Installation precautions
Warning!
Equipment installation must be carried out without power supply.
If the transmitter is installed in a harsh environment, it may
encounter hazards such as lightning strikes or overvoltage When damaged,
we suggest that users install lightning protection between the
distribution box or power supply and the transmitterStrike and
overvoltage protection.
Sensors should be in good contact with the tested medium or object
as much as possible to ensure good performance Good thermal conductivity.
Install in a stable environment, avoid direct sunlight, and stay
away from windows and air conditioning Heating and other equipment should
avoid facing windows and doors directly.
Transmitters and wires should be kept away from places with high
voltage and severe electromagnetic interference, and efforts should be
made toStay away from high-power interfering equipment to avoid inaccurate
measurements, such as frequency converters and motorsEtc.
Confirm whether the power supply voltage is correct, and whether
the positive and negative wiring of the power supply corresponds to the
positive and negative wiring of the product;Avoid installing in easily
bumped locations to avoid damaging the product.
Identifying
! No modifications or changes can be made on the device.
! Please handle it gently and do not throw it randomly. Do
not use brute force when installing this transmitter.
! This product belongs to weak current equipment and must
be laid separately from strong current cables during
wiring. It should comply with the relevant national wiring
standards (GB/T50312-2016) for wiring.
Ensure that the power supply voltage meets the
transmitter power supply requirements.
Prevent direct damage to sensors by chemical
reagents, oil, dust, etc. Do not use in extreme
temperature environments. Do not perform cold or hot
shocks.
The back of the transmitter is equipped with a guide rail mounting
plate. First, remove the mounting plate. The attachment is equipped
with two wall panel self tapping screws and two plastic expansion
pipes. First, drill two holes with a diameter of 6mm and a depth of ≥
30mm on the wall (please refer to the size diagram of the guide rail
installation plate for the hole positions). Insert the expansion tube
and fix the guide rail mounting plate to the wall using self tapping
screws, then slide it into the transmitter.
Represents a shielded wire, and all marked grounding points must
be effectively grounded. It is recommended to choose shielded twisted
pair signal cables. In order to avoid grounding loops, the shielding
layer adopts single ended grounding, insulated floating grounding at
the transmitter end, and grounded at the control cabinet end.
