Trouble Shooting
Fault Possible Cause Solution
Lock will not engage. The lock is not correctly aligned with
the lock catch.
Apply more pressure to the bottom of
the panels until the lock engages or
move the panels around slightly until
it is in the correct position for the lock(s)
to engage.
Lock has become loose. The screws holding the lock to the door
have begun to unfasten.
Check and tighten the two screws
fastening the lock to the door.
