The procedure for installing
PORTOFINO hood chimneys is shown
below.
The measures for placing the magnets
and brackets below are an example and
may vary depending on the available
space for installation.
After placing the hood at a minimum
distance of 650 mm from the
underneath hob, attach the no. 6
magnets to the wall at the indicated
distances.

The detail of the magnets orientation to
be fixed to the wall is shown below.
After no. 6 magnets, fasten the no. 2
hooks to the wall at the indicated
distances

The detail of the hooks orientation to be
fixed to the wall is shown below.
Screw the chimney bracket to the upper
chimney using no. 2 screws.

Insert the upper chimney into the lower
chimney and fasten it with 2 screws.
Fit the chimney inside the motor
support.

Be careful that the chimney bracket fits
into the no. 2 hooks and that the
chimney touch the magnets.
The sequence is also valid for the
installation of the hood with only the
lower chimney (rear view)
