Purpose of this manual
This manual is the Service Manual of the Data Projector VPL-F635HZ/F630HZ/
F535HZ/F535HZL/F530HZ/F435HZ/F435HZL/F430HZ/FHZ65/FHZ60/FHZ57.
This manual describes the information on the premise of providing the block level
service (such as service overview, adjustment, spare parts and block diagrams).

1-1. Precautions for Service Personnel
.The laser diode is used as a light source of this unit.
Never allow the light source to emit light with the cabinet removed.
Otherwise, it may cause damage to eyes or skin.
.Do not remove the lens when the set is lighting.
Otherwise, it may cause damage to eyes or skin.
.Do not release the protection circuit with the cabinet removed.
Otherwise, the light source may suddenly start emitting light, causing damage to eyes or skin.
.In order to avoid inappropriate use of the laser diode, do not disassemble the laser source unit.
.When performing the adjustment that requires turning the power of this unit off and on, be sure to
perform the operation with the top cover assembly attached.

When transporting this unit, be sure to attach the packing cap.
1. Turn on the power of this unit.
2. Press the [SHIFT] button of this unit or the [LENS|SHIFT] button of the remote control, then press
the [RESET] button of the remote control.
The lens returns to the center position.
3. Turn off the power of this unit, then disconnect the power cord.
4. Attach the packing cap.

remote control, then press the [RESET] button of the remote control to move the lens shift unit to the
center position.
