Assembly Instruction
Please review all parts and hardware before disposing of any packaging.
Call Customer Service if missing hardware. Do not return to store/retailer.
Screws shown actual size. Using a screw that is too long will cause damage.
Before beginning assembly, separate each type of screw. Carefully study
the screw diagrams below (SHOWN ACTUAL SIZE). You may receive extra
hardware with your unit.
Suggested tools: Phillip head screw driver, power drill, ¼” drill bit, 24”
level, and a tape measure. Unit needs to be hung on wall stud for more
security and stability.

Care and Cleaning Instructions:
Before using , wipe with a clean , dry cloth.
Periodically apply furniture wax to renew
The finish. Avoid rubbing or scratching the
surface with rough or abrasive objects.

DANGER
PLEASE USE IN WELL VENTILATED AREA
The fireplace will have open flames and will generate heat.
Make sure to keep all combustible items away from the fireplace when the gel fuel
is burning.
DO NOT touch the fireplace when the gel fuel is burning.
Not recommended for use on wall paper or wood paneled walls due to risk of
discoloration over time.
1. Locate the fireplace on a
solid wall and at a
comfortable height off the
floor, normally eye level.
2.Measure the wall and
mark the fireplace width and
height. See Figure 1.

3. At least one of the screw
must be inserted into a wall
stud. Measure the wall and
mark the location of the
center of each of the three
screw mounting holes. See
Figure 2.
Using the level, make sure
that all three marks are level
on the wall.
4. Using the power drill and
1/4″drill bit, drill three 1/4″
holes through the wallboard
at the mounting hole marks.
NOTICE
Make sure not to drill into
electrical wiring or plumbing
pipes.
5. Insert one of the furnished
plastic anchors into each of
the three 1/4″
holes. See Figure 3. Make
sure that the wall anchor is
flush with the wall.
NOTE: It may be
necessary to use a small
hammer to gently tap the
anchor into place.
6. Using the Phillip head
screwdriver, install one Phillip
head screw into each of the
anchors as figure 3 shown.
Turn the screw in until there
is a gap of 1/4″between the
head of screw and the wall
surface.

Drill three 1/4”
holes into wall.

7. Install the fireplace (1,
Figure 4) onto the three
mounting screws using the
mounting holes (2, Figure 4).
The proper and secure
mounting of the fireplace is
when the top edge of each of
the mounting holes is resting
securely on the mounting
screw (3, Figure 4).
NOTICE
Using the level, check to
make sure that the fireplace
is horizontally level and
vertically plumb (straight up
and down).
8. Remove the two fuel
canister holders (2,Figure 5)
from the fireplace and install
one gel fuel canister(1,
Figure 5) into each of the
holders.
NOTICE
Make sure to remove the gel
fuel canister paper label
(4,Figure 5) before installing
the canister into the holder.
Shake the gel fuel canister
before installing it into the
canister holder.

9. Install the gel fuel holders
into the fireplace into the
appropriate mounting hole (3,
Figure 5) in the fireplace.
10. Following the instructions
on the gel fuel canister,
remove the lid (2,Figure 6)
from the gel fuel canister
(1,Figure 6), and using a long
match, light the fuel in each
of the canister. Candle holder
can be used to extinguish
fire.

DANGER
PROLONGED USE OF THE GEL FUEL IN THE FIREPLACE WILL CAUSE THE FIREPLACE
TO BECOME HOT AND POTENTIALLY CAN CAUSE BURNS IF TOUCHED.
DO NOT BURN MORE THAN THREE CANISTERS OF FUEL AT ONE TIME.
BEFORE LIGHTING THE FUEL, MAKE SURE THAT THE PAPER LABEL IS REMOVED
FROM EACH OF THE GEL FUEL CANISTERS.
USE LONG MATCHES TO LIGHT EACH CANISTER OF FUEL.
DO NOT TOUCH THE CANISTERS WITH BARE HANDS UNTIL THE FLAME HAS BEEN
EXTINGUISHED FOR 20 MINUTES.
DO NOT BURN ANYTHING EXCEPT THE SPECIFIED CANISTERS OF GEL FUEL IN THE
FIREBOX.
KEEP CHILDREN AWAY FROM THE FIREPLACE WHEN IN USE.
KEEP FLAMABLE OBJECTS, SUCH AS CURTAINS OR DRAPERYS, AWAY FROM THE
FIREPLACE WHEN THE GEL FUEL HAS BEEN IGNITED.
MAKE SURE THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT PLACE ANY DECORATIVE ITEMS ON TOP OF
THE UNIT AT ANYTIME.
DO NOT TOUCH THE UPPER PART OF THE UNIT WHILE IT IS STILL IN OPERATION.
THE CANDLE HOLDER ACTS AS A COVER TO PUT OUT FIRE IF ONE WISHES TO STOP
THE FLAME.
NEVER LEAVE BURNING GEL FUEL UNATTENDED.
CARE INSTRUCTION: WIPE DOWN UNIT AND CANDLE HOLDER WITH SOFT DAMP
CLOTH.
WHEN USING THE CANDLE HOLDER PLEASE MAKE SURE THAT THE CANNISTER
HOLDERS ARE IN PLACE.
