CONTROL PANEL
USE AND PROGRAMMING OF THE CONTROL PANEL
Selection of automatic/manual mode
Press the correspondent button (only when the mixer is not working).
In manual mode the display of the program will show “ - “
Timer/speed/temperature selection
Press various times the correspondent button till the desired selection.

After a minute the display will go automatically on the timer selection (default)
Speed selection
Press the speed button correspondent to the desired value (1 – 6) or the buttons “ + “ and “ – “
Time selection
Keep pressed the buttons “ + “ o “ – “ that are below the display of the timer till the desired value.
Programming mode
You can store 10 programs with 8 different cycles. To start the programming mode:
1) Select the manual or automatic mode
2) Keep pressed for 3 seconds both buttons “ + ” and “ – “ that are below the display (display program = “ 1 “
blinking)
3) Select with the button “ + “ or “ – “ the desired program.
4) Select the speed button correspondent to the desired value for the first cycle (1 – 6)
5) Select the desired time for the first cycle
6) Press the “ START “ button to store the first cycle. As confirmation there will appear “MEM”
7) Press the “ STOP “ button if you wish to ultimate the programming or repeat the points 4, 5, 6 to store the other
cycles.
Start the mixer
In manual mode:
- Press the “ START “ button. If there are no impediments ( open grid, bowl not in position…) the mixer will
start its cycle of work till the depletion of the memorized time. Pressing the “ STOP “ button the mixer will
stop the cycle; pressing it again the mixer will set again the time initially memorized.
In automatic mode:
- Select the desired program and press the “ START “ button. If there are no impediments ( open grid, bowl
not in position…) and the program is valid the mixer will start its cycle of work till the depletion of the
memorized time (NOTICE: a no-valid program will be signalled by the indication “ E E E E “ on the display
of the timer). Pressing the “ STOP “ button the mixer will stop the cycle; pressing it again the mixer will start
the cycle from the beginning.
Lower the bowl
Keep pressed the button “ bowl descent “. If the mixer is working it will be stopped and then once it is completely still
(speed = 0 ), the bowl will lower.
General information
During the programming both leds “ automatic “ and “ manual “ will light.
During the functioning it is no more possible to change the automatic/manual selection.
During the functioning it is possible to change speed and time, but this value will not be stored.
