Please read this manual carefully and keep it properly before
using the product.

The following people should use with caution.
• People with leg nerve disorders or skin sensory disorders.
• Those who had metal, silicon or plastic materials embedded
into their hands due to fracture or plastic surgery.
• The device has a heating surface, which must be noted when
used by people who are not sensitive to heat.
• People with leg or knee sequelae due to traffic accidents.
• People who have or have suffered from leg diseases (tendon
injuries, arthritis deformities, fractures, varicose veins, and other
diseases).
• People who are vulnerable to electromagnetic failures of
cardiac pacemakers with implanted medical electronic instru-
ments in vivo.
• People identified as having lost their sense of temperature.
• People with malignant tumors.
To avoid personal injury or property damages, please observe the
following contents.

follow.

Precautions for use
Use it once within 15 minutes. Please check the condition of
your knee joint and adjust the number of uses appropriately.
It is recommended to use the first level of force at the
beginning of using this product.
When using this product, your knees may turn red for a short
time, which does not mean anything abnormal. If the
symptom remains for long, please consult a surgeon.
When wearing silk stockings, the straps on the product may
tear your silk stockings. It is recommended to take off your
silk stockings in advance.
If you feel pain around your legs or knees, stop using this
product immediately.
If there is any problem with your skin or legs, please stop
using this product immediately and consult a doctor.
It is recommended not to use the massage function
excessively.
Never use it while sleeping.
Never use it when covered with quilt or blanket.
Do not lie or sit on the product.
The product permits no huge impact or overload.
Do not use the product in the bathroom or shower.
Do not wear the product while doing anything else.
Precautions for maintenance
Do unplug the charging cable and adapter connector.
Please properly handle the packaging bag of this product
and keep it away from infants.
This product contains lithium batteries. Do not disassemble,
modify, immerse the product (controller) in water or throw it
into fire; otherwise, it may be damaged.
Do not store this product within the reach of children and
infants. Moreover, do not let them touch or operate this
product. Otherwise, it may cause burns, electric shock or
personal injury.
Do not modify it at will or bend it forcibly.
This product can promote the blood circulation of the knee joint
and relieve discomfort of muscles and joints by imitating human
hand beating and hot compress. Its various temperature and
massage intensity options are suitable for different people to use
for knee massage and care. Matched with the extension belt, it
can also be used for care of other body parts.

• People with heart disease.
• Women who are unstable at the beginning of pregnancy or
shortly after giving birth.
• People with perceptual impairment caused by diabetes
• People with scars on their skin.
• People who need to be quiet and people in poor health.
• People with osteoporosis, severe fracture, strain injury, muscle
pain, and acute (head) pain.
• People with a temperature of 38℃ (fever).
• Weak people with such strong symptoms as acute inflammation,
fatigue, aversion to cold, and pressing pain.
• Others treated in medical organizations.

Precautions before use:
1. Absorb the magnetic snap on the back of the battery compart-
ment with the magnetic snap on the bodywork, so that the
battery compartment could be firmly installed on the bodywork
（As shown in figure 1）;
2. Used for knees: place the massager on the knee, let the screen
cloth facing your body, make the heating area aligned with your
knee joint, and then fix the magic tapes on the two straps
respectively（As shown in figure 2）;

3. Used for elbow: place the massager on your arm, let the screen
cloth facing your arm, make the heating area aligned with your
elbow joint, and then fix the magic tapes on the two straps
respectively（As shown in figure 3）;
4. Used for shoulder: connect the extension belt to one end of the
longer strap, fix it with magic tapes, place the massager on your
shoulder, let the screen cloth facing your body, make the heating
area aligned with your shoulder joint, and then fix the magic
tapes on the two straps respectively（As shown in figure 4）.

1. When wearing silk stockings, the straps on the product
may tear your silk stockings. It is recommended to take off
your silk stockings in advance.
2. It is recommended to use the first level of force at the
beginning of using this massager. Your knees may turn red
soon, but it can relieve itself after a period of time.

Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 2 seconds to start the
machine at the default temperature of 50℃ with the vibration
force set at Level 1.
Press the heating button briefly to enable/disable the heating
function.
Press the force key briefly to adjust the vibration force (Level 1,
Level 2, Level 3 and OFF).
Briefly press the temperature “+” and “-” buttons to adjust the
temperature (40℃, 45℃, 50℃, 55℃ and 60℃) and it will display
the current temperature on the display screen.
When power on, press this button briefly to lock/unlock the
screen.
After 15 minutes of operation, the massager will shut down and
enter the standby mode automatically.
The cloth area can be cleaned with clean water or wipe with wet
towel, with no machine wash permitted.
No machine wash

Charging Method
1. Insert the charging plug into the charging hole on the side of
the battery compartment;
2. Connect the USB socket of the power cord with the 5V 1A
adapter and plug it into the power socket; please provide an
adapter on your own;
3. The power indicator will flash when charging; the 3-level power
indicators will all go out after full charge;
4. Full charge takes about 3 hours.
Abandonment Mode
The lithium-ion battery used in this product is a valuable
resource that can be recycled. Please take out the lithium-ion
battery when it is discarded and hand it over to a professional
organization that can recycle rechargeable batteries.
1. Use a screwdriver to pry off the cover along its edge;
2. Remove the four screws on the plastic middle plate;
3. Remove the plastic middle plate and circuit board in turn;
4. Cut the battery wire and you can remove the battery;
5. Use insulating tape to wrap the two wires of the battery.
When the power is less than 10%, the power indicator will
flash. Please charge in time.
Please turn off the machine and recharge it. Do not use it
while charging.
Cleaning Method
1. Battery compartment (controller) care: Properly protect the
battery compartment (controller) display screen with touch
function. Please use a soft cloth to clean it.
2. Cloth area care: The cloth area permits no machine wash.
When necessary, please use alcohol to sterilize and remove sweat
stains or wipe it with a clean wet towel.

If the fault cannot be eliminated or the machine still cannot work
satisfactorily, contact the after-sales service personnel, but never
disassemble or attempt to repair it by yourself.
