this Instruction Sheet in an accessible location: the Instruction Sheet must be read and familiar to anyone
who is using Southpaw Enterprises Equipment.

MINIMUM HEIGHT REQUIREMENT AND SPACE NEEDED:
• Not to be used on the floor.
• Minimum of 8 foot ceiling to suspend.
• Minimum of 6 foot clear distance from walls and other obstacles.
HEIGHT ADJUSTER OR SAFETY ROTATIONAL DEVICE NEEDED:

• A Southpaw Height Adjuster, item #5000 may be needed to adjust your equipment to the correct height for
clients Suspension from two points is recommended to allow for head room Suspension point should be
approximately 3’ apart

• If hanging from one suspension point a Southpaw Safety Rotational Device, item #2000 must be used to
prevent damage to your equipment, except where otherwise specified
WORKING LOAD: 200 LBS.
TO USE:
Insert deflated ball into cover through Velcro closure on top of cover. Inflate ball slowly through opening and adjust cover
as needed.
The Moon Ball Swing is to be used suspended. For gravitationally insecure clients you may adjust the Moon Ball Swing
closer to the floor. Use caution not to snag the fabric.
SUSPENSION PROCEDURES:
The Moon Ball Swing comes with VSDs attached to each side of the swing. To suspend your Moon Ball Swing, connect
the Locking Safety Snap at the top of the VSD to your suspension point(s).

MAINTENANCE CHECKLIST:
All of the following wear points should be checked on a monthly basis and recorded on the checklist enclosed.
• Check the Locking Safety Snap for wear. If wear is more than 30% of the diameter of the snap, discontinue use. (See
Safety Snap Instruction Sheet).
• Check the gate on the Locking Safety Snap to make sure that it is working properly. If not working properly,
discontinue use.
• Check the Velcro to make sure that it will close completely. If Velcro becomes separated, discontinue use until
repaired.
• Check all seams for loose or missing stitches. If loose or missing stitches are found, discontinue use until repaired.
• Check the top of the swing where the Locking Safety Snap goes through for wear. If wear is observed, discontinue
use until repaired.
STORAGE PROCEDURES:
• Store out of direct sunlight.
• Store where not accessible by clients without proper supervision.
CLEANING INSTRUCTIONS:
• Check for client allergies first.
• Cover is machine washable.
• Air dry or dry in dryer using low heat.
• ipe ball with cloth and disinfectant.

physical abilities. Use appropriate spotting / safety techniques. In addition, the layout of your activity area, proper installation and
maintenance of your equipment is critical. Southpaw equipment is not intended for recreational or outdoor use. Under no condition
should this equipment be used without proper supervision.
