1. Mounting of the stroke detector

Mounting of the stroke detector
●he stroke detector shall be mounted as shown in the
drawing. he detector is mounted on the leaf spring with
the detector-support which is supplied by us with an
additional expense. he list below shows you the size of
the detector-supports.
●he detector-support shall be mounted together with the
leaf springs on the base frame. When you have a
detector-support for the old model EA-15 or EA-20, you
can mount the detector on the moving frame with the leaf
spring mounting screw. he screw must be fastened
tightly or the stroke of the bowl might fluctuate.
●he cable of the detector should be fixed with the cable
clamp with some slack without contact against the other
body or shaking.
he sizes of the detector-supports
●he recommended stroke detector must be the proximity sensor head “EH-110” supplied by KEYENCE.

● Before shipping the parts feeder, please fix the parts
feeder and the base plate tightly with transportation
metal fittings. he fittings should be applied three points
or more around the drive unit.
● No transportation metal fittings included in parts feeder
unit. Please make them by the following drawing below.
