Caution
Please be careful when handling all components, some parts have sharp metal edges.
Always wear work gloves, eye protection and long sleeves when assembling or maintaining
your shed.

Before assembly
•Remove all parts from packages and place in a safe place close to assembly area.
•Check all parts on assembly parts list are included, prior to commencing assembly.
•Review all instructions; continue to refer to instructions throughout assembly –step
by step.
Preparing your site
•Choose your site carefully, site surface must be level (unless a Elevation kit or Heavy
duty floor kit option has been purchased with your product)

Fasten through EP into DJ using 3 x 100BS per join (75N on Rebated Floor)

Fasten floor frames together using 6 x 65HHS
HEAVY DUTY FLOOR KIT
The 8x16 Heavy Duty floor frame comes in two parts. Install one floor frame in desired position at desired
height, and ensure fully supported in all 4 corners. Butt second floor frame and attach to installed frame using
6 x 65HHS evenly spaced along EP. Ensure other end is level and supported.
Heavy duty floor can be installed on unlevelled ground –use supplied logs to level your floor by digging them
into the ground- see support positions in pic above –attach logs to floor using 4 x 100BS per support.

3.1 - ASSEMBLY –GABLE ASSEMBLY
Lay 2 x G (left and right) on a flat surface with the frame facing upwards –see picture below.
Screw together in position shown, holding flush at the bottom (using 2 x 65HHS). Repeat for
other gable.
Turn one complete gable over (cedar facing upwards). Position (SCS) Stilla branded cover
strip flush with bottom of gable Board and flush on each end. Nail through cover strip into
gable using 40N.
Position (FGS) front gable cover strip over join in front gable. Fasten in position using 40N.
Hold DH (Door Head) centre along base plate of gable. Screw down through gable base plate
into DH centre and ends using 3x65HHS.

Carefully position front gable in position ensuring tongue on wall goes into groove on gable.
Fasten up through front panels using 2 x 65HHS either side. Repeat with back gable using 1 x
65HHS either side and centre. Ensure gables are flush with end of front and back panels.

3.3 - ASSEMBLY –RIDGE BEAM BRACKET
Measure down from Gable peak 145mm and mark with pen/pencil. Hold ridge beam
bracket (RBB) below mark (top of bracket flush with mark) and screw through bracket into
gable using 2 x 50PS per bracket.
Repeat this step on both gables.
