TO CHANGE THE BATTERY
1) Ensure +/- terminals are correctly oriented.
2) Please use a small tool to help remove the battery from the battery
compartment if necessary.
* Please remove the insulating strip before using.
TO TURN ON
Press the ON/OFF button
TO TURN OFF
Press and hold the ON/OFF button for two seconds to turn off the scale
SELECT WEIGHT UNITS
The UNIT button is located on the underside of the scale. Press the UNIT
button repeatedly until the unit of measure you desire appears on the
screen.
OPERATING INSTRUCTIONS
1. Place the scale on a flat surface
* Press ON/OFF to turn on the scale
* Press ON/OFF for two seconds to turn off the scale
* Select unit: Press the UNIT button until your unit of measure appears
* Now place item(s) on the weighing platform
* The weight will be displayed on the LCD screen

2. Tare function:
When the weight is less than 50g:
Press the TARE button, after 2 seconds, the LCD will display 0g.
When the weight is more than 50g:
Press the TARE button, after 2 seconds the LCD will display 0g and
“TARE” at the bottom left corner. Please note that when “TARE” is
displayed on the screen, the maximum weight capacity of the scale will
be reduced by the weight of the item being tared.

* Overload: The maximum weight capacity of this scale is 5250g. If the
weighed item exceeds 5250g, the display will show an overweight
error as shown in Fig 1.
