Intended Use
Thermometer with dual temperature measurement and display.
Before Use
Inserting a battery
1. Remove the battery cover on the back of the device
2. Insert a new AAA battery into the thermometer
3. Replace the battery cover
Operation
• The thermometer automatically turns on when the battery is inserted
• To change the displayed unit depress the Unit Change Button (2)

• Pressing the Max/Min Button (5) will display the highest recorded temperature.
Pressing the button again will display the lowest recorded temperature whilst the
thermometer has been on
• Pressing the Alert/Set Button (1) will turn the alarm on. This alarm will emit a noise
when the temperature drops to a point set by the user. The thermometer comes
preset with the external temperature set to -1°C and the internal temperature
set to -4°C
• To increase these values, press and hold the Alert/Set Button (1) for 3 seconds to
display the minimum values. Press the unit change button to increase the value by
1°C of the outdoor temperature. Once the desired temperature has been selected,
press the Alert/Set Button (1) to change to the indoor temperature
• To reset the thermometer (which will reset the alert/set temperatures back to the
original) depress the Reset Button (4)
Maintenance
• After each use, clean the probe of all debris that could affect the temperature
• If storing the thermometer for a long period of time without usage, it is advisable
to remove the battery
Disposal
Always adhere to national regulations when disposing of power tools that are no
longer functional and are not viable for repair.
• Do not dispose of power tools, or other waste electrical and electronic equipment
(WEEE), with household waste
• Contact your local waste disposal authority for information on the correct way to
dispose of power tools
• Appuyez sur le bouton max./min. (5) pour afficher la plus haute température
enregistrée. Appuyez à nouveau sur ce bouton pour afficher la température la plus
basse enregistrée par le thermomètre.
• Utilisez le bouton de réglage/alerte (1) pour mettre la fonction Alerte en service.
• Cette fonction émet une tonalité lorsque la température descend jusqu’au
degré sélectionné par l’utilisateur. Le thermomètre est fourni préréglé avec une
température extérieure de -1 °C et une température intérieure de -4 °C.
• Pour modifier ce réglage, maintenez le bouton de réglage/alerte pendant
trois secondes pour afficher les valeurs minimales. Appuyez sur le bouton de
changement d’unité pour augmenter d’un degré la température extérieure.
• Lorsque vous avez terminé ce réglage, appuyez sur le bouton de réglage/alerte (1)
pour modifier la température intérieure.
• Pour rétablir les réglages d’origine, appuyez sur le bouton de remise à zéro (4).
Entretien
• Après chaque utilisation, nettoyez la sonde pour éliminer toute trace ou impureté
susceptible d’affecter le relevé de température.
• Si le thermomètre doit être rangé pendant une longue période sans être utilisé, il
est conseillé d’enlever la pile.
Recyclage
Lorsque l’appareil n’est plus en état de fonctionner et qu’il n’est pas réparable,
recyclez l’appareil conformément aux régulations nationales.
• Ne jetez pas les outils électriques et autres équipements électriques ou
électroniques(DEEE) avec les ordures ménagères
• Contactez les autorités locales compétentes en matière de gestion des déchets
pour vous informer de la procédure à suivre pour recycler les outils électriques.

Bestimmungsgemäße Verwendung
Thermometer mit dualer Temperaturmessung und Anzeigefeld.
Vor Inbetriebnahme
1. Batteriefachdeckel auf der Geräterückseite abnehmen.
2. Eine AAA-Batterie in das Thermometer einsetzen.
3. Anschließend den Batteriefachdeckel wieder am Thermometer anbringen.
Bedienung des Geräts
• Das Thermometer schaltet sich nach dem Einsetzen der Batterie automatisch ein.
• Zum Umstellen der Maßeinheit auf der Anzeige die Einheitenwechsel-Taste (2)
drücken.
• Mit der Max/Min-Taste (5) wird die höchste verzeichnete Temperatur auf der
Anzeige angezeigt. Durch erneutes Drücken der Taste wird die niedrigste
gemessene Temperatur angezeigt.
• Mit der Alarm-/Einstelltaste (1) wird der Alarmton eingeschaltet. Dieser Alarmton
wird ausgegeben, wenn die Temperatur unter einen vom Benutzer festgelegten
Wert fällt. Bei Auslieferung des Thermometers ist als Außentemperaturgrenze -1
°C und als Innentemperaturgrenze -4 °C eingestellt.
• Zum Erhöhen des Wertes die Alarm-/Einstelltaste (1) drei Sekunden lang gedrückt
halten, um die Mindestwerte anzuzeigen. Um den Wert der Außentemperatur
um 1 °C zu erhöhen, die Einheitenwechsel-Taste drücken. Nach dem Einstellen
der gewünschten Temperatur die Alarm-/Einstelltaste (1) drücken, um die
Innentemperatur zu ändern.
• Um das Thermometer wieder auf Werkseinstellungen zurückzusetzen (dabei
werden die Alarm-/Solltemperaturwerte wieder auf Originalwerte zurückgestellt),
die Rückstelltaste (11) drücken.
Instandhaltung
• Am Messkopf nach jedem Gebrauch sämtlichen Schmutz beseitigen, der die
Temperaturmessung u. U. beeinträchtigt.
• Wenn das Thermometer längere Zeit nicht gebraucht wird, sollte die Batterie
herausgenommen werden.
Entsorgung
Beachten Sie bei der Entsorgung von defekten und nicht mehr reparablen
Elektrowerkzeugen die geltenden Vorschriften und Gesetze.
• Elektrowerkzeuge und andere elektrische und elektronische Altgeräte nicht über
den Hausmüll entsorgen.
• Lassen Sie sich von der zuständigen Behörde bezüglich der ordnungsgemäßen
Entsorgung von Elektrowerkzeugen beraten.

Antes de usar
Montaje de la pila
1. Retire la tapa del compartimento para la pila situado en la parte posterior.

Funcionamiento
• El termómetro se enciende automáticamente al colocarse la pila. Para cambiar la
unidad de la temperatura visualizada, pulse el botón de cambio de unidad (2).
• Para visualizar la máxima temperatura registrada, presione el botón máximo mínimo
(5). Al pulsar el botón de nuevo, se visualizará la mínima temperatura registrada.
• Presione el botón de alerta/configuración (1) para encender la alarma. Dicha
alarma emitirá un sonido cuando la temperatura desciende a un punto
configurado por el usuario. El termómetro está pre configurado con una
temperatura externa de 1 °C y una temperatura interna de -4 °C.
• Para aumentar estos valores, mantenga presionado el botón de alerta/
configuración durante 3 segundos para visualizar los valores mínimos. Presione
el botón de cambio de unidades para aumentar 1° C el valor de la temperatura
exterior. Una vez que seleccionó la temperatura deseada, presione el botón de
alerta/configuración (1) para cambiar la temperatura interior.
• Para reiniciar el termómetro (que reiniciará las temperaturas de alerta/configuración
como estaban configuradas inicialmente), presione el botón de reinicio (4).

Prima dell’uso
1. Rimuovere il coperchio della batteria che si trova sul retro.

Funzionamento
• Il termometro si accende automaticamente quando viene inserita la batteria.
• Per cambiare l’unità visualizzata, premere il pulsante di cambio unità (2).
• Premendo il pulsante max/min (5) verrà visualizzata la temperatura massima
registrata. Premendo di nuovo il pulsante si visualizzerà la temperatura minima
registrata fino al momento in cui il termometro è rimasto acceso.
• Premendo il pulsante emergenza/impostazione (1) scatterà l’allarme. L’allarme
emetterà un suono quando la temperatura scenderà ad un punto impostato
dall’utilizzatore. Il termometro è preimpostato ad una temperatura esterna di -1°C
e ad una temperatura interna di -4°C.
• Per aumentare questi valori, premere e tenere premuto il pulsante avviso/
impostazione per 3 secondi per visualizzare i valori minimi. Premere il pulsante di
cambio unità per aumentare il valore di 1°C della temperatura esterna. Una volta
selezionata la temperatura desiderata, premere il pulsante avviso/ impostazione
(1) per passare alla temperatura interna.
• Per resettare il termometro (che resetterà le temperature di emergenza/
impostazione al valore originale) premere il pulsante reset (4).
Manutenzione
• Prima di ogni utilizzo, pulire la sonda da eventuali detriti che potrebbero
influenzare la temperatura.
• Se si lascia il termometro inutilizzato per un lungo periodo di tempo, è
consigliabile togliere la batteria.
Smaltimento
Rispettare sempre le normative nazionali per lo smaltimento di strumenti di potere
che non sono più funzionali e non sono vitali per la riparazione.
• Non gettare elettroutensili, o altre apparecchiature elettriche ed elettroniche
(RAEE), con i rifiuti domestici
• Contattare l’ente locale per lo smaltimento dei rifiuti per informazioni sul modo
corretto di disporre di strumenti di potere

Het plaatsen van een batterij

Gebruik

gaat af wanneer de temperatuur zakt tot de ingegeven temperatuur. De
buitentemperatuur is automatisch op -1°C gesteld. De binnentemperatuur is
automatisch op -4°C gesteld
• Om deze waarden te verhogen houd u de alarm/stel knop (1) voor 3 seconden
ingedrukt. Het display geeft nu de minimale waarden weer. Druk eenheid
wisselknop in om de buitentemperatuur waarde met 1°C te verhogen. Wanneer
de gewenste waarde geselecteerd is, drukt u op de alarm/stel knop (1) om te
schakelen naar de binnentemperatuur
• Om de thermometer te resetten (dit herstelt de temperaturen naar het origineel)
drukt u op de herstelknop (4)
Onderhoud
• Na gebruik maakt u de sonde schoon
• Wanneer de thermometer voor langere tijd opgeborgen gaat worden, neemt u de
batterij uit de eenheid
Verwijdering
Bij de verwijdering van elektrische machines neemt u de nationale voorschriften
in acht.
• Elektrische en elektronische apparaten mogen niet met uw huishoudelijk afval
worden weggegooid
• Neem contact op met uw gemeente voor informatie betreffende de verwijdering
van elektrisch gereedschap
