PÓLIZA DE GARANTÍA
Esta póliza garantiza el producto por el término de un año en todas sus partes y mano de obra, contra cualquier defecto de fabricación y
funcionamiento, a partir de la fecha de entrega.
CONDICIONES
1.- Para hacer efectiva la garantía, presente esta póliza y el producto, en donde fue adquirido o en Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
2.- Electrónica Steren S.A de C.V. se compromete a reparar el producto en caso de estar defectuoso sin ningún cargo al consumidor. Los gastos de
transportación serán cubiertos por el proveedor.
3.- El tiempo de reparación en ningún caso será mayor a 30 días,contados a partir de la recepción del producto en cualquiera de los sitios donde
pueda hacerse efectiva la garantía.
4.- El lugar donde puede adquirir partes, componentes, consumibles y accesorios, así como hacer válida esta garantía es en cualquiera de las
direcciones mencionadas posteriormente.
ESTA PÓLIZA NO SE HARÁ EFECTIVA EN LOS SIGUIENTES CASOS:
1.- Cuando el producto ha sido utilizado en condiciones distintas a las normales.
2.- Cuando el producto no ha sido operado de acuerdo con el instructivo de uso.
3.- Cuando el producto ha sido alterado o reparado por personal no autorizado por Electrónica Steren S.A. de C.V.
El consumidor podrá solicitar que se haga efectiva la garantía ante la propia casa comercial donde adquirió el producto. Si la presente garantía se
extraviara, el consumidor puede recurrir a su proveedor para que le expida otra póliza, previa presentación de la nota de compra o factura respectiva.

Antes de utilizar su nuevo producto Steren, lea este instructivo para evitar
cualquier mal funcionamiento.
PRECAUCIONES
IMPORTANTE
• No intente abrir el equipo, puede ocasionar un mal funcionamiento y anular la garantía.
• No exponga el equipo a temperaturas extremas.
• No use ni almacene este equipo en lugares donde existan goteras o salpicaduras de agua. Puede
causar un mal funcionamiento o un choque eléctrico.
• Evite las caídas del equipo, ya que podría sufrir daños.
El diseño del producto y las especicaciones pueden variar sin previo aviso.
CARACTERÍSTICAS
• Demodulador con sintonizador para 125 canales de televisión.
• Cuenta con pantalla luminosa de tres caracteres en color rojo.
• Botón para cambiar canal.
• Ajuste de volumen.
• Control remoto.
• Conector hembra tipo “F” para recibir la señal de antena aérea o señal por cable y tres
conectores tipo RCA para entregar la señal (demodulada) en banda base (1 RCA video y 2 RCA
audio estéreo).
• Se utiliza principalmente en pantallas de plasma o LCD que no tienen sintonizador de canales.

ESPECIFICACIONES
1. Coloque el demodulador de manera que no haya obstáculos frente a él.
2. Si quiere que su televisor o monitor encienda y apague junto con el demodulador, conéctelo al
contacto de la parte posterior (algunos televisores o monitores podrían no encender cuando se
conecta la alimentación).
3. Conecte el cable de antena o cable a la entrada “CABLE IN”.
4. Conecte los cables RCA a su televisor siguiendo el código de colores (amarillo-video, blanco-
audio izquierdo, rojo-audio derecho). Si su televisor sólo tiene una entrada de audio, utilice el cable
blanco.
3. RCL: Permite alternar entre el canal anterior y el actual.
4. Control de volumen: Presione este botón para incrementar o disminuir el nivel de sonido.
5. MUTE: Presione este botón para desactivar el sonido. Presiónelo de nuevo para activar el sonido.
6. Interruptor TV/CATV: Presione este botón para intercambiar entre los canales libres (antena) y
los canales de cable.
7. Control de tiempo SLEEP: Al presionar este botón, la pantalla mostrará (00) lo que signica que
no está programado el temporizador. El tiempo se incrementará 10 minutos cada vez que presione
el botón SLEEP, hasta un máximo de 90 minutos. Después de jar el tiempo, la pantalla regresará
automáticamente al canal que estaba seleccionado.
Cuando falte un minuto para que acabe el tiempo programado, la pantalla parpadeará varios
segundos hasta que se complete. El televisor se apagará automáticamente y el temporizador se
reestablecerá a (00).
OPERACIÓN
Funciones del control remoto:
1. POWER: Presione este botón hasta que la pantalla
del demodulador muestre un número de canal. Apague el
televisor presionando el mismo botón.
2. Selección de canales: Para canales hasta el 99, debe
presionar los dos números del canal.
Ejemplo: Para seleccionar el canal 12 presione el “1” y
luego el “2”.
Para canales arriba del 99, presione “1—” seguido de los
2 números siguientes.
Ejemplo: Para seleccionar el 116 presione “1—“ seguido
de los números “1” y “6”.
8. Memoria de canales favoritos (sin límite de canales):
Seleccione el canal deseado presionando el botón con el número o
presione este botón para desplegar el canal favorito o más usado.
9. FC MEMO: Presione este botón para seleccionar o remover
cualquier canal como canal favorito ilimitado. El indicador de FC o de
memoria para canal favorito se apagará.
10. Exploracion de canales arriba/ abajo: Permiten seleccionar los
canales hacia arriba o abajo.
11. Compartimento de baterías. Coloque 2 baterías AAA.

WARRANTY
This Steren product is warranted under normal usage against defects in workmanship and materials to the original purchaser for one year from
the date of purchase.
CONDITIONS
1. This warranty card with all the required information, invoice or purchase ticket, product box or package, and product, must be presented when
warranty service is required.
2. If the product is in the warranty time, the company will repair it free of charge.
3. The repairing time will not exceed 30 natural days, from the day the claim was received.
4. Steren sell parts, components, consumables and accessories to customer, as well as warranty service, at any of the addresses mentioned later.
THIS WARRANTY IS VOID IN THE NEXT CASES:
If the product has been damaged by an accident, acts of God, mishandling, leaky batteries, failure to follow enclosed instructions, improper repair by
unauthorized personnel, improper safe keeping, among others.
a) The consumer can also claim the warranty service in the purchase establishment.
b) If you lose the warranty card, we can reissue it, if you show the invoice or purchase ticket.

INSTALLATION
1. Place the demodulator so it has no obstacles in front of it.
2. If you want that your TV set turns on and off together with the Demodulator, plug it to the power
output in the back of the Demodulator.
3. Connect the antenna’s cable to the “CABLE IN”.
4. Connect the RCA cables to your TV set following the color code (yellow-video, white-audio left,
red-audio right). If your TV set has only one audio input, use the white cable.
OPERATION
Remote control functions:
1. TV set ON/OFF: Press the ON/OFF button until the
Demodulator’s screen shows a channel number. Turn off
the TV by pressing again the ON/OFF button.
2. Channel selection: To select channels 1 to 99: you
must press two numbers to set channel.
Example: to select channel 12 press “1” followed by “2”.
For channels beyond 99, press “1—” followed by the
complementary two numbers.
Example: to select channel 116 press “1—“ followed by
numbers “1” and “6”.

3. Recall previous channel “RCL”: Recall the previous channel makes easy to change between
programs.
4. Volume control: Press this button to increase or lower volume.
5. MUTE: Press this button to turn off sound. To turn on, press this button again.
6. TV/CATV switch: Press this button to change between cable and antenna tuner.
7. Time control “sleep”: When you press the SLEEP button once, the Demodulator screen shows
“00” indicating that the timer is set to 0.
Each time you press the SLEEP button the timer will increase 10 minutes, till a 90 minutes
maximum. After selecting the time, the Demodulator’s screen will show the channel number.
When there’s 1 minute left, the screen will blink several seconds until the time is completed. Then
the TV set will turn off and the timer will reset to (00).
8. Favorite channel memory:
a) Select the desired channel using the number pad or press FC
SCAN to show the favorite channel or the more used.
9. FC MEMO. Select (FC light turns on) or remove a channel as
favorite.
10. Up/down channel exploration: This buttons allow to select the
channel.
11. Battery compartment: Place 2 AAA type batteries.
