Front auxiliary and USB inputs let you connect almost any portable audio device to your vehicle’s sound system.
USB 1-Wire Connectivity
Connect, charge, and control your Walkman® player, most iPod®/iPhone® devices,2 or other compatible USB
devices via the USB 1-Wire jack on the front of the unit. You can also view metadata like song title and artist on
the front display.
Intuitive Search Features
Use Jump Mode to fast forward through a category in 10% increments while the ZAPPIN™ feature can play 6, 15,
or 30 second intro clips to help you nd a specic song.
SensMe™ App Music Channels

Satellite Radio3/HD Radio™4 Ready
The XAV-62BT integrates seamlessly with Satellite Radio3 and HD Radio™4 using Sony® Bus adaptors so you can
receive digital satellite radio or HD Radio broadcasts.
High-powered Expansion
Whether using the internal 52W x 4 high power amplier for your speakers or the 2 Volt Front and Rear/Sub
selectable RCA pre-amp outputs to feed an external amplier, you can dial in the output for optimum sound.
iPod®2 audio/video playback
Supports audio/video playback on most iPod® models via RC-202IPV video cable (sold separately).2
Rear View Camera Compatible
Connect the Sony® XA-800C rear view camera (sold separately) for peace of mind when backing up, especially
with larger trucks or SUVs.
Radio Data System
Radio Data System (RDS) feature displays radio broadcast information such as artist and track information when
listening to compatible AM/FM stations.
