MASK & WATER RESERVOIR. FAILURE TO FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS CAN CAUSE SERIOUS INJURY.

Sharper Image®CPAP Cleaner is intended to clean Continuous Positive Airway Pressure (CPAP) Hose, Mask and
Water Reservoir using bacteria and germ killing activated oxygen (Ozone). It is intended for home use.
Itʼs recommended that you clean your CPAP Hose and Mask daily. Water Reservoir should be cleaned weekly.
Discontinue use of the CPAP Cleaner if acne or rash develops along mask contact line.
The CPAP Cleaner will not remove skin oils and mucus. To remove these fluids, you can wipe down your
equipment with CPAP Cleaner wipes or other methods of cleaning as directed by your equipment manufacture.
CPAP CLEANER OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
DAILY CLEANING HOSE, MASK AND REMOVABLE
WATER RESERVOIR USING CLEANING ZIP BAG:
CHARGE YOUR CPAP CLEANER BEFORE USE:
Step 1.
Disconnect CPAP hose with maskfrom CPAP machine and attach to the CPAP Cleaner Hose Port (Figures 6 & 7).
If hose does not fit in Hose Port snuggly, use one of the 2 White Universal Fit Adapters (Figure A)so there
are no leaks.
Step 1. Connect the USB charging cord to CPAP Cleanerʼs USB Port (Figure 1).
Step 2.Connect the other end of charging cord into USB charging port (Figure 2) or wall outlet using a 5 volt 1 amp.
USB power adapter commonly used for cell phones and other small electronics (Figures 3-4) .
Step 3. Charge unit until on start button turns from red to green (Figure 5).
Note: Do not start cleaning cycle when battery is low. The CPAP Cleaner will beep during operation if the charge
is low. If unit beeps during operation, press the ON/OFF Button 1 time to turn off the CPAP Cleaner and recharge.
Note: Do not operate the CPAP Cleaner when charging.
Warning: Do not operate the CPAP Cleaner when detached from hose. If the CPAP Cleaner is
accidentally turned on when hose is not connected, press the On/Off Button 1 time to
turn off the CPAP Cleaner.

WEEKLY CLEANING CPAP WITH
NON-REMOVABLE WATER RESERVOIR
Note: If your water reservoir is removable, follow instructions above for daily cleaning.
Step 1. Disconnect Maskfrom CPAP hose
Step 2. Connect CPAP hose to the CPAP Cleanerʼs Hose Port (Figure 13). If hose end doesnot fit snuggly, attach hose
to one of the 2 Universal Fit Adapters and attach adapter endinto the CPAP Cleanerʼs Hose Port (Figure 13).
Step 3. Place CPAP machine with non-removable water reservoir into large cleaning zip bag with connected hose
and the CPAP Cleaner (Figure 14) then zip cleaning bag closed completely so there are no leaks
(Figures 15-16).

Step 4. Turn on the CPAP Cleaner by pressing down on On/Off Button for 3 seconds. This will start 30-minute cleaning
cycle and clean the hose and Water Reservoir. The CPAP Cleaner will turn off automatically and beep at the
end of the cleaning cycle (Figure 17).
Step 5. Leave CPAP machine, hose and the CPAP Cleaner in sealed Zip bag for 1 hour after cleaning
cycle to allow residualactivate oxygen (ozone) to revert to ordinary oxygen.

Step 2.Remove and empty water reservoir from CPAP machine (Figure 8).
Step 3.Place empty water reservoir, and maskwith hose attached to the CPAP Cleaner into large
Cleaning Zip Bag (Figure 9).
Step 4. Zip Cleaning Zip Bag completely closed so there are no leaks (Figures 10-11)
Step 5. Turn on the CPAP Cleaner by pressing down on On/Off Button for 3 seconds (Figure 12). Blue light indicates
start of 30-minute cleaning cycle to clean hose, maskand water reservoir. The CPAP Cleaner will turn off
automatically and beep at the endof the cleaning cycle.
Step 6. Leave water reservoir, maskand hose in sealed Cleaning Zip Bag for 1 hour after cleaning
cycle to allow residualactivated oxygen (ozone) to revert to ordinary oxygen.

When operated in a120 square foot (10' x 12') room with 8' ceiling, the average ambient ozone concentration in the room
over the cleaning operating cycle is less than 0.05 parts per million (PPM).
TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Keep away from children.
At elevated concentrations in the air, the ozone produced by the CPAP Cleaner is harmful to health. Never breathe
directly from your CPAP Cleaner machine.
Personʼs with acute or chronic respiratory conditions such as asthma, bronchitis and sensitive or irritated breathing passages
(mouth, nose, throat) should consult with their medical doctor before using this product.
Never use the CPAP Cleaner in confined spaces less than 120 square foot (10' x 12') room with 8' ceiling.
Never use the CPAP Cleaner when itʼs outside of Cleaning Zip Bag. If a strong ozone odor is detected when the CPAP
Cleaner is operating, turn off the CPAP Cleaner by pressing the on/off button 1 time. Check hose connections and make
sure there are no cracks in the housing, CPAP hose and hose adapters.
Keep the CPAP Cleaner away from all water sources.
The CPAP Cleaner can be cleaned with damp cloth.
Keep the CPAP Cleaner away from flammable chemicals and products that produce flammable gasses.
Empty your water reservoir before cleaning.
Do not cover the CPAP Cleaner or block air intake vent.
Do not run the CPAP Cleaner more than 30 minutes consecutively.
Do not run the CPAP Cleaner when charging cord is attached to a power source. This may impact battery life.
The CPAP Cleaner is only to beused to clean your CPAP hose, mask and water reservoir.
Do not dismantle the CPAP Cleaner.

How often should I clean my CPAP machine?
You Should clean hose and maskdaily. CPAP machine water reservoir should be cleaned
weekly.
What type of USB power adapter works with the CPAP Cleaner?
Any 5 Volt 1 Amp USB adapter that charges your cell phone or other small electronics can
be used.
What if I don’t have a USB power adapter?
You can use a charging port from your smart phone charger, a wall outlet, computer

The power capacity of the lithium ion battery meets FAA/TSA requirements. The CPAP Cleaner
canʼtbepacked in stored luggageduring travel. The CPAP Cleaner must be carried onto plane.
What is the blue bag with zipper for?
The blue bag serves as a storage bag for the CPAP Cleaner unit,
accessories, CPAP Hose and Maskwhen not in use or when you travel.
