der to get to know the entire scope of fea-
tures:

ing instructions prior to initial
commissioning.

cleansing brush!
2. Intended purpose
The facial cleansing brush is intended exclu-
sively for external use. Its purpose is cleans-
ing the skin of make-up and loose flakes of
skin, and massaging the skin of the face.
The device is designed for private home use
and must not be used for commercial pur-
poses. The device must only be used in-
doors.
3. Safety information
Warnings
If necessary, the following warnings will be
used in these operating instructions:
DANGER! High risk: failure to ob-
serve this warning may result in in-
jury to life and limb.
WARNING! Moderate risk: failure to ob-
serve this warning may result in injury or se-
rious material damage.
CAUTION: low risk: failure to observe this
warning may result in minor injury or mate-
rial damage.
NOTE: circumstances and specifics that
must be observed when handling the de-
vice.

Instructions for safe operation
~ This device can be used by children from the age of 8 and people
with restricted physical, sensory or intellectual abilities or people
without adequate experience and/or understanding, if they are su-
pervised or instructed on how to use this device safely and if they
are aware of the resulting danger. Children must not play with the
device. Cleaning and maintenance by the user must not be per-
formed by children without supervision.
~ Keep children under the age of 8 away from the device and the
power cable.
~ Only use the included original power unit for mains operation.
DANGER for children
~Packing materials are not children's
toys. Children should not be allowed to
play with the plastic bags: There is a
risk of suffocation!
DANGER to and from pets
and livestock
~Electrical devices can represent a haz-
ard to pets and livestock. In addition,
animals can also cause damage to the
device. For this reason you should keep
animals away from electrical devices at
all times.
DANGER! Risk of electric
shock due to moisture
~The battery charger and the power unit
must not be immersed in water or other
liquids.
~The battery charger and the power unit
must not come into contact with water.
They are not as water-resistant as the
device itself. Do not place the battery
charger on a wet or damp surface.
~Ensure that the battery charger and the
power unit cannot fall into water or oth-
er liquids.
~If the battery charger has fallen into wa-
ter, pull out the power unit immediately,
and only then remove the battery charg-
er from the water. Do not use the battery
charger again, but have this checked by
a specialist.
~Should liquid enter the device, have it
checked before starting the device up
again.
~If the battery charger is placed in a
bathroom, the power unit must be
pulled out after charging the battery, as
the proximity of water represents a haz-
ard, even when the device is switched
off.
~Installation of a residual current device
(FI/RCD) with a rated residual operat-
ing current of no more than 30 mA is
recommended to provide additional
protection. Ask your electrician for ad-
vice. The installation should only be car-
ried out by a qualified electrician.
DANGER! Risk of electric
shock
~ Never put the device into operation if
there are visible damages to the device,
the battery charger or the cable or if the
device has been dropped before.
~Connect the cable to the battery charg-
er before plugging the power unit into a
wall socket.
~Only connect the power unit to a prop-
erly installed, easily accessible wall

socket, the voltage of which corre-
sponds to the specifications on the rat-
ing plate. The wall socket must continue
to be easily accessible after the device
is plugged in.
~Ensure that the cable cannot be dam-
aged by sharp edges or hot surfaces.
~Ensure that the cable is not trapped or
crushed.
~When removing the power unit from the
wall socket, always pull the power unit
and never the cable.
~Pull the power unit out of the wall sock-
et, …
… after each charging process,
… if there is a fault,
… before connecting the battery charg-
er to the power unit,
… prior to cleaning the battery charger
… during thunderstorms.
~Switch the device off when you are not
using it, before cleaning it, or if a fault
occurs.
~To avoid any risk, do not make modifi-
cations to the device. Repairs must be
carried out by a specialist workshop or
the Service Centre.
DANGER from batteries
~Protect the battery against mechanical
damages. Fire hazard!
~Do not expose the device to direct sun-
shine or heat.
~Charge
the battery exclusively using the
original accessory (power unit) in the
battery charger supplied.
~The batteries must not be disassembled,
short-circuited or thrown into a fire.
~Should the electrolyte solution leak out
of the
battery , avoid contact with eyes,
mucous membranes and skin. Rinse im-
mediately with plenty of clean water
and consult a doctor. The electrolyte
solution can cause irritation.
WARNING! Risk of injury
~When using, avoid the area around the
eyes. The area around the eyes may
only be cleaned by hand, as the skin
around the eyes is thinner and more
sensitive.
~Immediately stop using the device if you
develop a rash, redness or itching dur-
ing or after using the device. Consult a
doctor if the irritation persists.
~Do not use the device on open wounds,
irritated skin, sunburn or blisters.
~Persons who have acne or other skin
conditions should consult a doctor be-
fore using the device.
~Do not use the device for longer than
60 seconds per treatment, in order to
avoid excessive irritation of the facial
skin.
~Do not use the device if the brush at-
tachment shows damages.
~Switch off the device before replacing
or changing a brush attachment.
~Place the cable in such a way that no
one trips over it or steps on it.
WARNING! Risk of material
damage
~Use the original accessories only.
~Never place the device or accessories
on hot surfaces (e.g. hob plates) or near
heat sources or open fire.
~Do not cover the power unit to prevent
overheating.
~Never use excessive pressure when us-
ing the device or changing the brush at-
tachments. This could damage the
device or brush attachments. These are
not impact resistant, and must be at-
tached and removed carefully.
~Do not use any astringent or abrasive
cleaning agents.
~Do not attempt to open the battery
charger or the device, as this leads to ir-
reparable damage.

5. General information
on the product
Using the facial cleansing brush1is like a
gentle peeling. It gives you a revitalising
and relaxing facial cleansing. In addition,
this device can be used to remove make-up.
For this we recommend manual pre-cleans-
ing with appropriate cosmetics, e.g. make-
up remover tissues.
The gently vibrating movement ensures deep
cleansing and removes flakes of skin, as
well as make-up. Skincare products can then
be absorbed better. The blood flow to the
treated areas of the skin is improved.
The result is a smoother and more beautiful
complexion.
If you have sensitive skin you should use the
sensitive brush head (white brush head) or
refrain from cleaning the affected areas.

irritated skin, sunburn or blisters.
~When using, avoid the area around the
eyes. The area around the eyes may
only be cleaned by hand, as the skin
around the eyes is thinner and more
sensitive.
~Persons who have acne or other skin
conditions should consult a doctor be-
fore using the device.
WARNING of skin irritation!
~Individuals with sensitive skin may react
with skin swelling or irritation. You
should therefore test the device before-
hand on a part of the skin which is less
sensitive, e.g. the underside of the low-
er arm. Only use the device briefly at
first in order to keep any reactions as
small as possible.
~Do not press the attachments too strong-
ly against the skin.
The brush attachments
Normal (green holder)
The normal brush attachment offers effective
and thorough cleansing for normal and in-
sensitive skin types.
It is ideal for large areas of the face, e.g. for
the forehead and cheeks, as well as being
suitable for normal to greasy skin.
Sensitive (white holder)
The sensitive brush attachment is suitable for
all skin types that can be treated with a fa-
cial cleansing brush. It is excellently suited
for sensitive skin, and is also highly recom-
mended for your first treatments with the fa-
cial cleansing brush. It offers you a very
gentle and thorough cleansing.
In addition, this attachment is ideal for use
with skincare products.
Using the brushes
• For the daily removal of loose skin
flakes, use the facial cleansing brush1.
In addition, the skin is cleaned of make-
up, dirt and deposits.
• Application times per use:
- on the forehead: 15 seconds
- on the nose and chin together:
15 seconds
- each cheek: 15 seconds.
• You can also use the facial cleansing
brush1to apply skincare products and
massage your facial skin, in order to im-
prove blood circulation and elasticity.

• The induction charging function enables
an enclosed design, meaning that the
device can also safely be used in the
shower.

6. Charging
NOTES:
• Charge the device for 15 hours before
using it for the first time, even when the
status indicator light4shows a steady
light.
• When the battery is fully charged, the
device can be used for approximately
40 minutes.
• The device has an overload protection
function, i.e. you can store it on the bat-
tery charger5. When the battery is
charged, we recommend disconnecting
the power unit8and storing it in a suit-
able location.
1. Insert the small plug of the power unit
into the socket in the battery charger5.
2. Lay the power unit8cable into the ca-
ble guide of the battery charger5and
place it onto a plane surface.
3. Switch off the facial cleansing brush1
using the on/off button 2when re-
quired.
4. Insert the power unit8into a readily ac-
cessible wall socket whose voltage
matches the voltage stated on the rating
plate.
5. Place the facial cleansing brush1into
the battery charger5.
6. The status indicator light4will flash red
and the battery will begin to charge.
When the battery is fully charged, the
status indicator light4briefly lights up
red and then goes out.
7. Changing the brush
attachments
•Figure A: to attach the brush attach-
ments6, carefully press the correspond-
ing brush attachment into the holder on
the head of the device. Make sure the
attachment clicks properly into position.
•Figure A: to remove a brush attach-
ment6, hold it by the plastic disc and
pull it off the device.

8. Using the facial
cleansing brush
NOTE: please note that the device switches
off automatically after 60 seconds.
You can use the facial cleansing brush1
daily for removing dry skin cells and skin
flakes. In addition, the skin is cleaned of dirt
and deposits. You can also use the facial
cleansing brush1to apply skincare prod-
ucts and massage your facial skin, in order
to improve blood circulation and elasticity.
Do not clean an area of the skin for longer
than 15 seconds.
8.1 Settings
Press the on/off program button 2to
choose between the following settings:
• Press once: gentle cleansing,
... and in order to incorporate the care
products – slow vibration (the light4is
permanently green.)
• Press twice: deep cleansing,
... effective peeling, e.g. with cleansing
gel
fast vibration (the light4is permanently
blue.)
• Press three times: gentle massage,
... opens up the pores
... deep cleansing and incorporation of
skincare products, slow pulsating move-
ments (the light4flashes green.)
• Press four times: deep massage,
... opens up the pores
... deep cleansing and incorporation of
skincare products
fast pulsating movements (the light4
flashes blue.)
• Press five times: switch off the device
(the light4is off).
8.2 Use without skincare
products
This function is used exclusively for massag-
ing and has no cleaning effect.
1. Moisten your face and the brush head
with warm water.
2. Press the brush attachment6against the
part of your face that you wish to treat.
3. Use the on/off button 2to select the
desired setting.
4. Move the brush attachment6over the
skin in a circular motion, from the bot-
tom to the top. Application times per
use:
- on the forehead: 15 seconds
- on the nose and chin together:
15 seconds
- each cheek: 15 seconds.
NOTE: after use, the treated areas may be
slightly reddened.
Note:
the brush attachments do not
rotate. This is not a defect with
the device.
