1. CONTENUTO DELLA CONFEZIONE
Nella confezione è incluso:

Nelle versioni MyALARM2 Security (Au io) e MyALARM2 GPS nella confezione è presente anche
una microSD (già inserita nello slot apposito).
2. INSTALLAZIONE DEL SOFTWARE DI CONFIGURAZIONE
Per utilizzare MyALARM2 è prima necessario configurare il mo ulo tramite la connessione a un
PC otato i sistema operativo Micorsoft ™ Win ows xp ™, Micorsoft ™ Win ows Vista ™,
Micorsoft ™ Win ows 7 ™ .
Seguire i seguenti passi:
1) Inserire il CD fornito nella confezione sul PC
2) Se il CD non parte con l’autoplay eseguire il file CD_Start.exe

3) Cliccare sul pulsante “Software Easy”
Al termine ell’installazione confermare l’installazione el river facen o click su “Installa il
software el river”:

3. PREPARAZIONE E PRIMA ACCENSIONE DI MYALARM2
1) Avvitare l’antenna in otazione o l’antenna opzionale in senso orario:
2) Se si esi era utilizzare MyALARM2 con una SIM GSM inserire una SIM car in un telefono
GSM e cancellare tutti i messaggi ella SIM.
3) Inserire la SIM car su MyALARM2:

NOTA: MyALARM2 può funz onare solo con SIM GSM, le s m UMTS non sono supportate.
NOTA: MyALARM2 può funz onare come datalogger anche senza ut l zzare una SIM card
GSM salvando dat su una m croSD.

4) Se si vuole salvare i log anche su microSD e/o utilizzare le funzioni au io (a secon a el
mo ello i MyALARM2) verificare che sia inserita una microSD nell’apposito slot.
5) Collegare MyALARM2 al PC tramite il cavetto USB in otazione:

Per velocizzare l’operazione premere “ignora ownloa ei river a Win ows Up ate”.
Dopo circa 2 minuti:
A questo MyALARM2 è connesso al PC.
L’operazione è eseguita solo la prima volta che si connette MyALARM2 a quel PC.

4. AVVIO DEL SOFTWARE DI CONFIGURAZIONE
1) Lanciare Easy MyALARM2 a Start->Tutti i programmi-> Seneca->Easy MyALARM2
2) Se si è connessi a internet il software cercherà automaticamente un aggiornamento el
software (Seneca consiglia sempre i utilizzare l’ultimo software i configurazione
isponibile, consultare la pagina Myalarm2 sul sito www.seneca.it).
3) Per realizzare una configurazione seguire le in icazioni che fornisce il software stesso
anche nella sezione Help:

5. INSTALLAZIONE DI MYALARM2
1) Collegare altri ingressi / uscite:

2) Alimentare MyALARM2 con l’alimentatore AC/DC fornito facen o attenzione al colore ei
cavi ell’alimentatore : + = cavo Rosso, - = cavo Nero

Una volta collegata l’alimentazione MyALARM2 si accen erà, atten ere che il le giallo “GSM”
lampeggi lentamente e che compaia a isplay il livello el segnale GSM.
6. UTILIZZO DELLE E-MAIL
Per permettere a MyALARM2 i inviare E-MAIL è in ispensabile creare prece entemente un
in irizzo i posta elettronica che MyALARM2 utilizzerà come in irizzo i invio.
6.1. CREAZIONE ED UTILIZZO DI UN ACCOUNT GMAIL
Le operazioni per creare un nuovo in irizzo Email su gmail.com sono le seguenti:
1) Entrare nel sito www.gmail.com
2) Cliccare su “Crea un account”

3) Compilare tutti i campi, per maggiori informazioni fare riferimento alle pagine i aiuto el
sito gmail.com
4) Sul software i configurazione una configurazione i esempio per una email @gmail.com è

7. TEST CAPACITA’ DI INVIO-RICEZIONE DEGLI SMS
Per verificare la corretta configurazione i invio-ricezione egli SMS inviare a un cellulare
il cui numero è stato inserito come “Amministratore” il seguente SMS:

TEST CAPACITA’ INVIO DELLE E-MAIL
Per verificare la corretta configurazione i invio elle E-MAIL inviare a un cellulare il cui
numero è stato configurato come “Amministratore” il seguente SMS:

“myAlarm2:test”
Con un allegato “myAlarm2_TEST.txt”.
8. TEST CAPACITA’ INVIO SU FTP
Per verificare la corretta configurazione i invio su FTP inviare a un cellulare il cui numero
è stato configurato come “Amministratore” il seguente SMS:

a questo SMS MyALARM2 eve rispon ere invian o all’FTP configurato, nella cartella
configurata il file “myAlarm2_TEST.txt”

9. FUNZIONAMENTO DI BASE SENZA CONFIGURAZIONE
MyALARM2 può essere utilizzato con un funzionamento i base senza alcuna
configurazione.
Per utilizzare MyALARM2 nel funzionamento i base seguire i seguenti passi:
1) Inserire una SIM car aven o cura i eliminare prece entemente il PIN con l’ausilio i
un cellulare
2) Alimentare MyALARM2
3) Atten ere che il le GSM smetta i lampeggiare velocemente
4) Eseguire uno squillo verso il numero ella SIM con un cellulare, il numero el cellulare
a cui è partito lo squillo iventa numero “amministratore”
5) Affinché sia possibile utilizzare il coman o i richiesta el cre ito resi uo su una SIM
ricaricabile (solo per lo stato Italia) è necessario inviare un messaggio SMS
all’amministratore con il seguente testo:

10. SOLUZIONE AI PROBLEMI
PROBLEMA SOLUZIONE
Invian o il coman o SMS:

- Verificare che il segnale GSM sia superiore a 2/7
-La mail è finita nello SPAM
-Il server SMTP supporta la protezione SSL e non è
stata impostata la porta corretta
-E’ stato impostato un server SMTP i una compagnia
telefonica concorrente rispetto la SIM utilizzata
Invian o il coman o SMS:
ftp test
nessun file ftp arriva nel server ftp configurato
-La cartella sul server FTP su cui vengono creati i file
non esiste, creare prima la cartella nel server ftp
-Verificare la correttezza ell’IP/nome el server ftp
-Verificare che il nome utente/passwor per
l’accesso al server ftp siano corretti
Il segnale GSM è sempre 0/7 e il le GSM continua
sempre a lampeggiare velocemente
-La SIM inserita non è riconosciuta, pulire o sostituire
la SIM
-La SIM ha il PIN abilitato, inserire la SIM in un
cellulare e isabilitare il PIN, oppure abilitare e
inserire il co ice PIN nel software i configurazione
Il segnale GSM è troppo basso
-
Atten ere almeno 10 minuti prima i leggere il
valore GSM all’accensione
-Provare a utilizzare una SIM i un altro operatore
mobile
- Spostare l’installazione i MyALARM2
-Utilizzare un’antenna esterna opzionale: per
maggiori informazioni contattare Seneca o il sito
internet www.seneca.it nella sezione MyALARM2.
Non è possibile ottenere il cre ito resi uo ella SIM -Verificare il meto o a utilizzare per recuperare il
cre ito resi uo richiesto all’operatore mobile
(squillo o SMS, testo ell’SMS i richiesta).
-La SIM non è i tipo ricaricabile ma a abbonamento
MYALARM2 ha funzionato correttamente per alcuni
giorni/mesi poi ha smesso i inviare sia gli SMS che i
log.
-Il cre ito ella SIM è esaurito, ricaricare la SIM car .
-La SIM car è sca uta perché il cre ito non è mai
stato ricaricato nell’arco i un anno. Sostituire la SIM
car o contattare l’operatore telefonico mobile.

3. PREPARATION FOR THE FIRST START-UP
1) Screw he supplied an enna or he op ional an enna in clockwise:

dele e all messages in he SIM.

NOTE: MyALARM2 can only work with GSM SIM, UMTS SIM are not supported.
NOTE: MyALARM2 can function as a data logger also without saving data to a microSD card
by sending data through a GSM-GPRS SIM card.

6) The PC recognizes MyALARM2:
To speed up the operation, press "ignore download drivers from Windows Update."
After about 2 minutes:
Now MyALARM2 it’s connected to the PC.
The operation is performed only the first time that you connect the MyALARM2.

4. LAUNCHING THE CONFIGURATION SOFTWARE
1) Launch Easy MyALARM2 from S ar -> All Programs-> Seneca-> Easy MyALARM2

5. MYALARM2 INSTALLATION

MyALARM2 can be used wi h a basic opera ion wi hou any configura ion.
To use MyALARM2 in he basic opera ion mode following his s eps:
1) Inser a SIM card, aking care o remove he PIN previously wi h he help of a cell phone
