PRELIMINARI
Assicurati di avere lo spazio necessario per il montaggio. Il
prodotto deve essere montata su una superficie piana e solida.
Non stringere completamente i tasselli e le viti durante il
montaggio; in questo modo sarà più semplice installare gli
eventuali accessori e trovare la posizione di guida ideale.
Ispezioniamo accuratamente ogni componente prima della
spedizione; è comunque possibile che alcune parti possano
presentare un sottile strato di polvere a causa del processo di
produzione.
Se il prodotto dovesse presentarsi danneggiato in qualsiasi
modo, ti preghiamo di segnalarlo immediatamente scrivendo a
[e-mail].

3.2 MOUNTING AREA AND PRELIMINARY
OPERATIONS
Make sure you have the necessary assembly space. The
product must be mounted on a flat and solid surface
Do not fully tighten the screws and the dowels during the
assembly operations; in this way it will be asier to mount any
other accessories and find the ideal driving position.
We carefully check each components before shipment;
however, it would be possible that some parts may have a thin
layer of dust due to the production process.

4 –MOUNTING
STEP 1
Assemble 2 ALL135 angular brackets as shown in pic.1. Make
sure the screws do not exit from the sliding dowel to make the
installation easier.
Use 8 dowels 13x25S and 8 M8x16TS screws.
4 –MONTAGGIO
FASE 1
Assemblare 2 angolari ALL135 come indicato in fig.1. Assicurati
che le viti non escano da tasselli per rendere più semplici i
passaggi successivi.
Utilizzare 8 tasselli 13x25S e 8 viti M8x16TS.

FASE 2
Prendere il profilato B e inserire alle estremità 2 angolari ALL 135S
come indicato in fig.2. Non stringere completamente le viti per
facilitare i passaggi successivi.
STEP 2
Get the Bextrusion bar and insert at the ends of it N.2 ALL 135S
angular brackets as shown in pic.2. Do not completely tighten
the screws in order to facilitate the next steps.

FASE 3
Posizionare i 2 profilati Aad una distanza di circa 500 mm.
Inserire il profilato Bcosì come indicato in fig.3 e farlo scorrere
con attenzione nelle cave. Posizionare la piastra posteriore
fissandola ai profilati Autilizzando 4 viti M8x30TS (fig.4).
STEP 3
Place the 2 Aextrusion bars with a center-to-center of about
500 mm. Insert the B bar as shown in pic.3 and slide carefully the
bar through the rails. Place the back plate and fix it to the A
bars using 4 M8x30TS screws (pic.4).

STEP 4
Assembly instruction of the Rubber Feet Kit.

Place the structure on its side to facilitate the mounting of the
kit.
Insert on the lower rails of the A bars 4 M6 13x13M spring dowels
(pic.5). Insert 1 dowel from the front end and the other one from
the back end of the bar. Repeat this operation for both A bars.
COME INSERIRE UN TASSELLO A MOLLA
Applicare una leggera forza sulla linguetta
del tassello per farlo entrare nella cava.
Attenzione al verso di inserimento del
tassello. Una volta inserito, aiutarsi con una
chiave a brugola per farlo scorrere.
HOW TO INSERT A SPRING DOWEL
Apply a light force on the metal blade of
the dowel to make it the shape of the rail.
Pay attention to the insertion direction.
Once inserted, move them using an allen
wrench.
Posizionare la struttura su un fianco per facilitare il montaggio.
Inserire nella cava inferiore del profilato A4 tasselli a molla M6
13x13M (fig.5). Inserire un tassello dall’estremità frontale del
profilato e gli altri da quella posteriore. Ripetere l’operazione per
entrambi i profilati A.

FASE 5
Posizionare i tasselli come indicato in fig.6 e avvitare i piedini in
gomma come indicato in fig.7 utilizzando 4 viti M6x25 TR.
STEP 5
Place the dowels as indicated in pic 6 and screw the rubber
feet as shown in pic.7 using 4 M6x25 TR screws.

STEP 7
Assemble 2 ALL 45S angular brackets as shown in pic.7. Make
sure the screws do not exit from the sliding dowel to make the
installation easier. Use 2 13x25S dowels and 2 M8x16 TS screws.

FASE 6
Inserire 2 tasselli 13x13M nella cava superiore del profilato B
(fig.8).
STEP 6
Insert 2 13x13M dowels in the B bar as shown in pic.8.

FASE 7
Assemblare 2 angolari ALL 45S come indicato in fig.7. Assicurati
che le viti non escano da tasselli per rendere più semplici i
passaggi successivi. Utilizzare 2 tasselli 13x25S e 2 viti M8x16 TS.

STEP 9
Fix the L bars to the back plate using 2 M8x20TR scres (pic.12).
Do not tighten the screws to facilitate the next steps.
FASE 8
Inserire 1 angolare ALL 45S per ogni profilato L (fig.10).
Posizionare i profilati L sulla struttura e fissarli ai tasselli 13x13M
precedentemente inseriti utilizzando 2 viti M8x16TS (fig.11).
STEP 8
Insert 1 ALL 45S previously assembled in each L extrusion bar
(pic.10). Place the Lbars on the rig and fix them to the 13x13M
spring dowels previously inserted using 2 M8x16TS screws (pic.11).
FASE 9
Fissare i profilati Lalla piastra posteriore utilizzando 2 viti M8x20TR
(fig.12). Non stringere al massimo le viti per facilitare le fasi
successive.

FASE 10a
Istruzioni per il montaggio del kit sedile.
SEDILI CON FISSAGGIO LATERALE
Montare le staffe utilizzando 4 viti M8x20TB e 4 tasselli 13x25S
(fig.13-A). Inserire i tasselli nella cava superiore dei profilati L
come indicato in fig.14-A.
STEP 10a
Assembly instruction of the Seat Kit.
FOR LATERAL FIXING SYSTEM SEAT
Assemble the seat support using 4 M8x20 TB screws and 4 13x25S
dowels (pic.13-A). Insert the dowels in the upper rails of the L
bars as shown in pic.14-A.

FASE 10b
Istruzioni per il montaggio del kit sedile.
SEDILI CON FISSAGGIO inferiore
Montare le staffe utilizzando 4 viti M8x20TB e 4 tasselli 13x25S
(fig.13-B). Inserire i tasselli nella cava laterale dei profilati Lcome
indicato in fig.14-B.
STEP 10b
Assembly instruction of the Seat Kit.
FOR LOWER FIXING SYSTEM SEAT
Assemble the seat support using 4 M8x20TB screws and 4 13x25S
dowels (pic.13-B). Insert the dowels in the lateral rails of the L
bars as shown in pic.14-B.

FASE 11
Prendere una piastra e inserire 4 viti M8x16 TS nei fori centrali
come indicato in fig.15. Girare la piastra e inserire 4 tasselli
13x25S come indicato in fig.16. Il verso dei tasselli deve essere
parallelo al lato corto della piastra.
STEP 11
Take 1 plate and insert 4 M8x16 TS screws in the central holes as
shown in pic.15. Turn the plate and insert 4 13x25S dowels as
shown in pic.16. The direction of the dowels must be parallel to
the short side of the plate.

FASE 12
Posizionare la piastra su un piano orizzontale con i tasselli rivolti
verso l’alto.
Far scivolare il profilato Dcome indicato in fig.17.
STEP 12
Place the plate on a horizontale surface with the dowels facing
up.
Slide 1 D extrusion bar on the plate as shown in pic.17.

FASE 13
Posizionare la piastra e il profilato in verticale e stringere le viti
facendo attenzione che la piastra e il profilato siano a contatto
con la superfice di appoggio (fig.18).
STEP 13
Place the plate and the bar in vertical position and tighten the
screws being carefull that both the plate and bar are in contact
with the support surface (pic.18).

FASE 14
Inserire 6 viti M8x20 TB nei fori, girare la piastra e inserire 6 tasselli
13x25S come indicato in fig.19.
STEP 14
Insert 6 M8x20 TB screws in the holes, turn the plate and place 6
13X25S sliding dowels as shown in pic.19.

FASE 15
Inserire i tasselli della piastra nella cave del profilato A
dall’estremità frontale della struttura come indicato in fig.20. Far
scivolare la piastra a 450 mm circa come indicato in fig.21.
STEP 15
Insert the dowels of the plate in the rails of the Afrom the front
side of the rig as shown in pic.20. Slide the plate up to 450 mm
(the position of the bar can be adjusted according to the
needs) as shown in pic.21.

FASE 16
Ripetere le fasi 11, 12, 13, 14 e 15 per montare l’altro supporto
verticale (fig.22).
STEP 16
Repeat the steps 11, 12, 13, 14 and 15 to assembly the other
vertical support (pic.22).

FASE 18
Inserire 2 viti M8x20TS nei fori svasati di ciascuna piastra
pedaliera utilizzando 2 tasselli 13x25S (fig.25). Inserire le piastre
nei profilati F(fig.26).
STEP 18
Insert 2 M8x20TS screws in the flared holes of the pedals plates
using 2 13x25S dowels (pic.25). Insert the plates in the Fbars
(pic.26)
FASE 17
Inserire 4 viti M8x20TS nei fori svasati di ciascuna piastra montanti
utilizzando 4 tasselli 13x25S (fig.23). Inserire le 2 piastre nelle cave
dei profilati con il logo SRC rivolto verso l’esterno (fig.24).
STEP 17
Insert 4 M8x20TS in the flared holes of the plates using 4 13x25S
dowels (pic.23). Insert the 2 plates in the rails of the bars with the
SRC logo facing outwards (pic.24).
