Diese Gebrauchsanleitung betrifft
den folgenden Gehörschutz:
STIHL ADVANCE Vent und STIHL
ADVANCE X-Vent.
Der Gehörschutz soll den Benutzer
vor einer Gefährdung durch Lärm
schützen, vorausgesetzt der
Gehörschutz wird gemäß dieser
Gebrauchsanleitung am Helm
angebaut und verwendet. Eine
andere Verwendung, als wie in dieser
Gebrauchsanleitung beschrieben, ist
nicht zulässig.
Lesen Sie diese Gebrauchsanleitung
sorgfältig durch und bewahren Sie
alle Produktinformationen an einem
sicheren Platz auf, damit Sie auch
später noch darauf zurückgreifen
können.
Dieses Produkt entspricht der PSA-
Richtlinie 89/686 EWG und der PSA-
Verordnung (EU) 2016/425, um die
Anforderungen der CE-
Kennzeichnung zu erfüllen.

Alle Gehörschützer, für die diese
Gebrauchsanleitung gilt, haben
Federarme aus Thermoplast und
schaumstoffgefüllte
Dichtungskissen.
Dieser Gehörschutz darf nur an dem
Helm STIHL ADVANCE Vent oder
STIHL ADVANCE X-Vent angebaut
und verwendet werden.
Der Gehörschutz ist für den Einsatz
bei der Arbeit mit Motorsägen
konzipiert (z. B. Holzernte). Für
andere Verwendungen kann keine
Aussage über das Schutzniveau
getroffen werden.
Um den höchsten Komfort und
Schutz dieses Gehörschutzes zu
gewährleisten, sollten Sie
► Den Gehörschutz gemäß den
untenstehenden Anweisungen
einstellen, benutzen und pflegen.
► Regelmäßig überprüfen, dass der
Gehörschutz keine abgenutzten
Teile oder Risse aufweist. Gewisse
chemische Substanzen können
eine zerstörerische Wirkung auf
diesen Gehörschutz haben.
► Gehörschutz vor jeder Benutzung
auf einwandfreien Zustand
überprüfen (beispielsweise
optischer Zustand des
Gehörschutzes). Bei Schäden oder
Veränderungen den Gehörschutz
unverzüglich entsorgen.
WARNUNG
￭ Falls die Anweisungen dieser
Gebrauchsanleitung nicht beachtet
werden, kann die Schutzwirkung
stark abnehmen.

￭ Die volle Schutzwirkung lässt sich
nur dann erreichen, wenn man in
einer lauten Umgebung den
Gehörschutz ständig trägt.
￭ Sicherstellen, das die Funktion des
Gehörschutzes regelmäßig
überprüft wird.
￭ Jegliche Veränderungen des
Gehörschutzes können die
Schutzwirkung negativ
beeinflussen.
► Deshalb keinesfalls
Veränderungen am Gehörschutz
vornehmen.
► Veränderten Gehörschutz
unverzüglich entsorgen.
￭ Kein Gehörschutz kann absoluten
Schutz vor Gehörschädigungen
bieten. Der Grad der
Schutzwirkung hängt von
verschiedenen Einflüssen ab, wie
z.B. Dauer der Benutzung und
Frequenz der Lärmquelle.
￭ Dieser Gehörschutz ist kein Ersatz
für eine sichere Arbeitstechnik.
Unsachgemäßer Gebrauch des
Motorgerätes kann zu Unfällen
führen.
► Deshalb unbedingt
Sicherheitsbestimmungen der
entsprechenden Behörden
(Berufsgenossenschaften o. a.)
und Sicherheitshinweise in der
Bedienungsanleitung des
benutzen Motorgerätes
beachten.
￭ Bei angelegtem Gehörschutz ist
das Wahrnehmen von Gefahr
ankündigenden Geräuschen
(Schreie, Signaltöne u.a.)
eingeschränkt.
► Mit erhöhter Achtsamkeit und
Umsicht arbeiten.
► Die Verwendung eines Schweiß-
/Hygieneschutz über den
Dichtungskissen kann die
Geräuschdämpfungseigenschaft
en des Gehörschutzes
verringern.
￭Gehörschutzkapseln nach EN 352-
3 sind mittelgroß, klein oder groß.
Gehörschutzkapseln mittlerer
Größe passen den meisten
Benutzern. Gehörschutzkapseln
mit kleiner oder großer Größe sind
für Benutzer geeignet, denen die
mittlere Größe nicht passt.
Gehörschutz einstellen
► Gehörschutzkapseln auf die Ohren
setzen und alle Haare zwischen
Ohr und Dichtungskissen
entfernen.
► Gehörschutzkapseln an die Ohren
drücken, A, bis die Stellung der
Gehörschutzkapseln hörbar
einrastet.
► Um die Ohren muss ein
gleichmäßiger Druck spürbar sein.
► Gehörschutzkapseln so einstellen,
dass sie bequem und sicher sitzen
und die Ohren vollständig
umschließen.

WARNUNG
Dieser am Helm angebaute
Gehörschutz ist geeignet für
Personen mit mittlerem bis großem
Kopfumfang (56-64 cm) und mit
mittlerem bis großem Abstand
zwischen Kopfoberkante und
Gehörgangmitte. Ein geringerer
Abstand kann zu einem
unsachgemäßen Sitz führen und die
Dämpfungseigenschaften des
Gehörschutzes verringern.
Achtung: Die Schutzwirkung ist nicht
voll gegeben, wenn die
Dichtungskissen der
Gehörschutzkapseln nicht direkt am
Kopf anliegen (z. B. durch ein dickes
Brillengestell, einen dichten Bart,
eine Sturmhaube, etc.).
Pflege und Reinigung
► Der Gehörschutz und die
Dichtungskissen werden abgenutzt
und müssen regelmäßig
kontrolliert und ggf. ersetzt
werden.
► Mit einem milden Reinigungsmittel
(Seife) reinigen. Das verwendete
Reinigungsmittel darf die Haut
nicht reizen.
► Unsachgemäße Reinigung und
Pflege kann die Schutzwirkung des
Gehörschutzes negativ
beeinflussen, deshalb nur wie
vorgeschrieben Reinigen und
Pflegen.
Gehörschutz wechseln
► Gehörschutzkapseln abnehmen,
B, und neue
Gehörschutzkapseln einsetzen bis
diese einrasten.
Hygienesatz
– für ADVANCE Vent:

Dichtungskissen sollten abhängig
von der Nutzungsdauer regelmäßig
ausgetauscht werden.
► Wählen Sie den richtigen
Hygienesatz für Ihren
Gehörschutz.
► Nur Original STIHL Ersatzteile
verwenden.
Hygienesatz wechseln:
►Altes Dichtungskissen abziehen,
C.
► Schaumstoffeinsatz entnehmen,
D, und neuen
Schaumstoffeinsatz einsetzen.
►Neues Dichtungskissen über der
Gehörschutzkapsel positionieren
und ausrichten, E.
►Dichtungskissen an den
Außenkanten fest andrücken,
F, bis er rundum an der
Gehörschutzkapsel anliegt.
Aufbewahrung und Transport
Eine geeignete Verpackung schützt
den Gehörschutz während des
Transports.

► Gehörschutz vorzugsweise in der
Originalverpackung in einem gut
belüfteten, trockenen Raum
aufbewahren.
► Nicht extremen Temperaturen,
Flüssigkeiten oder UV-Strahlung
aussetzen.

following hearing protection:
STIHL ADVANCE Vent and STIHL
ADVANCE X-Vent.
The hearing protector is intended to
protect the wearer from hazardous
noise levels when fitted in
accordance with this Instruction
Manual. Any other uses are not
intended and therefore not allowed.
Read this Instruction Manual through
carefully and keep all the product
information in a safe place so that
you can refer to it at any time.
This product is in compliance with the
PPE Directive 89/686 EEC and the
PPE Regulation (EU) 2016/425 to
fulfil the requirements of CE marking.

All ear protectors to which this
Instruction Manual applies have
thermoplastic spring arms and foam-
filled pads.
This ear protection may only be
attached to and used with the
STIHL ADVANCE Vent or
STIHL ADVANCE X-Vent helmet.
The ear protection is designed for
use when working with chain saws
(e.g. timber harvesting). The level of
protection in other applications
cannot be predicted.
To ensure maximum comfort and
protection when using this hearing
protection:
► Adjust, use and maintain the
hearing protection in accordance
with the instructions below.
► Check the ear protection regularly
for any worn parts or cracks.
Certain chemicals can have a
destructive effect on this ear
protection.
User Information

► Check each time before using the
ear protection that it is in perfect
condition (for example, visual state
of ear protection). If the ear
protection is damaged or has
altered, it must be disposed of
immediately.
WARNING
￭ The protective effect may be
significantly reduced if the
information and instructions
provided in this Instruction Manual
are not observed.
￭ The full protective effect can only
be achieved if the hear protection
is worn at all times when in a noisy
environment.
￭ Ensure that the hearing protectors
are regularly inspected for
serviceability.
￭ Any modifications to the hearing
protection can impair the protective
effect.
► Therefore do not modify the
hearing protection in any way.
► If the hearing protection has
been modified it must be
disposed of immediately.
￭ No hearing protection can ensure
total protection against hearing
damage. The level of protection
depends on various factors, such
as the duration of use and
frequency of the noise source.
￭ This hearing protection is no
substitute for a safe working
technique. Improper use of a
power tool can result in accidents.
► It is therefore essential to
observe the safety regulations
issued by the respective
authorities (employer’s liability
insurance associations, etc.) and
the safety instructions in the
Instruction Manual of the power
tool being used.
￭ The perception of sounds
indicating potential danger (shouts,
audible warnings, etc.) is restricted
when wearing ear protection.
► Pay increased attention and take
greater care.
► Use of perspiration/hygienic
protection over the sealing rings
can reduce the hearing
protector’s noise attenuation
properties.
￭ Earmuffs complying with EN 352-3
are of medium size range or small
size range or large size range.
Medium size range earmuffs will fit
the majority of wearers. Small size
range or large size range earmuffs
are designed to fit wearers for
whom medium size range earmuffs
are not suitable.
Adjusting the hearing protection
► Place the ear defenders over your
ears and remove all hair between
your ear and the pad of the ear
defender.
► Press the hearing protectors
against your ears, A, until the
hearing protectors audibly engage
in position.

► An even pressure should be felt all
round the ears.
► Adjust the hearing protectors so
that they sit comfortably and
securely and they cover your ears
completely.
WARNING
These helmet mounted hearing
protectors are suitable for persons
with medium to large headsize
circumference (56-64 cm) and with
medium to large height from the top
of the head to the center of the ear
canal. A smaller height may lead to
improper fit and may reduce the
hearing protector’s noise attenuation
properties.
Important: The full protective effect is
not ensured unless the pads of the
ear defenders fit closely against your
head (thick spectacle frames, a
dense beard, balaclava helmet, etc.
can prevent this).
Maintenance and cleaning
► The hearing protection and pads
wear with use and they should be
inspected regularly and replaced if
necessary.
► Clean with a mild detergent (soap).
The detergent used must not
irritate the skin.
► Incorrect cleaning and
maintenance can impair the
protective effect of the ear
protection. Therefore only clean
and maintain it as specified.
Replacing the hearing protection
► Remove the hearing protection,
B, and insert new hearing
protectors until they engage in
position.

– for ADVANCE Vent:

Pads should be replaced regularly,
depending on the duration of use.
► Choose the appropriate hygiene
set for your ear protection.
► Always use original STIHL parts.
Replacing the hygiene set:
► Pull off old pad, C.
► Remove foam insert, D, and
insert new foam insert.
► Position new pad over ear
defender and align, E.
► Press outer edges of pad firmly,
F, until pad lies snugly against
ear defender all the way round.
Storage and transport
Suitable packaging protects the ear
protection during transport.
► The ear protection should
preferably be stored in its original
packaging in a well ventilated, dry
room.
► Do not expose to extreme
temperatures, liquids or UV
radiation.

► de contrôler régulièrement si des
éléments des protège-oreilles sont
usés ou fissurés. Certaines
substances chimiques peuvent
avoir des effets néfastes et
détériorer ces protège-oreilles.
► Avant d'utiliser les protège-oreilles,
s'assurer qu'ils sont dans un état
impeccable (par ex. contrôle visuel
de l'état des protège-oreilles). Si
les protège-oreilles présentent des
endommagements ou ont subi des
modifications, il faut
immédiatement les mettre au
rebut.
AVERTISSEMENT
￭ Si l'on ne respecte pas les
instructions de la présente Notice
d'emploi, cela risque de réduire
considérablement l'efficacité de la
protection.
￭ On ne peut bénéficier de l'effet de
protection maximal que si l'on
porte continuellement la protection
auditive chaque fois que l'on se
trouve dans une ambiance
bruyante.
￭ Veiller à ce que le bon
fonctionnement des protège-
oreilles soit vérifié périodiquement.
￭ Toute modification apportée aux
protège-oreilles peut avoir une
influence négative sur l'efficacité
de la protection.
► C'est pourquoi il ne faut apporter
aucune modification aux
protège-oreilles.
► Si les protège-oreilles ont fait
l'objet de modifications, ils
doivent être immédiatement mis
au rebut.
￭ Aucune protection auditive ne peut
offrir une protection absolue contre
les lésions de l'ouïe. L'efficacité de
la protection dépend de différents
facteurs, par ex. de la durée
d'utilisation et de la fréquence de la
source sonore.
￭ Ces protège-oreilles ne dispensent
pas d'appliquer une technique de
travail de sécurité. L'utilisation
inadéquate de la machine peut être
à l'origine d'accidents.
► C'est pourquoi il faut
impérativement respecter les
règles de sécurité des services
compétents (caisses
professionnelles d'assurances
sociales et autres) et suivre
aussi les prescriptions de
sécurité de la Notice d'emploi de
la machine utilisée.
￭ Lorsqu'on travaille avec des
protège-oreilles, des bruits
signalant un danger (cris, signaux
sonores etc.) sont moins bien
perceptibles.
► Il faut donc être plus attentif et
travailler prudemment.
► L'utilisation d'une protection
hygiénique/antisueur par-dessus
les coussins d'étanchéité peut
réduire l'efficacité de
l'amortissement du bruit par les
capsules protège-oreilles.
￭ Les coussins d'étanchéité suivant
la norme EN 352-3 sont de taille
moyenne, petite ou grosse. Les
coussins d'étanchéité de taille
moyenne conviennent pour la
plupart des utilisateurs. Les
coussins d'étanchéité de taille

petite ou grande sont prévus pour
les utilisateurs auxquels la taille
moyenne ne convient pas.
Ajustage des protège-oreilles
► Appliquer les capsules protège-
oreilles sur les oreilles et écarter
tous les cheveux qui se trouvent
entre l'oreille et le coussin
d'étanchéité des capsules protège-
oreilles.
► Presser les capsules protège-
oreilles sur les oreilles, A,
jusqu'à ce que les capsules
protège-oreilles s'encliquettent
dans la position voulue.
► Elles doivent exercer une pression
régulière sur tout le tour des
oreilles.
► Ajuster les capsules protège-
oreilles de telle sorte qu'elles
soient bien fixées et s'appliquent
confortablement sur les oreilles en
les entourant intégralement.
AVERTISSEMENT
Ces protège-oreilles rapportés sur le
casque conviennent pour des
personnes qui ont un tour de tête
moyen ou grand (56-64 cm) et une
distance moyenne ou grande entre le
dessus de la tête et le centre du canal
auditif. Si la distance est inférieure, il
est possible que les protège-oreilles
ne soient pas correctement
positionnés, ce qui réduirait
l'efficacité de l'amortissement du
bruit par les capsules protège-
oreilles.
Attention ! La protection n'est pas
optimale si les coussins d'étanchéité
ne s'appliquent pas directement sur
la tête (par ex. si l'on porte des
lunettes avec une monture épaisse,
une barbe épaisse, une cagoule
etc.).
Entretien et nettoyage
► Les protège-oreilles et les
coussins d'étanchéité s'usent et
doivent donc être contrôlés
régulièrement, et remplacés si
nécessaire.
► Pour le nettoyage, employer un
produit de nettoyage doux (savon).
Le produit de nettoyage employé
ne doit pas irriter la peau.
► Un nettoyage ou un entretien
inadéquat peut avoir une influence
négative sur l'efficacité de la
protection auditive, c'est pourquoi
il faut effectuer le nettoyage et
l'entretien exclusivement comme
prescrit.
Remplacement des protège-oreilles
► Enlever les capsules protège-
oreilles, B, et monter les
capsules protège-oreilles neuves
en les faisant encliqueter.

– pour ADVANCE Vent :

– pour ADVANCE X-Vent :

Les coussins d'étanchéité devraient
être remplacés régulièrement, en
fonction de la durée d'utilisation.

► Il faut alors choisir le jeu de pièces
hygiéniques qui convient pour ces
protège-oreilles.
► Utiliser exclusivement des pièces
de rechange d'origine STIHL.
Remplacement du jeu de pièces
hygiéniques :
► Détacher l'ancien coussin
d'étanchéité, C.
► Retirer l'élément en matière
cellulaire, D, et monter un
élément en matière cellulaire neuf.
► Positionner le coussin d'étanchéité
neuf sur la capsule protège-oreille
et l'ajuster, E.
► Presser fermement le coussin
d'étanchéité sur les bords
extérieurs, F, jusqu'à ce que
tout le tour s'applique sur la
capsule protège-oreille.
Rangement et transport
Un emballage adéquat protège les
protège-oreilles durant le transport.
► Dans la mesure du possible,
conserver les protège-oreilles
dans leur emballage d'origine,
dans un local bien aéré et sec.
► Ne pas les exposer à des
températures extrêmes, ni aux
rayons UV et veiller à ce qu'ils
n'entrent pas en contact avec des
liquides.

proteger al usuario de un riesgo por
ruido siempre que este se utilice y se
monte siguiendo este manual de
instrucciones sobre el casco. No se
permite un uso diferente al que se
especifica en este manual de
instrucciones.

Todos los protectores de los oídos a
los que se aplica este manual de
instrucciones tienen brazos de
resorte de termoplástico y anillos
obturadores rellenos de espuma.
Este protector de los oídos solo se
puede colocar y utilizar en el casco
STIHL ADVANCE Vent o
STIHL ADVANCE X-Vent.
El protector de los oídos está
concebido para usarlo en trabajos
con motosierras (p. ej. en la industria
maderera). No existe ninguna
indicación sobre el nivel de
protección para otros usos.
Para garantizar el mayor confort y
protección en este protector de los
oídos deberá
► Configurar, utilizar y mantener el
protector de los oídos atendiendo a
las siguientes instrucciones.
► Comprobar regularmente que el
protector de los oídos no presenta
piezas desgastadas o roturas.
Ciertas sustancias químicas
pueden tener un efecto destructivo
en el protector de los oídos.
► Cada vez que haya que usar este
protector de los oídos, deberá
comprobar que se encuentra en
perfecto estado (por ejemplo, el
estado óptico del mismo). En caso
de daños o modificaciones,
desechar de inmediato el protector
de los oídos.
ADVERTENCIA
￭ Si no se siguen las instrucciones
de este manual, disminuye en gran
medida el efecto protector.
￭ Solo podrá alcanzarse el efecto
protector completo si lleva el
protector de los oídos en todo
momento en un entorno ruidoso.
￭ Asegurarse de comprobar el
funcionamiento del protector de los
oídos con regularidad.
￭ Cualquier modificación del
protector de los oídos puede influir
negativamente en su efecto
protector.
► Por lo tanto, no se debe
modificar el protector de los
oídos bajo ninguna
circunstancia.
► El protector de los oídos
modificado se ha de desechar
sin demora.
￭ Ningún equipo protector de oídos
puede proporcionar una protección
absoluta contra lesiones del oído.
El grado del efecto protector
depende de distintas influencias
como p. ej., la duración de uso y la
frecuencia de la fuente de ruido.
￭ Este protector de los oídos no
sustituye una técnica de trabajo
segura. El uso inadecuado de la
máquina puede provocar
accidentes.
► Por esta razón, deberán
observarse siempre las
advertencias de seguridad de las

(Asociaciones profesionales,
etc.) y las instrucciones de
seguridad existentes en el
manual de instrucciones de la
respectiva máquina.
￭ Al llevar un protector de oídos se
perciben peor las señales de aviso
de peligro (gritos, señales
acústicas y similares).
► Prestar más atención y tener
más precaución.
► El uso de un protector de sudor/
higiénico sobre los anillos de
obturación puede disminuir la
capacidad de la amortiguación
del ruido del protector de los
oídos.
￭ Según EN 352-3, los anillos de
obturación son medianos,
pequeños o grandes. Los anillos
de obturación de tamaño mediano
se adaptan a la mayoría de
usuarios. Los anillos de obturación
de tamaño pequeño o grande son
aptos para los usuarios a los que
no les valga el tamaño mediano.
Ajustar el protector de los oídos
► Colocarse las orejeras protectoras
en los oídos y retirarse todo el pelo
entre el oído y el anillo de
obturación de las orejeras
protectoras.
► Presionar las orejeras protectoras
en las orejas A, hasta que se
escuche el chasquido de ajuste en
las mismas.
► Debe notar una presión uniforme
en los oídos.
► Ajustarse las orejeras protectoras
de manera que le queden cómodas
y seguras y rodeen por completo
las orejas.
ADVERTENCIA
Este protector de los oídos incluido
en el casco es apto para personas
con un tamaño de cabeza de
mediano a grande (56-64 cm) y con
un espacio entre el punto más alto de
la cabeza y la mitad del conducto
auditivo entre medio a grande. Un
espacio menor podría provocar un
ajuste indebido y disminuir las
propiedades amortiguadoras del
protector de los oídos.
Atención: el efecto protector no se
garantiza si los anillos obturadores
de las orejeras protectoras no se
encuentran en contacto directo con
la cabeza (p. ej. por llevar una
montura de las gafas gruesa, una
barba tupida, un pasamontañas,
etc.).
Cuidado y limpieza
► El protector de oídos y los anillos
de obturación se han de controlar
regularmente y se han de sustituir
si es necesario.
► Limpiar con un detergente suave
(jabón). El detergente empleado
no debe irritar la piel.
► La limpieza y los cuidados
inapropiados pueden influir
negativamente en el efecto
protector del protector de oídos,
por lo que debe limpiarlo y cuidarlo
como se prescribe.

► Quitarse las orejeras protectoras,
B, y ajustarse unas nuevas
hasta que encajen.

Los anillos obturadores deben
cambiarse regularmente en función
de su vida útil.
► Seleccione el juego de higiene
correcto para su protector de
oídos.
► Emplear únicamente piezas de
repuesto originales STIHL.
Cambiar el juego de higiene:
► Retirar el anillo de obturación
anterior, C.
► Retirar las piezas de espuma,
D, e introducir otras nuevas.
► Colocar y alinear un nuevo anillo
de obturación sobre las orejeras
protectoras, E.
► Apretar fuertemente el anillo de
obturación en el borde exterior,
F, hasta que se adapte
completamente a las orejeras
protectoras.
Almacenamiento y transporte
Un embalaje adecuado protege el
protector de los oídos durante su
transporte.
► A ser posible, guarde el protector
de los oídos en su embalaje
original y consérvelo en un lugar
seco y bien ventilado.
► No someter a temperaturas
extremas, líquidos o irradiación
UVA.

Štitnik za zaštitu sluha koncipiran je

► Redovito provjeravajte da štitnik za
zaštitu sluha nema istrošene
dijelove ili pukotine. Određene
kemijske tvari mogu destruktivno
djelovati na ovaj štitnik za zaštitu
sluha.
► Prije svakog korištenja provjerite je
li štitnik za zaštitu sluha u
besprijekornom stanju (primjerice
optičko stanje proizvoda). U
slučaju kvarova ili izmjena, štitnik
za zaštitu sluha treba odmah
zbrinuti.
UPOZORENJE
￭ Ako ne uvažavate naputke u ovoj
uputi za uporabu, djelotvorna
zaštita može se jako smanjiti.
￭ Puno zaštitno djelovanje moguće
je postići samo kada se u glasnom
okruženju zaštita sluha neprekidno
nosi.
￭ Pobrinite se da se funkcija štitnika
za zaštitu sluha provjerava
redovito.
￭ Svaka preinaka štitnika za zaštitu
sluha može negativno utjecati na
zaštitno djelovanje.
► Stoga nikako nemojte vršiti
izmjene na štitniku za zaštitu
sluha.
► Izmijenjeni štitnik za zaštitu
sluha treba odmah zbrinuti.

￭ Niti jedan štitnik za zaštitu sluha ne
može ponuditi potpunu zaštitu od
oštećenja sluha. Stupanj zaštitnog
djelovanja ovisi o različitim
utjecajima, primjerice o duljini
trajanja korištenja i frekvenciji
izvora buke.
￭ Ovaj proizvod nije nadomjestak za
sigurnu tehniku rada. Nestručno
korištenje motornog uređaja može
uzrokovati nesreće.
► Stoga treba obvezno uvažavati
sigurnosne odredbe
odgovarajućih tijela (strukovnih
udruga ili dr.), kao i sigurnosne
upute iz naputka za posluživanje
motornog uređaja koji se koristi.
￭ Kod nošenja štitnika za zaštitu
sluha uočavanje zvukova koji
upozoravaju na opasnost
ograničeno je (povici, signalni
tonovi i sl.).
► Radite uz povećanu pažljivost i
oprez.
► Uporaba zaštite od znoja /
higijenske zaštite preko brtvenih
prstenova može smanjiti
svojstva prigušenja buke štitnika
za zaštitu sluha.
￭ Brtveni su prstenovi prema normi
EN 352-3 srednji, mali ili veliki.
Brtveni prstenovi srednje veličine
odgovaraju većini korisnika.
Brtveni prstenovi male ili velike
veličine namijenjeni su korisnicima
kojima srednja veličina nije
prikladna.
Podešavanje štitnika za zaštitu sluha
► Postavite kapsule štitnika za
zaštitu sluha na uši i uklonite sve
vlasi između uha i brtvenog
prstena kapsule štitnika za zaštitu
sluha.
► Pritisnite kapsule štitnika za zaštitu
sluha na uši, A, dok
postavljanje kapsuli štitnika za
zaštitu sluha čujno ne klikne.
► Oko ušiju mora postojati jasni
ravnomjerni pritisak.
► Kapsule štitnika za zaštitu sluha
postavite tako da sjednu udobno i
sigurno i da potpuno okružuju uši.
UPOZORENJE
Taj štitnik za zaštitu sluha ugrađen
na kacigi prikladan je za osobe sa
srednjim do velikim opsegom glave
(56-64 cm) i sa srednjim do velikim
razmakom između gornjeg ruba
glave i sredine slušnoga kanala.
Manji razmak može voditi do
nepropisnog sjedanja i smanjiti
svojstva prigušivanja štitnika za
zaštitu sluha.
Pažnja: Zaštitno djelovanje nije
potpuno ako brtveni prsteni kapsula
štitnika za zaštitu sluha ne leže
izravno na glavi (npr. zbog debelog
okvira naočala, guste brade,
fantomke itd.).
Čišćenje i njega
► Štitnik za zaštitu sluha i brtveni
prstenovi podliježu trošenju i
moraju se redovito kontrolirati, a u
slučaju potrebe zamijeniti.

► Čistiti blagim sredstvom za
čišćenje (sapun). Uporabljeno
sredstvo za čišćenje ne smije
nadraživati kožu.
► Nestručno čišćenje i njega mogu
negativno utjecati na zaštitnu
funkciju štitnika za zaštitu sluha,
stoga se njega i čišćenje moraju
provoditi samo u skladu s
propisima.

► Izvadite kapsule štitnika za zaštitu
sluha, B, i umetnite nove
kapsule štitnika za zaštitu sluha
dok ne kliknu.

Brtveni prstenovi moraju se redovito
mijenjati ovisno o trajanju korištenja.
► Izaberite ispravnu garnituru za
higijenu Vašeg štitnika za zaštitu
sluha.
► Upotrebljavajte samo originalne
pričuvne dijelove poduzeća STIHL.
Zamjena garniture za higijenu:
► Uklonite stari brtveni prsten, C.
► Uklonite pjenasti umetak, D i
primijenite novi pjenasti umetak.
► Namjestite i postavite novi brtveni
prsten preko kapsule štitnika za
zaštitu sluha, E.
► Čvrsto pritisnite brtveni prsten na
vanjski rub, F, dok ne legne
okolo na kapsulu štitnika za zaštitu
sluha.
Pohranjivanje i transport
Prikladno pakiranje štiti štitnik za
zaštitu sluha tijekom transporta.
► Štitnik za zaštitu sluha po
