AIREX –Mat rack / Assembling manual
Step 2
Tighten the reinforcing frame and both precasted
rods and connecting pieces +on the base plate.
(bolts M6 x 25mm with shim M6)
Please take care that you hold the bolts strictly
horizontal. They could easily deform. We advise you
to do this assembling with another person.
It is important to bolt the precasted rods on the
longer sides of the base plate. Otherwise, the
whole construction becomes awry.
Step 3
Now connect the holder with the rods on both sides.
We use the matholder-poles and twist them into the
thread. Afterwards we put on the struts with the
16mm-bolts and the rosettes.

Allen key size 4 and 5
