Rufsignalisierung
Mit Hilfe unterschiedlicher
Klingeltöne können Sie die
jeweilige Anrufart (z.B.
Türruf (Haustür), Etagenruf
(Wohnungstür), Intern-/
Externruf) unterscheiden.
Ob alle Rufarten zur Ver-
fügung stehen ist abhängig
von der Installation und
Konfiguration des Systems.
Bei einem Etagenruf wird
ein eingehender Ruf ohne
Sprechverbindung für ca.
5Sekunden signalisiert.
Eingehende Anrufe
annehmen
Bei einem anstehenden
Anruf klingelt das Frei-
sprechtelefon und die
Sprechtaste blinkt.
Sie können das Gespräch
durch Drücken der
Sprechtaste annehmen.
Während des Gesprächs
leuchtet die Sprechtaste.
Türöffner betätigen
Wenn Sie die Türöffnertaste
drücken, wird der Türöffner
von der Tür ausgelöst,
von der zuletzt geklingelt
wurde.
Gleichzeitig eingehende
Anrufe
Ist die Funktion „Anklopfen“
systemseitig aktiviert,
werden bei bestehender
Verbindung weitere Anrufe
am Gerät akustisch
(Anklopfton) signalisiert:

Die anstehenden Anrufe im
Hintergrund werden nach
Beendigung des laufenden
Gesprächs als neuer einge-
hender Anruf signalisiert
und können der Reihe
nach abgearbeitet werden.
Am Gerät können bis zu
10Anrufe anstehen. Ist die
Funktion „Anklopfen“ nicht
aktiviert, werden weitere
Anrufe mit Besetztzeichen
abgewiesen.
Gesprächbeenden
Sprechtaste einmal kurz
betätigen.
Stummschaltung
Durch kurzes Drücken der
Taste „Stummschaltung“
werden alle Klingeltöne aus-
bzw. wieder eingeschaltet.
Ist die Stummschaltung aktiv,
leuchtet die Taste.
Bei eingehenden Anrufen
blinkt die Sprechtaste.

Gerätekonfiguration
Die Gerätekonfiguration
erfolgt überwiegend sys-
temseitig durch den zustän-
digen Systembetreuer.
Direkt am Gerät sind
folgende Einstellungen
möglich:
Klingeltonlautstärke
ändern
Im Ruhezustand oder
solange ein anstehender
Anruf noch nicht ange-
nommen wurde, kann die
Klingeltonlautstärke durch
Drücken von +bzw.– an
der Sprechtaste stufenweise
eingestellt werden.
Sprachlautstärke ändern
Während des Gesprächs
kann die Sprachlautstärke
durch Drücken von +bzw.–
an der Sprechtaste einge-
stellt werden.
Tastenbelegung
An diesem Gerät befinden
sich 3Funktionstasten.
Systemseitig sind 2Tasten
mit Funktionen vorbelegt.
Alle 3 Tasten können aus-
schließlich systemseitig
mit anderen Funktionen
frei belegt werden. Alle
Funktionstasten sind für
optische Rückmeldungen
LED-hinterleuchtet (gelb/rot,
Türöffnertaste einfarbig).
Folgende Funktionen sind
systemseitig auf Funktions-
tasten konfigurierbar:
• Schaltfunktion (z.B. Tür
öffner, Licht, Garagentor)
auslösen
• Türmatikfunktion
aktivieren/deaktivieren

Operating elements

Call signalling
Different ringtones help you
to differentiate between
the call types (e.g. door
call (front door), storey call
(apartment door), internal/
external call). The number
of call types that are avail-
able depends on the instal-
lation and configuration of
the system.
In the case of a storey call,
an incoming call without
speech connection is
signalled for approx. 5sec-
onds.
Accept incoming calls
When there is an incoming
call, the handsfree tele-
phone rings and the speech
button flashes. The call can
be accepted by pressing
the speech button. During
the call, the speech button
is alight.
Actuating the door
release
When you press the door
release button, the door
release of the door from
which the last call came is
triggered.

Simultaneously incoming
calls
If the “call waiting” func-
tion is activated on the
system side, then when
there is an existing con-
nection, further calls are
signalled acoustically (call
waiting tone) on the device:

The pending calls in the
background are signalled as
a new incoming call once
the current call is ended
and can be processed in
order. Up to 10calls can be
pending on the device. If
the “call waiting” function
is not activated, further
calls are rejected with the
engaged tone.
End call
Briefly press the speech
button once.
Muting
Pressing the ‘muting’
button briefly will switch all
ringtones off/on again. If
muting is active, the button
is lit.
The speech button flashes if
there are incoming calls.
Device configuration
The device is mainly config-
ured on the system side by
the relevant system admin-
istrator. The following set-
tings can be made directly
on the device:
Change ring tone volume
In idle status or if an
incoming call has not yet
been accepted, the ring
tone volume can be gradu-
ally adjusted by pressing
+or– on the speech
button.
Changing the speech
volume
During a call, the speech
volume can be set by
pressing +or– at the
speech button.
Button assignment
This device features 3func-
tion buttons. 2buttons are
preset with functions on the
system side. All 3buttons
can only be allocated freely
with other functions on the
system side. All function
buttons are LED-backlit for
visual acknowledgement
(yellow/red, door release
button single colour).
The following functions can
be configured on the system
side on function buttons:
• Initiate switching function
(e.g. door release, light,
garage door)
• Activate/deactivate door-
matic function

• Call concierge (e.g. recep-
tion)
• Direct door call for a door
station
• Internal call of an internal
remote station
• Call rerouting to another
call destination
• Call silencing (Do not dis-
turb! – DND)

Only ever clean your indoor
device using a soft cloth
dampened with mild soap

Signalisation d’appel
Vous pouvez utiliser diffé-
rentes sonneries pour dif-
férencier les types d’appels
(par ex. appel de porte (porte
d’entrée), appel d’étage
(porte d’appartement),
appel interne/externe). La
disponibilité de tous les types
d’appel dépend de l’instal-
lation et de la configuration
du système. Dans le cas d’un
appel d’étage, un appel
entrant sans liaison vocale
est signalé pendant environ
5secondes.
Prendre les appels
entrants
Lorsqu’un appel est en
attente, le téléphone mains
libres sonne et la touche
Parler clignote. Vous pouvez
prendre la communication
en appuyant sur la touche
Parler. Pendant la commu-
nication, la touche Parler
s’allume.
Actionner la gâche
Lorsque vous appuyez sur la
touche gâche, la gâche de
la porte où l’on a sonné en
dernier est activée.

Les appels en attente en
arrière-plan sont signalés

pas activée, les autres
appels avec une tonalité

Mettre fin à une commu-

Appuyer une fois briève-
ment sur la touche Parler.
Désactivation du son
Une brève pression sur la
touche “désactivation du

son” permet de désactiver et
de réactiver toutes les sonne-
ries. Lorsque la désactivation
du son est activée, la touche
s’allume.
La touche Parler clignote en
cas d’appels entrants.
Configuration des
appareils
La configuration des appa-
reils est principalement
effectuée par l’administra-
teur système compétent.
Les réglages suivants sont
possibles directement sur
l’appareil:
Modification du volume
de la sonnerie
En mode veille ou tant qu’un
appel en attente n’a pas été
pris, le volume de la sonnerie
peut être réglé graduelle-
ment en appuyant sur +ou–
de la touche Parler.
Modifier le volume de
la voix
Pendant la communication,
le volume de la voix peut
être réglé en appuyant sur
+ou– de la touche Parler.
Affectation des touches
Cet appareil est doté de
3touches de fonction.
Au niveau du système,
2touches sont préréglées
avec des fonctions. Les 3
touches ne peuvent être
préréglées librement avec
d’autres fonctions que par le
système. Toutes les touches
de fonction sont rétro-éclai-
rées par des LED pour une
notification visuelle (jaune/
rouge, touche gâche unico-
lore). Les fonctions suivantes
peuvent être configurées sur
les touches de fonction du
système:
• Déclenchement d’une
fonction de commutation
(par ex. gâche, lumière, por-
tail de garage)
• Activation/désactivation de
la fonction ouverture auto-
matique des portes
• Appel du concierge (par
ex. réception)
• Appel direct de porte
d’une platine de rue
• Appel interne d’un poste
terminal interne
• Renvoi d’appel vers une
autre cible d’appel
• Blocage d’appel (Ne pas
déranger ! – DND)

solution savonneuse non

Segnalazione della
chiamata
Con l’ausilio di diverse suo-
nerie si può differenziare
il corrispondente tipo di
chiamata (ad es. chiamata
dal posto esterno (porta d’in-
gresso), chiamata dal piano
(porta dell’appartamento),
chiamata interna/esterna).
La disponibilità di tutte le
tipologie di chiamata dipende
dall’installazione e dalla confi-
gurazione del sistema.
In caso di chiamata dal piano,
viene segnalata una chiamata
in arrivo senza collegamento
fonico per la durata di circa
5secondi.
Accettazione di chiamate
in arrivo
Quando è in arrivo una chia-
mata, il citofono vivavoce
suona e il tasto conversazione
lampeggia. È possibile accet-
tare la conversazione pre-
mendo il tasto conversazione.
Mentre è in atto la conversa-
zione, il tasto conversazione
rimane acceso.

Azionamento apriporta
Premendo il tasto apriporta,
si attiva l’apriporta della
porta da cui è stato suonato
il campanello per ultimo.
Chiamate in arrivo con-
temporaneamente
Se la funzione “Avviso
di chiamata” è attivata
in base al sistema, ulte-
riori chiamate vengono
segnalate sull’apparecchio
acusticamente (avviso di
chiamata) se è presente un
collegamento:

di arrivo. Sull’apparecchio
possono rimanere in attesa

la funzione “Avviso di
chiamata” non è attivata,
ulteriori chiamate vengono
rifiutate con il segnale di
occupato.
Terminare la conversazione
Premere brevemente una
volta il tasto conversazione.
Funzione “mute”
Premendo brevemente il tasto
“tacitazione di chiamata”,
tutte le suonerie si disattivano
e/o riattivano. Se è attiva la
tacitazione di chiamata, il
tasto è acceso.
In caso di chiamate in arrivo,
il tasto conversazione lam-
peggia.
Configurazione dell’appa-
recchio
La configurazione dell’ap-
parecchio avviene princi-
palmente in base al sistema
a cura dell’amministratore
di sistema competente.
Direttamente sull’apparecchio
possono essere effettuate le
seguenti impostazioni:

regolare gradualmente il
