1. Introduction

An internal power-factor-corrected switch-mode supply allows it to be used from
any nominal
100V- 277V,277-480V 60Hz AC supply without any variation in light output.
Suitable for use in the following
locations:
• Ambient Temp: -2 0~ +40°C
• Wet Locations
Note: Save these instructions for future reference.
2. Installation
For supply connections use wire rated for at least 100°C.
Installation Steps:
1. Mount throughout the roof
1. Use the existing hole on the roof or open a 4” hole. Seee fig. 1.
2. Put silicon sealant around the hole, let the thread on fixture through out the roof, and use the plate, gasket
and 4 screws to secure the fixture. See fig. 2.
3. One side of the pipe thread on the fixture, the other side insert to the driver box and secured by flange nut.
See fig. 3.
4. Connect the wiring to line wires, black-black, white-white and green-green.
5. Close the cover of the driver box.

•Do not install where the marked operating temperatures exceed the ignition temperature of the hazardous
atmosphere.
•Do not operate in ambient temperatures above those indicated on the luminaire nameplate.

2. Recessed installation
1. Open a 21”-21.25” squre hole on the roof. See fig. 5.
2. Secure the frame by L shape brackets and screws. See fig. 6.
3. Hang the fixture on the frame by security rope. See fig. 7.
4. Connect the wiring to line wires, black-black, white-white and green-green.
5. Secure the fixture to the frame by 4 screws.
3. Replacement for existing housing
1. Remove all of the electrical components from the fixture housing. See fig. 8.
2. Hang the fixture on a firm part of the housing. Connect the wiring to line wires, black-black, white-white
and green-green.
3. Secure the fixture to the housing by screws.
* Use the other holes on the back of the fixture to replace for different traditional fixtures. See fig.9.

After installation, please
¾check whether the lighting fixture is firmly fixed.
¾check whether wires are connected correctly.
At last, turn on the power, and check if the lighting fixture works well. If not, please turn off the power and contact with
local dealer.
Warning: the luminaire shall be installed by qualified electrician.
