in ambienti chiusi e protetti dalla pioggia.

L'accessorio pasta deve essere utilizzato solo in
combinazione con il robot da cucina SKV 1200 A1.

indicazioni relative alla sicurezza del robot da cucina SKV 1200 A1!

► L'accessorio pasta deve essere sempre rimosso dal robot da cucina in
mancanza di sorveglianza e prima del montaggio, dello smontaggio
o della pulizia.
► Disconnettere sempre il robot da cucina dalla rete elettrica prima di
montare o smontare l'accessorio pasta.
► In mancanza di sorveglianza, disconnettere sempre il robot da cucina
dalla rete elettrica.
► L'accessorio pasta non deve essere utilizzato dai bambini.
► L'accessorio pasta può essere utilizzato da persone con capacità
fisiche, sensoriali o mentali ridotte o mancanti di esperienze e/o
conoscenze, se vengono sorvegliate o siano state istruite in relazio-
ne all'uso sicuro dell'apparecchio e ne abbiano compreso i relativi
pericoli.
► Non consentire ai bambini di giocare con l'accessorio pasta.
► Sorvegliare i bambini per assicurarsi che non giochino con
l'apparecchio/l'accessorio pasta.

Preparativi
1) Prelevare tutte le parti dalla confezione e
rimuovere il materiale d'imballaggio, eventuali
pellicole di protezione e adesivi.
2) Pulire tutti i componenti dell'apparecchio, così
come descritto al capitolo "Pulizia e manu-
tenzione". Assicurarsi che tutte le parti siano
completamente asciutte.
Montaggio
AVVERTENZA! PERICOLO DI LESIONI!
► Assicurarsi che la spina di rete del robot
da cucina sia disinserita prima di montare
l'accessorio pasta!
1) Rimuovere la copertura dal motore degli
accessori speciali (v. capitolo "Lavorare con gli
accessori speciali" nel manuale di istruzioni del
robot da cucina).
2) Inserire la connessione di blocco 1dell'acces-
sorio pasta nel dispositivo di azionamento per
accessori speciali del robot da cucina:
3) Ruotare l'accessorio pasta in modo da inse-
rirlo:
L'accessorio pasta è ora montato e pronto per
l'uso.

Ricetta impasto per pasta
Con l'accessorio pasta è possibile lavorare l'abi-
tuale impasto per lasagna o produrre il seguente
impasto per pasta con il robot da cucina:
1) versare 340 g di semola di grano duro, 140 ml
di acqua e 10 ml di olio nella ciotola del robot.
2) Lavorare bene l'impasto.
NOTA
► Per la lavorazione l'impasto deve avere una
consistenza leggermente friabile e non essere
appiccicoso.
Se l'impasto risultasse troppo colloso,
aggiungere un po' di semola di grano duro.
Se l'impasto risultasse troppo secco/friabile,
aggiungere un po' di acqua.
3) Fare riposare l'impasto per circa 1 ora.
L'impasto è quindi pronto per l'ulteriore lavorazione.
Produzione di lasagne
AVVERTENZA! PERICOLO DI LESIONI!
► Non toccare mai i rulli 2dell'accessorio per
pasta.
► Assicurarsi che capi di abbigliamento, capelli
o gioielli non finiscano nei rulli 2.
ATTeNziONe!

► L'accessorio pasta deve funzionare per un
massimo di 10 minuti alla volta. In caso con-
trario, l'apparecchio potrebbe surriscaldarsi!
► Non lavorare un impasto congelato!
1) In un primo momento, regolare la manopola
di impostazione 4su uno spessore di impasto
maggiore:
–Estrarre leggermente la manopola di impo-
stazione 4e ruotarla contemporaneamente
in modo che la marcatura di posizionamen-
to 3sia rivolta sullo spessore "8".
–Rilasciare la manopola di impostazione 4
ed eventualmente ruotarla ancora un po'
fino a ottenerne l'inserimento alla marcatura
di posizionamento 3desiderata.
2) Sagomare la pasta in modo che sia larga circa
1/3 della larghezza di inserimento dei rulli 2
e sia spessa circa 0,5 cm.
3) Inserire la spina di rete del robot da cucina in
una presa di rete.
4) Impostare il selettore del robot da cucina sul
livello 1.
5) Versare un po' di farina sull'impasto.
6) Inserire la pasta fra i rulli 2. Essa viene
catturata automaticamente e fuoriesce dal lato
inferiore dell'accessorio pasta.
7) Ridurre di un livello lo spessore impostato per la
pasta ruotando la manopola di impostazione 4
su un livello inferiore.
8) Inserire nuovamente la pasta fra i rulli 2.
9) Ripetere i passaggi 7) e 8) fino a ottenere lo
spessore desiderato per l'impasto.
10) Staccare la spina dalla presa di corrente.
Ora è possibile tagliare l'impasto steso nelle forme
desiderate.
Smontaggio
AVVERTENZA! PERICOLO DI LESIONI!
► Scollegare sempre l'apparecchio dalla rete
elettrica prima di smontare l'accessorio
pasta!
1) Premere il piccolo tasto accanto alla connessio-
ne di blocco 1del robot da cucina e ruotare
l'accessorio pasta estraendolo dal robot da
cucina.

Pulizia e manutenzione
ATTeNziONe!

► Non utilizzare detergenti aggressivi, abrasivi
o chimici. Potrebbero danneggiare le super-
fici.
1) Pulire l'accessorio pasta in acqua calda ag-
giungendo un po' di detersivo delicato.
2) Risciacquare l'accessorio pasta con acqua
pulita per rimuovere tutti i resti di detergente.
3) Asciugare bene l'accessorio pasta.
Smaltimento
Smaltire l'accessorio pasta in modo ecologicamente
conforme.
L'imballaggio è costituito da materiali
ecocompatibili che possono essere smal-
titi tramite gli appositi centri di raccolta
e riciclaggio.

Condizioni di garanzia

severe direttive qualitative e debitamente collaudato
prima della consegna.
La garanzia viene prestata in caso di vizi del
materiale o di fabbricazione. Questa garanzia non
si estende a componenti del prodotto che sono

considerati come componenti soggetti a usura o a
danni che si verificano su componenti delicati, per

The operating instructions are part of this product.
They contain important information about safety,
usage and disposal. Before using the product, please
familiarise yourself with all operating and safety
instructions. Use the product only as described and
for the range of applications specified. Please also
pass these operating instructions on to any future
owner.
Intended use
The pasta attachment is designed exclusively for
forming pasta dough into sheets. The pasta attach-
ment is intended exclusively for use in domestic
households. Do not use it for commercial applica-
tions!
The pasta attachment is intended only for private
use in enclosed, dry rooms. Do not use it outside!
The pasta attachment may only be used in conjunc-
tion with the SKV 1200 A1 food processor.
All parts of this appliance which come into
contact with food are food-safe.

► The pasta attachment should always be removed from the food
processor when not supervised and before assembly, disassembly
or cleaning.
► Always disconnect the food processor from the mains when you
attach or remove the pasta attachment.
► Always disconnect the food processor from the mains when it is not
supervised.
► The pasta attachment should not be used by children.
► The pasta attachment may be used by persons with reduced physical,
sensory or mental capabilities or lack of experience and knowledge if
they are under supervision or have been given instruction concerning
use of the appliance in a safe way and if they understand the potential
risks.
► Do not allow children to play with the pasta attachment.
► Children should be supervised to ensure they do not play with the
appliance/the pasta attachment.
► Never use the appliance for purposes other than those described in
these instructions. Otherwise there is a risk of serious injury!
► To avoid personal injury and damage to the appli-
ance, never insert or place your hands or any foreign
objects into the pasta attachment.
► Do not allow long hair, clothing, body jewellery or similar to get
caught in the moving parts.

Preparations
1) Take all the parts out of the box and remove
the packaging material and any protective
wrapping or stickers.
2) Clean all components as described in the section
"Cleaning and care". Ensure that all parts are
completely dry.
Assembly
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Ensure that the food processor is unplugged
when fitting the pasta attachment!
1) Remove the cover from the drive unit for special
accessories (see section "Working with special
accessories" in the food processor operating
instructions).
2) Insert the locking connection 1of the pasta
attachment into the drive unit for special acces-
sories on the food processor:
3) Turn the pasta attachment so that the pasta
attachment clicks into place:
The pasta attachment is now properly attached.

Pasta dough recipe
You can process your usual pasta dough with the
pasta attachment or use the food processor to
produce the following pasta dough:
1) Add 340 g of semolina (durum wheat), 140 ml
and 10 ml of oil into the mixing bowl.
2) Stir everything thoroughly.
NOTe
► The dough should have a slightly crumbly
consistency and not be too sticky.
If the dough is too sticky, add a little durum
wheat semolina. If the dough is too dry/crum-
bly, add a little water.
3) Leave the dough to stand for about 1 hour.
The dough is now ready for further processing.
Making pasta sheets
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Never reach into the rollers 2of the pasta
attachment.
► Make sure that your clothing, hair or jewellery
do not get caught in the rollers 2.
ATTeNTiON! PrOPerTy dAmAge!
► Do not operate the appliance for longer than
10 minutes in one session with the pasta
attachment fitted. Otherwise, the appliance
may overheat!
► Do not process frozen dough!
1) Start by turning the settings knob 4to the
largest pasta thickness:
–Pull the settings knob 4out a little and,
at the same time, turn it until the position
marking 3points to the dough thickness
"8".
–Let go of the settings knob 4and turn it a
little, if necessary, so that it clicks into place
in the required position marking 3.
2) Form the dough so that it is about 1/3 of the
feed width of the rollers 2and about 0.5 cm
thick.
3) Insert the food processor plug into a mains
power socket.
4) Set the rotary switch of the food processor to
level 1.
5) Sprinkle a little flour onto the dough.
6) Feed the dough into the rollers 2. It will be
drawn in automatically and fed out on the
underside of the pasta attachment.
7) Reduce the set dough thickness by one level by
adjusting the setting knob 4down a level.
8) Feed the dough back through the rollers 2.
9) Repeat steps 7) and 8) until the dough has
reached the required thickness.
10) Remove the power plug from the mains power
socket.
You can now cut the rolled dough into the required
shapes.
Dismantling
WARNING! RISK OF INJURY!
► Always disconnect the appliance from the
power supply before dismantling the grater
attachment!
1) Press the small button next to the locking
connection 1on the food processor and turn
the pasta attachment and pull it off the food
processor.

Cleaning and care
ATTeNTiON! PrOPerTy dAmAge!
► Do not use aggressive, abrasive or chemical
cleaning agents. These may damage the
surfaces.
1) Clean the pasta attachment in warm water
containing a mild detergent.
2) Rinse the pasta attachment in clean water to
remove any remaining detergent residues.
3) Dry the pasta attachment thoroughly.
Disposal
Dispose of the pasta attachment in an environmen-
tally friendly manner.
The packaging is made from environ-
mentally friendly material and can be
disposed of at your local recycling plant.

Dear Customer,
This appliance has a 3-year warranty valid from
the date of purchase. If this product has any faults,
you, the buyer, have certain statutory rights. Your
statutory rights are not restricted in any way by the
warranty described below.
Warranty conditions
The validity period of the warranty starts from the
date of purchase. Please keep your original receipt
in a safe place. This document will be required as
proof of purchase.
If any material or production fault occurs within
three years of the date of purchase of the product,
we will either repair or replace the product for you
at our discretion. This warranty service is dependent
on you presenting the defective appliance and
the proof of purchase (receipt) and a short written
description of the fault and its time of occurrence.
If the defect is covered by the warranty, your product
will either be repaired or replaced by us. The repair
or replacement of a product does not signify the
beginning of a new warranty period.
Warranty period and statutory claims for
defects
The warranty period is not prolonged by repairs
effected under the warranty. This also applies to
replaced and repaired components. Any damage
and defects present at the time of purchase must
be reported immediately after unpacking. Repairs
carried out after expiry of the warranty period shall
be subject to a fee.
Scope of the warranty
This appliance has been manufactured in accordance
with strict quality guidelines and inspected meticu-
lously prior to delivery.
The warranty covers material faults or production
faults. The warranty does not extend to product parts
subject to normal wear and tear or fragile parts such
as switches, batteries, baking moulds or parts made
of glass.
The warranty does not apply if the product has been
damaged, improperly used or improperly maintained.
The directions in the operating instructions for the
product regarding proper use of the product are
to be strictly followed. Uses and actions that are
discouraged in the operating instructions or which
are warned against must be avoided.
This product is intended solely for private use and
not for commercial purposes. The warranty shall be
deemed void in cases of misuse or improper handling,
use of force and modifications/repairs which have
not been carried out by one of our authorised
Service centres.

observe the following instructions:
