3. Installation
In order to receive a signal from the satellite, the product has to be installed in an open
space with the direction of the satellite towards the equator.
Make sure that there are no obstacles in front of the product which can decrease the
signal reception quality, such as buildings or trees.
1. Introduction
SNIPE MOBIL CAMP DIRECT is lightweight and highly portable with a compact design.
This SNIPE MOBIL CAMP DIRECT, fully automatic camping satellite system is designed
for receiving digital TV and radio channels via Astra 19.2° East exclusively.
No additional controls are required to control the system and it can be used with any
other device with a satellite receiver.

B. Satellite search has failed.
Satellite signals can be blocked or degraded by buildings, trees or other obstacles.
Make sure there are no obstacles in a southward direction.
Turn the product off and then on again.
There are a number of common issues that can affect the signal reception quality or the
operation of the product. The following sections address these issues and offer potential
solutions.

Check all cable connections again.

If the system has been improperly wired, it will not operate properly. Contact local
dealer/shop for assistance of cable damage.

The operating current required for the antenna is 300mA, and it is supplied by
connecting the antenna with the reciever/STB directly.
When the antenna has found the satellite you can switch off and on the reciever/STB.
The antenna will not have to search for the satellite again as long as the position of
the antenna wasn´t changed.
If the antenna does not find a satellite within 6 minutes, move it and try again.

1. There is one cable connection from the main unit to the receiver.
2. Connect the antenna and the receiver/STB with a signal cable.
3. Turn on the receiver/STB power.

The device is designed for private use and is not suitable for commercial purposes.
Any other use will result in the loss of the warranty or guarantee.
Do not open the cover, any attempt to repair by a non-qualified person can be dangerous
and void the warranty.
Do not make any holes on the plastic antenna cover to prevent from water penetration.
Do not paint or add any substance on the antenna cover, this will block the reception of
the signal from the satellite.
Be careful when connecting or disconnecting the signal cable. Using it in an abnormal
condition or pulling it by force may damage the product or the cable.
Before moving the product, and disconnect all cables. Otherwise the product may get
damaged or there is a risk of falling over the cables and getting injured.
Install the product on a flat place.
When handling the antenna, please do it carefully as any impact might cause damage to
the electronics.
Any obstacle (buildings, trees, etc....) will block the reception of the signal from the satellite
to the antenna.
For more precise details on the above points or for any information, please ask your retailer
or customer service.

SNIPE MOBIL CAMP DIRECT ist ein leichtes, tragbares Gerät mit einem kompakten
Design.
Diese vollautomatische Camping-Satellitenanlage SNIPE MOBIL CAMP DIRECT ist
ausschließlich für den Empfang von digitalen TV- und Radioprogrammen über Astra
19,2° Ost ausgelegt.
Es ist kein zusätzliche Controller zur Steuerung des Systems erforderlich und es kann
auch mit jedem Endgerät mit Sat-Empfänger verwendet werden.

Die tatsächlichen Komponenten können von den obigen Abbildungen abweichen.

3. Installation
Um ein Satellitensignal empfangen zu können, muss die Antenne in einem offenen
Gelände in Richtung des Äquators installiert werden.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass sich vor dem Gerät keine Hindernisse befinden, die die
Qualität des Signalempfangs beeinträchtigen könnten, wie z. B. Gebäude oder Bäume
.

Der für die Antenne erforderliche Betriebsstrom beträgt 300 mA und sie wird durch
direkten Anschluss an den Reciever bzw. die STB versorgt.
Wenn die Antenne den Satelliten gefunden hat, können Sie den Empfänger Ein -und
Ausschalten ohne dass die Antenne den Satelliten neu suchen muss.
Wenn die Antenne nicht innerhalb von 6 Minuten einen Satelliten findet,
verschieben Sie sie und versuchen Sie es erneut.

B. Die Suche nach dem ausgewählten Satelliten ist fehlgeschlagen
Satellitensignale können durch Gebäude, Bäume oder andere Hindernisse blockiert
oder beeinträchtigt werden.
Vergewissern Sie sich, dass es in Richtung Süden keine Hindernisse gibt.
Trennen Sie das Antennenkabel vom Receiver bzw. der STB und schließen Sie es erneut an.
Es gibt eine Reihe allgemeiner Probleme, die die Signalempfangsqualität oder den
Betrieb des Produkts beeinträchtigen können. Die folgenden Abschnitte behandeln
diese Probleme und mögliche Lösungen.

Prüfen Sie noch einmal, ob alle Kabelverbindungen korrekt hergestellt wurden.

C. Andere Probleme
Wenn das System nicht richtig verdrahtet wurde, funktioniert es nicht
ordnungsgemäß. Wenden Sie sich an einen Händler oder eine Werkstatt
vor Ort, um Hilfe bei einem Kabelschaden zu erhalten.

Hinweis
1. Es gibt nur eine Kabelverbindung von der Antenne zum Empfänger.
2. Verbinden Sie die Antenne und den Empfänger mit einem Antennenkabel.
3. Schalten Sie den Empfänger ein.
Antenne

Das Gerät ist für den privaten Gebrauch bestimmt und nicht für gewerbliche Zwecke
geeignet.
Jede andere Verwendung führt zum Verlust der Garantie oder Gewährleistung.
Öffnen Sie nicht die Abdeckung. Jeder Reparaturversuch durch eine nicht qualifizierte
Person kann gefährlich sein und zum Erlöschen der Garantie führen.
Machen Sie keine Löcher in die Kunststoffabdeckung der Antenne, um das Eindringen
von Wasser zu verhindern.
Stellen Sie die Antenne an einem geeigneten, ebenen Ort auf.
Seien Sie vorsichtig, wenn Sie das Signalkabel anschließen oder abtrennen. Wenn Sie
mit Gewalt daran ziehen, kann das Gerät oder das Kabel beschädigt werden.
Bevor Sie das Gerät transportieren ziehen Sie alle angeschlossenen Kabel ab. Anderen-
falls könnte das Gerät beschädigt werden, oder Sie könnten über die Anschlussleitung
fallen und sich verletzten.
Gehen Sie beim Umgang mit der Antenne vorsichtig vor, da jeder Stoß die Elektronik
beschädigen könnte.
Jedes Hindernis (Gebäude, Bäume, etc....) blockiert den Empfang des Signals vom
Satelliten zur Antenne.
Für genauere Angaben zu den oben genannten Punkten oder für weitere Informationen
wenden Sie sich bitte an Ihren Händler oder den Kundendienst.
Streichen Sie die Antennenabdeckung nicht an und fügen Sie keine Substanzen hinzu, da
dies den Empfang des Satellitensignals behindert.
