1. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Intended use: this Smart Neck Massager has 3 kinds of electric pulse mode, 15
gear electric pulse force, electrical stimulation in the neck to relieve neck pain. It
can also provide a constant temperature of 37oC to 43oC to relieve neck
discomfort.
Frequently used functions: it is suitable for the adjuvant treatment of cervical pain,
numbness, headache and dizziness caused by cervical spondylosis.
Applicable range: Fully charged state can promote local blood circulation, relax
local muscles, achieve anti-inflammatory, swelling, analgesia, fatigue elimination.
The Smart Neck Massager adopts a streamlined ring-shaped therapeutic device
conforming to the physiological curvature of the human cervical vertebra, which
is mainly composed of a host (ring type), a conductive skin electrode {conductive
plate), a hot moxibustion device, and adopts low frequency electrotherapy,
magnetic effect, enthalpy, and circular traction. Four-in-one synchronous multi-
channel therapy magnet, remote control and USB cable.
The main structure and components of the product are shown in the following
figure in chapter 3, A composite energy field is formed, which reaches the deep
tissue and the pelvis of the body. Throughout the treatment process, the

4. OPERATION METHOD

At least 30 min required for ME equipment to warm from the minimum
storage temperature between uses until it is ready for intended use. At least
30 min required for ME equipment to cool from the maximum storage
temperature between uses until it is ready for intended use.
Recommended adapter specifications

- Output: DC 5 V; 1 A
- Rated input voltage shall not exceed 250 V
- Classification of protection against electric shock: Class II
- The adapter need to comply with IEC 60601-1, and provide 2 MOPP (two
means of patient protection) between primary circuit and secondary circuit.
Lithium Battery
Rechargeable Lithium Battery for Massager:
1) During the use of the therapy device, when the beep is “spit” for 3 consecutive
times, it means that the built-in lithium battery is low, you can use the adapter to
charge, put the toggle switch to “charge position, the power indicator flashes
green. When the battery is fully charged, the power indicator indicates that the
green light is always on, and it takes about 3 - 4 hours to fully charge.
2) It can be used for 5 - 7 days after full charge (30 minutes every 4 days).
3) Under normal use, the life of the rechargeable battery is > 500 charge and
discharge, it can be used for about 2 - 3 years (by 30 minutes per day).
4) When the rechargeable battery is not used for a long time, the life of the
rechargeable battery will be shortened. It is recommended to charge the battery
at least once a month.
5) The rechargeable battery can only be replaced by a service person. Internally

Battery for Remote Control:
1) The remote control uses the “CR2032” button battery (Lithium battery, DC 3 V,
the battery need to comply with IEC 60086-4), which can be used for about 60
days. (by 30 minutes per day).
2) When the button is not working, it indicates that the battery is low. Please
replace it with a new one.
3) When not using the product for a long time, remove the battery. Otherwise, it
may cause the battery to leak and cause the machine to malfunction.
4) Do not use the machine in an environment exceeding 40oC, otherwise it will
affect the performance and life of the battery.
Warning:
Do not use batteries other than the specified type. Incorrect replacement of
lithium batteries would result in an unacceptable risk.

5. SAFETY PRECAUTIONS
5.1 Precautions

The device can’t be used with other medical electronic instruments, such as
cardiac arresters, artificial heart and lungs, medical electronic devices such

cause danger.
Women with menstrual period, sensitive skin, heart disease, abnormal blood
pressure, sub-sexual drip, cerebrovascular patients, acute patients or other
doctors who are being treated by a doctor must consult a doctor before using
this product.
Do not use it for children or people who do not have the ability to express
themselves.
It is forbidden to use when bathing, sweating or sleeping.
Patients with skin sensory impairment or those who are not sensitive to heat
are prohibited from using it.
Do not use this product in places with high heat, flammable, electromagnetic
radiation or humidity.
Do not use this product beyond the scope.

Do not applied the stimulation across or through the head, directly on the
eyes, covering the mouth, on the front of the neck, (especially the carotid
sinus) or from electrodes placed on the chest and the upper back or crossing
over the heart, etc.
Be careful to strangulation due to cables and hoses, particularly due to
excessive length.
Do not posit the adapter to make it difficult to operate the power plug which
uses to isolate the equipment circuits electrically form the supply mains.
Please use accessories and detachable parts specified or authorized by
manufacture. Otherwise, it may cause damage to the unit or danger to the
user or patients.
Don’t connect this equipment to other equipment not described in the
instructions for use.

If cause allergic reactions due to the use of this product, or the performance
of ME equipment has changed, stop using it immediately and consult a
doctor.
The patient is an intended operator. The patient can perform electronic
treatment, change battery of remote control and charging the rechargeable
battery under normal circumstances. The patient can clean and maintain the
device and its accessories according to the user manual when the device not
in use.

residential installation. This equipment generates uses and can radiate radio

6. FEATURES

7. CLEANING, MAINTENANCE AND DISPOSAL
