Montage
Das Gehäuse des Magnetschalters wurde für eine verdeckte Montage auf dem Blendrahmen
konzipiert. Eine Vielzahl von Unterlegplatten (siehe Profildatenblätter) erlaubt eine passgenaue Inte-
gration in das Profilsystem. Ein Einsatz in Kunststoff- und Holzfenstern ist möglich.
Achtung! Der Magnetschalter darf nur in Temperaturbereichen von -20°C bis +70°C verwendet
werden (bei bewegtem Kabel -5°C bis +50°C).
Achtung! Starke Gewaltanwendung (z. B. Stöße oder Schläge) können den Magnetschalter
beschädigen.
• Die Verschlussstellung Magnetbolzen / Magnet ermitteln und die Mitte auf den Rahmen übertra-
gen.
• Das Maß 75 mm übertragen (Abb. 1) und an der vorgesehenen Stelle eine Bohrung von ø 8 mm
setzen.
• Den Magnetschalter in das Montageteil einclipsen (Abb. 2) und entsprechend im Abstand X
montieren (Abb. 1 + 3).
• Nach der Montage eine Funktionskontrolle durchführen.
Achtung! Frühester Einschaltpunkt des Magnetschalters, wenn sich die Verschlussrolle 50% im
Eingriff des Schließteils befindet.
Assembly
The magnetic switch housing has been designed to be fitted on to the frame so that it is concealed.
A number of packers (see profile data sheet) enable it to fit perfectly into the profile system. It‘s
possible to use it with PVC and timber windows.
Attention! The magnetic switch should only be used within a temperature range of -20°C to
+70°C (with flexible cable -5°C to +50°C).
Attention! Excessive use of force (eg: knocks or impacts) can damage the magnetic switch.
• Determine the closed position of the magnetic bolt and magnet and transfer the centre onto the
frame.
• Transfer the dimension 75 mm (figure 1) and drill a hole with Ø 8 mm at the position indicated.
• Clip the magnetic switch into the mounting part (figure 2), and affix. at a spacing of X (figures 1+3).
• Check for proper function when installation is complete.
Attention! Earliest switch-on point for the magnetic switch is when the closing roller is 50%
engaged by the closing piece.
