to be easily accessible after the device

~Ensure that the cable cannot be dam-
aged by sharp edges or hot surfaces.
~Ensure that the cable is not trapped or
crushed.
~When removing the power unit from the
wall socket, always pull the power unit
and never the cable.

~Switch the device off when you are not

DANGER from batteries
~Protect the battery against mechanical
damages. Fire hazard!
~Do not expose the device to direct sun-
shine or heat.
~Charge
the battery
exclusively using the
original accessory (power unit) in the
battery charger supplied.
~The batteries must not be disassembled,
short-circuited or thrown into a fire.
~Should the electrolyte solution leak out
of the
battery
, avoid contact with eyes,
mucous membranes and skin. Rinse im-
mediately with plenty of clean water
and consult a doctor. The electrolyte
solution can cause irritation.
WARNING! Risk of injury
~When using, avoid the area around the
eyes. The area around the eyes may
only be cleaned by hand, as the skin
around the eyes is thinner and more
sensitive.
~Immediately stop using the device if you
develop a rash, redness or itching dur-
ing or after using the device. Consult a
doctor if the irritation persists.
~Do not use the device on open wounds,
irritated skin, sunburn or blisters.
~Persons who have acne or other skin
conditions should consult a doctor be-
fore using the device.
~Do not use the device for longer than
60 seconds per treatment, in order to
avoid excessive irritation of the facial
skin.
~Do not use the device if the brush at-
tachment shows damages.
~Switch off the device before replacing
or changing a brush attachment.
~Place the cable in such a way that no
one trips over it or steps on it.

~Use the original accessories only.
~Never place the device or accessories
on hot surfaces (e.g. hob plates) or near
heat sources or open fire.
~Do not cover the power unit to prevent
overheating.
~Never use excessive pressure when us-
ing the device or changing the brush at-
tachments. This could damage the
device or brush attachments. These are
not impact resistant, and must be at-
tached and removed carefully.
~Do not use any astringent or abrasive
cleaning agents.
~Do not attempt to open the battery
charger or the device, as this leads to ir-
reparable damage.
