Hardwire Junction Box 120V

• This device is not intended for use with emergency exit xtures or emergency exit lights.
• Operating Temperature: -20°C to 40°C (-4°F to 104°F)

Read the installation instructions and all product labels before proceeding with the installation. This product must
be installed in full accordance with applicable electrical and building codes. Installation should be performed by
a qualied electrician in accordance with the Canadian national electrical standards and relevant local codes.
TO PREVENT ELECTRICAL SHOCK, POWER SHOULD BE TURNED OFF FROM THE ELECTRICAL PANEL BEFORE INSTALLATION
OR MAINTENANCE.
INSTALLATION – STEPS
Turn OFF the power before proceeding with the installation.
1.Remove Junction Box cover screws (4) and remove cover. (Figure 1)
2.Install the 3/8" strain relief connector through the knockout at the back of the junction box.
3.Pass the 120 V wires through this connector and into the junction box.
4.Tighten the strain relief connector’s screws to hold the 120 V wires in place.
5.Fix the junction box underneath the cabinets with the provided screws.
6.Make electrical connections matching wire colors (black to black and white to white) and secure with the
provided wire nuts. (Figure 2)

7. Ensure that no bare wires are exposed after electrical connections have been made and wire nuts are in
place.
8. Arrange the wires inside the junction box.
9. Put back the junction box cover with supplied screws, being sure that all wires and connections are positioned
inside the box and no wires are pinched between the lid and the box.
10. Restore circuit power at electrical service panel. Turn on the ON/OFF switch on the junction box. The ON/OFF

FLUO LED HARDWIRE INSTALLATION
The Hardwire Box is required for installation (67787)
INSTALLATION – STEPS
Turn OFF the power before proceeding with the installation.
1. Remove Junction Box cover screws (4) and remove cover. (Figure 1)
2. Install the 3/8" strain relief connector through the knockout at the back of the junction box.
3. Pass the 120 V wires through this connector and into the junction box.
4. Tighten the strain relief connector’s screws to hold the 120 V wires in place.
5. Fix the junction box underneath the cabinets with the provided screws.
6. Make electrical connections matching wire colors (black to black and white to white) and secure with the
provided wire nuts. (Figure 2)
7. Ensure that no bare wires are exposed after electrical connections have been made and wire nuts are in
place.
8. Arrange the wires inside the junction box.
9. Put back the junction box cover with supplied screws, being sure that all wires and connections are positioned
inside the box and no wires are pinched between the lid and the box.
10. Use End to End connector provided in the box , to connect the Fluo LED undercabinet light to the 120V
Hardwire Junction Box. (Figure 3)
11. Restore circuit power at electrical service panel. Turn on the ON/OFF switch on the junction box. The ON/OFF
switch can be used to control all xtures simultaneously or xtures can be operated individually.

120V LED PUCK HARDWIRE INSTALLATION
The Hardwire Box is required for installation (67787)
INSTALLATION – STEPS
Turn OFF the power before proceeding with the installation.
1. Remove Junction Box cover screws (4) and remove cover. (Figure 1)
2. Install the 3/8" strain relief connector through the knockout at the back of the junction box.
3. Pass the 120 V wires through this connector and into the junction box.
4. Tighten the strain relief connector’s screws to hold the 120 V wires in place.
5. Fix the junction box underneath the cabinets with the provided screws.

place.

10. Finally, connect to 120 V by using the Power Cord (67106) or the Hardwire Box (67787). (Figure 3)
11. Restore circuit power at electrical service panel. Turn on the ON/OFF switch on the junction box. The ON/OFF
switch can be used to control all xtures simultaneously or xtures can be operated individually.
