possible to use a ~12V radio switch and install it on the ~220V/12V
safety isolating transformer output.
To be synchronized on the On/Off manual mode, the projectors must be connected
to the same power supply.

>The use of the remote controller requires a positioning face to the lamp at a
