RC401 - Remote Pairing Instructions
FOR ASSISTANCE EMAIL [e-mail]
Your Remote control unit should be labeled with 'RC401' on the bottom left side of the
unit. *Note: Your Sunstream Product comes with 2 paired remotes*
How To Pair Transmitters- Press and release the Red ‘Program’ button once so the
‘Add Transmitter’ light flashes, then press ‘Up’ on the transmitter three (3) times. If you
do not succeed, repeat the process - slowly tap the the 'up' button on the transmitter.
Up to 8 remotes can be paired.
Clear Memory- Select the red program button for 15 seconds.
Depressurize Lines: This feature depressurizes the hydraulics on SunLift models for
hose removal. Press program three (3) times to scroll to 'depressurize' Then, Press ‘Up’
then ‘Dn’ on the keypad or the transmitter key FOB.

If applicable always Open the Boathouse door BEFORE
operation
If you have multiple lifts label which remote control operates
which lift
The remote is 'push and hold' to operate the lift.
Lower your SunLift from the top position until it is at a height that
you can easily get on and off your boat from your dock. Load
passengers onto boat
When driving onto the SunLift there is no need to power the boat
when coming onto it
When raising the SunLift lightly tap the button(s) for ease of
adjustment and let the lift center your boat on the lift
If you have passengers let them off at dock level then proceed
to lift the rest of the way
Raise your boat all the way up when lifting. Otherwise you can
leave your boat at the desired position. When away from the
dock always raise your lift when the boat is on it
If you have guide- ons you can line up the load guide with
something on your boat to insure consistent simple lifting
The Front Guide- on generally lines up approximately with the
throttle area
Call your Product Specialist for if you have any questions at any
time

Check if the battery terminal cables are tight
Make sure your remote is paired
Make sure your battery is charged
Ensure the battery charger is turned on and plugged into
a electrical outlet (for AC lifts)
Ensure the outlet has power (for AC Lifts)
Ensure the switch is turned to the 'on' position on the RC
unit.
Check if the battery is charged
Check if the battery charger is hooked up turned on and
plugged into the electrical outlet
Ensure there is at least 50% of SunFluid left in the oil
compartment when the lift is in the DOWN position.
My SunLift Won't go up/down
My SunLift is making a odd weak- like sound
