the following pages and acquaint you with all its functions and uses.

supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance in a safe

3. The digital kitchen scale is intended for household use only. Do not
use the scale for commercial and laboratory purposes.
4. Have all repairs carried out by a specialized service! Do not
disassemble the scale or remove any components.
5. The scale is intended for weighing food or liquids. Do not use it for
purposes other than those for which it is intended.
6. The scale must be placed on a at, hard and stable surface
(otherwise the weighing would be inaccurate).
7. Do not subject the scale to shocks, vibrations or drop it on the oor.
8. Handle the scale carefully to avoid damage.
9. Pets must not be weighed on the scale.
10. Do not store household items on the scale. When not using the
scale, make sure the surface is free of foreign objects.
11. Keep the scale clean. Follow the cleaning instructions in this manual.
12. Do not place the scale near heat sources (e.g. oven), open ames,
direct sunlight, etc. Do not use the scale inexcessively humid
environments or in environments where ammable, volatile or
explosive substances are stored or used.
13. Do not expose the scale to extreme temperatures.

DISPOSAL OF THE BUILT-IN BATTERY
The product is equipped with a built-in battery. This must
be removed before the product is disposed of in an envi-
ronmentally friendly manner or taken to a collection point.
Only qualied personnel at authorized service centers may
remove the battery pack. Turn on the appliance and wait
until the battery is completely discharged. Then remove it.
The battery contains environmentally harmful substances
and should never be put in ordinary waste bins. Take it to a
collection point for environmentally friendly disposal.

USE
Charging
Allow the scale to fully charge before using it for the rst time.
Plug the end of the USB-C power cable into the socket on the side of the
scale. Plug the loose end into the mains adapter (not included; recom-
mended adapter parameters: 5 V/1 A and above).
During charging, the display will show "- - - - ". When the display shows
"FULL", the scale is fully charged. Disconnect the charging cable.
Charging time is usually 3 hours.
As soon as the display shows "Lo", the scale must be charged. Do not
charge the scale after every use. Wait until “Lo“ is displayed.
Note:
We recommend charging the scale every 3 months if you
are not using it for a long time. This will extend the life of
the built-in battery. If the scale is not working properly, let it
charge to reset it.

Functions of the control buttons
If the scale is switched off, a short press of the button turns
it on.
When the scale is on, a short press activates the Tare func-
tion; a long press deactivates the scale.
Switching units: by repeatedly pressing briey you will switch
units in the following order: g - ml - oz - lb - lb:oz - ´:oz.
Switching the timer mode: short press to switch between
manual and automatic timer.
To turn the sound alert on/off: long press to turn the sound
alert on/off.
Press briey to start/stop the timer.
Long press to reset to zero values.
Before First Use
Remove the appliance and its accessories from the packaging. Before
disposing of the packaging, be sure to remove all components. Check
the appliance and accessories for damage.
Remove rubber plugs before rst use.
Wipe the outside of the appliance with a soft sponge slightly moistened
with warm water.
Using the scale
1. Place the scale on an even, rm and stable surface.
2. Press the button to turn on the scale. Wait until “0“ is displayed.
3. Press the UNIT button repeatedly to select the unit.
4. Place the container into which you will place the ingredients on the

weighing surface.
5. Press the button and wait until the display shows "0".
6. Put the ingredients you want to weigh in the container. The display
will show the value.
7. If you need to weigh another ingredient, press the button and
wait until the display shows "0". Put the other ingredients you need
to weigh into the container. The display will show the value.
8. When the weighing is complete, remove the container from the
weighing surface. The display shows a negative value.
Turning off the scale
The scale automatically switches off after 5 minutes of inactivity.
Coffee preparation (manual timer)
1. Place the scale on an even, rm and stable surface.
2. Press the button to turn on the scale. Wait until “0“ is displayed.
3. Place a coffee container (e.g. lter coffee pot, etc.) on the weighing
surface
4. Press the button and wait until the display shows "0" - see Figure
A1.
5. Pour in the ground coffee, press the button and wait until the
display shows "0” - see Figure A2.
6. Press the button to start the timer and gradually pour hot water
over the coffee - see picture A3.
7. When the coffee is nished brewing, press the to end the timer.
The left side of the display shows the total brewing time and the
right side of the display shows the total amount of coffee brewed -
see Figure A4.
8. Take away the prepared coffee.

Coffee preparation (automatic timer)
1. Place the scale on an even, rm and stable surface.
2. Press the button to turn on the scale. Wait until “0“ is displayed.
3. Place a coffee container (e.g. lter coffee pot, etc.) on the weighing
surface.
4. Press the button and wait until the display shows "0" - see Figure
A1.
5. Pour in the ground coffee, press the button and wait until the
display shows "0” - see Figure A2.
6. Press the button to switch to auto timer mode. The indicator
lights up on the display - see Figure A5.
7. As soon as you start pouring water, the timer starts - see Figure A6.
8. When the preparation is nished, remove the container with the
prepared coffee. When the container is removed, the scale stops
operating and then both the time and weight ash - see Figure A7.
9. The scale automatically switches off after 3 minutes of inactivity.
Note:
This scale is a highly accurate product that can record
changes in weight due to evaporation of high temperature
liquids. When weighing coffee, it is normal for the weight to
change due to the evaporation of water.
Error messages
Err If you load the scale more than the permissible limit, the follow-
ing error message will appear on the display. Reduce the load
to prevent damage to the scale.

Lo The remaining battery capacity of the scale is low. Charge the
scale.
CLEANING AND MAINTENANCE
Use a damp cloth to clean the scale. DO NOT USE chemical / abrasive
cleaning agents.
Clean all plastic parts immediately after contact with greasy substances,
spices, vinegar or avourings. Avoid splashing sour citrus juice on the
scale!
Always keep the scale in a horizontal position.
The silicone cover must be cleaned regularly. Remove it and wash it in
warm water with a little dishwashing liquid. Rinse and dry. The silicone
cover is also dishwasher safe.
Storage
Store the scale in a safe, dry place. We recommend charging the scale
every 3 months if you are not using it for a long time. This will extend the
life of the built-in battery.

ENTSORGUNG DES EINGEBAUTEN AKKUS
Das Produkt ist mit einem eingebauten Akku ausgestattet.
Diese muss entfernt werden, bevor das Produkt auf um-
weltfreundliche Weise entsorgt oder zu einer Sammelstelle
gebracht wird. Der Akku darf nur von einer qualizierten
Person in einer autorisierten Kundendienststelle ausgebaut
werden. Schalten Sie das Produkt ein und warten Sie, bis
der Akku vollständig entladen ist. Nehmen Sie ihn dann aus
dem Produkt heraus. Die Batterie enthält umweltschädli-
che Stoffe und gehört daher nicht in den Hausmüll. Geben
Sie den Akku zur umweltgerechten Entsorgung an einer
geeigneten Sammelstelle ab.

VERWENDUNG
Laden
Laden Sie die Waage vor der Erstverwendung vollständig auf.
Stecken Sie das Ende des USB-C-Ladekabels in die Buchse an der Seite
der Waage. Stecken Sie das lose Ende in den Netzadapter (nicht im
Lieferumfang enthalten; empfohlene Adapterparameter): 5 V/1 A und
mehr).
Während des Ladevorgangs wird auf dem Display „- - - - “ angezeigt.
Wenn das Display „FULL“ anzeigt, ist die Waage vollständig aufgeladen.
Trennen Sie das Ladekabel.
Der Ladevorgang dauert in der Regel 3 Stunden.
Sobald das Display „Lo“ anzeigt, muss die Waage geladen werden. Laden
Sie die Waage nicht nach jedem Gebrauch auf. Warten Sie immer, bis
auf dem Display „Lo“ angezeigt wird.
Bemerkung:
Wir empfehlen, die Waage alle 3 Monate aufzuladen, wenn
Sie sie über einen längeren Zeitraum nicht benutzen.
Dadurch wird die Lebensdauer des eingebauten Akkus
verlängert. Wenn die Waage nicht richtig funktioniert, laden
Sie sie auf, um sie zurückzusetzen.
