Directions
Be careful not to cause any physical damage by dropping or throwing the camera. Especially keep the
device out of reach from children.
Do not disassemble the camera. No after service is assumed when disassembled.
Use only the power adapter provided with the camera.
Be careful to prevent moisture or water penetration into the unit. Attention is needed when installing the
camera. The screw holes for the installation screws and pipe should be maintained water tight during the
whole life time of the product.
All of the electrical connection wires running into the unit should be prepared so that water from the outside
cannot flow into the unit through the surface of the wires. Penetration of moisture through the wire for an
extended period can cause malfunction of the unit or deteriorated image.

1. Introduction
1.1. Overview
The O4FB8M s a 4 megap xel, tr ple-codec (H.265, H.264, MJPEG) IP camera bu lt w th embedded software
and hardware technology. It enables real t me transm ss on of synchron zed v deo of up to 2592x1520 and
aud o data. Remote cl ents can connect to the dev ce for real t me v deo/aud o data through var ous cl ent
solut ons runn ng on PCs and smartphones. Real t me 2-way commun cat on s ava lable through the
b d rect onal aud o commun cat on feature.
Flex ble Intens f er® Technology s the most opt m zed solut on to handle any l ght ng cond t on to f t the
nstallat on env ronment. Intens f er® mode can be used to d splay a color mage n low l ght. In extreme
darkness, adapt ve, super IR LEDs can be used to llum nate the scene w thout IR saturat on of the scene. Lastly,
when a monochrome mage s des red w thout the ass stance of IR LEDs, a clear mage can be captured w th
just a l ttle b t of amb ent l ght.
Des gned to be a stand-alone stream ng aud o & v deo transm ss on dev ce, th s camera can be appl ed to
var ous appl cat ons such as v deo secur ty, remote v deo mon tor ng, remote educat on, v deo conference or
nternet broadcast ng system.
Integrated PoE (Power over Ethernet, IEEE 802.3af) w ll reduce the total cost of ownersh p by reduc ng on-s te
w r ng for nstallat on.

3. On Site Installation
Use cables and condu ts that are su table for the nstallat on. Close attent on should be pa d to the nstallat on so that no
mo sture s allowed to penetrate nto the un t through the cables or condu ts dur ng the l fet me of the product. Products
that have nternal parts exposed to mo sture due to mproper nstallat on are not covered by warranty.
3.1. Installation
1. Screw the bottom cover to the wall or ce l ng by us ng the mount ng screws prov ded w th the camera. Use the
mount ng template prov ded w th the camera.
2. Connect the external dev ces, network and power adapter.
3. Adjust the angle of the lens for the proper v ew angle.
4. Focus and zoom can be adjusted remotely.
5. T ghten the t lt adjustment screw.
6. Screw the dome cover to the bottom cover by us ng the set screw prov ded w th the camera.
7. Apply power.
W RNING: You might need to reinforce the wall or ceiling. If the wall or ceiling is not strong enough to support the
camera, the camera might fall damaging the camera or causing injuries.

5. Troubleshooting
5.1. No power is applied
In case of Standard PoE (Power over Ethernet)
Power supply through standard PoE s poss ble only when the follow ng cond t ons are met.
1. Standard PoE s supported on the product.
2. The LAN sw tch supports standard PoE.
Make sure that both the IP camera and the LAN sw tch support standard PoE (IEEE 802.3af)
In case of DC adapter
If PoE s not appl ed, the power and network connect on should be made through separate cables. Use the
DC adapter recommended by the prov der. In case of replac ng the DC power supply, make sure that the
power supply meets the power requ rement of the IP camera to prevent damage or malfunct on.

5.2. Cannot connect to the camera
Check the status of the network connect on through PING test.
Try the follow ng on your PC:
-Start > Run > Cmd > P ng IP address (Ex : P ng 172.16.42.51)
-If “Reply from ~” message s returned ( n the f gure below), the network connect on s n normal state. Try
connect on to the v deo aga n. If the problem pers sts, or refer to other trouble shoot ng notes.
- If “Request t med out” message s returned. ( n the f gure below), the network connect on or network
sett ng s not n normal state. Check the network cable and sett ngs.
