PART I: SAFETY INFORMATION
A. Important safety precautions
Please note that failure to comply with the following guidelines may cause mal-
functions or be hazardous to the user and/or exclude or reduce the benet from
the International Limited Guarantee.
Use only those accessories approved byTAG Heuer and compatible with your specic product.
1. Using the TAG Heuer Connected Watch and its accessories safely
(i) General
Do not drop or knock the TAG Heuer Connected accessories. Do not place heavy
objects on them.
Do not use sharp objects on the screen or accessories. Do not use excessive
force while interacting with inter-modularity of your accessory. Do not use
harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents to clean the TAG Heuer
Connected accessory.
If the TAG Heuer ConnectedWatch accessories are not working properly, take them
to your nearest qualied TAG Heuer service center.
(ii) Exposure to liquid
Be aware that leather and fabric straps are not water-resistant. For other non-
charging accessories including non-leather or non-fabric strap, you can rinse them
with fresh water and soap.Those include: buckles, non-leather or fabric strap.
Be sure to rinse your Watch accessories with fresh water and soap, especially after
they have been in salt-water. You can also clean wipe o your accessories with a
nonabrasive, lint-free cloth.
Exposing the TAG Heuer ConnectedWatch and its accessories to these substances
will void the International Limited Guarantee: detergent, acids or acidic foods, and
any liquids other than water, such as perfume, insect repellent, lotions, sunscreen,
oil, adhesive remover, hair dye, or solvents.
2. Protection of the user’s health
(i) General
As a general recommendation, theTAG Heuer Connected Watch and its accesso-
ries are not intended for use where the failure of the device could lead to death,
personal injury, or severe environmental damage.

Some people may experience reactions to certain materials used in jewelry,
Watches, and other wearable items that are in prolonged contact with their skin.
This can be due to allergies, environmental factors, extended exposure to irritants
like soap, sweat, or other causes.You may be more likely to experience irritation
from any wearable device if you have allergies or other sensitivities. If you have
known skin sensitivities, please consult with the sta in the store or online, and take
special care when wearing theTAG Heuer ConnectedWatch accessories.You may be
more likely to experience irritation from theTAG Heuer Connected Watch accessory
if you wear it too tightly. Remove the TAG Heuer ConnectedWatch periodically to
allow your skin to breathe. Keeping theTAG Heuer ConnectedWatch bands clean
and dry will reduce the possibility of skin irritation. If you experience redness,
swelling, itchiness, or any other irritation or discomfort on your skin around,
or beneath, your TAG Heuer Connected Watch, please remove the TAG Heuer
Connected Watch and consult your physician before resuming wear. Continued
use, even after symptoms subside, may result in renewed or increased irritation.
The materials used in the TAG Heuer Connected Watch and the TAG Heuer
Connected Watch straps meet the standards set for jewelry by the U.S. Consumer
Product Safety Commission, applicable European regulations, and other inter-
national standards.
(ii) Protection of children
The TAG Heuer Connected Watch and its accessories present a choking hazard to
children and must therefore be kept away from children.
In general, always use common sense when using your TAG Heuer Connected
Watch.
3. Maintenance and disposal
Cleaning and repair
Keep the TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories clean and dry. Clean the TAG
Heuer Connected Watch if it comes in contact with anything that may cause stains,
or other damage, such as dirt or sand, makeup, ink, soap, detergent, acids or acidic
foods, or comes in contact with liquids other than fresh water, including those
that may lead to skin irritation such as: sweat, salt water, soapy water, pool water,
perfume, insect repellent, lotions, sunscreen, oil, adhesive remover, hair dye, or
solvents.The TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories may vary or fade over time.
Some accessories are not water-proof such as leather or fabric bands or charging
accessories and cannot be cleaned with any form of liquids.

They are subject to specic local regulations. In particular, as the TAG Heuer
Connected Watch accessories were placed on the market after 13 August 2005,
they are subject, in the European Union, to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical
and electronic equipment (WEEE); in addition, the battery contained in yourTAG
Heuer Connected Watch is subject to Directive 2006/66/EC on batteries and accu-
mulators and waste batteries and accumulators.The above-mentioned crossed-out
wheeled bin symbols indicate that the TAG Heuer Connected Watch, its battery and
its accessories are subject to these regulations.
PART II: INTERNATIONAL LIMITED GUARANTEE
Your TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories are covered by an International
Limited Guarantee granted by TAG Heuer, branch of LVMH Swiss Manufactures
SA, having its registered oce at 6a rue Louis-Joseph Chevrolet, 2300 La Chaux-
de-Fonds, Switzerland, against any manufacturing defect for a period of one year
from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
TAG Heuer expressly disclaims any guarantee or warranty with respect to, acces-
sories sold by third parties.
What is covered?
Under the International Limited Guarantee, TAG Heuer undertakes to repair, free
of charge, any problem with the functions of the TAG Heuer Connected Watch
accessories that result from a manufacturing defect.TAG Heuer may alternatively, at
its own discretion, decide to replace or refund your accessories. This International
Limited Guarantee is only honored in ocialTAG Heuer Customer Service Centers
(the list and contact details of those centers can be found on http://customer-ser-
vice.tagheuer.com).
The International Limited Guarantee covers any function defect arising during
normal use of the product in accordance with the TAG Heuer Connected Watch’s
and the accessories’technical specications and user manuals, as well as any
non-arguable quality defects on the cosmetics or product mechanical functions
that are obviously coming from a component quality problem or mis-assembly
by TAG Heuer.
This International Limited Guarantee can be enforced in the countries where the
TAG Heuer Connected Watch and its accessories are distributed.
In addition, certain limiting conditions do apply and for this reason it is essential
that you read the paragraphs below.
What is not covered?
Damage resulting from service provided anywhere other than at an ocial TAG

Heuer Customer Service Center is not covered and shall void the International
Limited Guarantee.
As mentioned above, the International Limited Guarantee does not cover (i) func-
tion defects which do not arise during normal use of the TAG Heuer Connected
Watch accessories in accordance with their technical specications and user
manuals, and (ii) quality defects on the cosmetics or mechanical functions that
are not obviously coming from a component quality problem or mis-assembly. In
particular, the International Limited Guarantee does not apply if there has been
improper or inadequate use of yourTAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories, e.g.:
• Your accessories have been aesthetically or functionally damaged, as a result
of a misuse during the assembly process;
• Your accessories have been exposed to water (accessories are not resistant to
water, except rubber straps and steel bracelets), liquids other than water, or
other chemical substances (presence of corrosion, humidity), in a manner not
consistent with their usage instructions (including the Safety Information);
• Your accessories have been damaged due to moisture on your TAG Heuer
Connected Watch accessories as a result of improper handling.
Please note that the International Limited Guarantee does not cover the normal
wear and aging of your TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories due to normal
usage.This would for example be the case for surface degradation due to normal
usage of the product, scratches on case, strap, crystal, buckle, dust intrusion or
degraded surfaces, change of color of parts due to exposition to solar radiation
or contact with any chemical substance.
Additional information aboutTAG Heuer ConnectedWatch material
Some of our TAG Heuer Connected Watches accessories have design features
highlighted by a ne electro-plated gold or titanium carbide coating. Sensitive to
friction on hard, rough surfaces, this thin layer of gold or titanium carbide can wear
out over time.The International Limited Guarantee does not cover the alteration
of this thin layer by an impact or mishandling. Under normal conditions of use, the
coating on yourTAG Heuer watch accessories will fully satisfy your requirements.
Additional information about sensors in the TAG Heuer Connected Watch
and intended use with certain accessories
The TAG Heuer Connected Watch includes sensors which may allow you to track
certain activities and access to or generate various metrics and data (e.g., distance,
calories, geolocation, heart rate). Please be aware that theTAG Heuer Connected
Watch will not be able to properly measure your heart rate if wearing the watch
with a steel bracelet.
What do you need to do to benet from the International Limited Guarantee?
To benet from the International Limited Guarantee, the original invoice from
your TAG Heuer authorized retailer should be provided with your product when
it is sent for repair.

General conditions and limitations
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the International Limited Guarantee does not
include and, to the extent permitted by law, TAG Heuer expressly disclaims, any
warranty, whether express or implied, of tness for a particular purpose.
TAG Heuer and its ocial Customer Service Centers shall have sole discretion to
decide to repair, replace or refund any TAG Heuer timepiece under the International
Limited Guarantee.To the extent permitted by the local law, TAG Heuer shall not be
liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
We recommend that you send your TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessory and
the original invoice by registered mail, carefully wrapped to avoid damage, to
the nearest ocial TAG Heuer Customer Service Center, or bring it to your TAG
Heuer authorized retailer. TAG Heuer is not responsible for loss or damage during
shipping. This list of ocial TAG Heuer Customer Service Centers can be found
on http://customer-service.tagheuer.com. On request, these ocial TAG Heuer
Customer Service Centers will provide you with the details of your nearest TAG
Heuer authorized retailer.
Please also read the specic additional terms below, which apply depending on
the country where you purchased your TAG Heuer product(s).
Specic additional terms
- General
This International Limited Guarantee provides rights separate to statutory rights
provided under consumer law which may vary from one country to another. For
a comprehensive understanding of your statutory rights you should review the
laws of your country, including those in connection with the conformity of goods
with a sales contract.
- Australia and New Zealand
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under local law, which cannot be excluded. Your product comes
with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or
under New Zealand Law.
If your product does not comply with relevant statutory guarantees, you may be
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or may be entitled to recover
costs for an amount for the reduction in the product’s value and in some cases
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also
entitled to have your product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For Australia, please

- Brazil
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to the mandatory rules and

guarantees provided in the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code – CDC (Law No.
8078/90, as amended). We strongly recommend you consult the provisions of
the CDC.
TAG Heuer and its ocial Customer Service Centers, to the extent permitted by
Brazilian law, shall have sole discretion to decide to elect one of the three alterna-
tives (i) repair, (ii) replace or (iii) refund your product under the International Limited
Guarantee. Also, to the extent permitted by Brazilian law, TAG Heuer shall not be
liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
- Mainland China
Your product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the laws of
China, including Consumer Protection Law.
- France
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under French law, which cannot be excluded. With respect to the
above mentioned International Limited Guarantee, “when the buyer asks the seller
to carry out repairs covered by his commercial guarantee upon the acquisition and
the reparation of a movable asset, the period of any resultant shutdown of seven days
or longer shall be added to the unexpired term of the guarantee. The said period shall
run from the time when the buyer requests assistance or the time when the product in
question is taken out of service pending repair, should this be subsequent to the request
for assistance”(article L217-16 of the French Consumer Code).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the International Limited Guarantee,
in addition to the International Limited Guarantee, TAG Heuer is liable for the
French legal (i) guarantee of conformity described in articles L217-4 to L217-13
of the French Consumer Code, and (ii) guarantee against hidden defects in the
conditions set out in articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.
With respect to the guarantee against hidden defect, according to article 1641 of
the French Civil Code“the seller is bound to a guarantee against hidden defects in
the thing sold that render it unt for its intended use, or that so impair its use that the
buyer would not have bought it, or would only have given a lesser price for it if he had
known of the defects”, and to the rst paragraph of article 1648 of the same Code
“an action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within two
years from the discovery of the defect”.
With respect to the guarantee of conformity, according to articles L217-4 and
L217-5 of the French Consumer Code “the seller shall deliver a product which con-
forms to the contract and is held liable for any lack of conformity which exists upon
delivery. He is also held liable for any lack of conformity caused by the packaging or
the assembly instructions, or the installation if he assumed responsibility therefor or
had it carried out under his responsibility”and“the product conforms to the contract:
1. If it is suitable for the purpose usually associated with such a product and, if appli-
cable: -if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the features that
the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model; - if it has the features

that a buyer might reasonably expect to have considering the public statements made
by the seller, the producer or his representative, including advertising and labeling;
2. Or if it has the features dened by mutual agreement between the parties or is
suitable for any special requirement of the buyer which was made known to the
seller and which the latter agreed to”. In addition, an “action resulting from a lack
of conformity lapses two years after delivery of the product” (article L217-12 of the
French Consumer Code).
- Germany
The conditions of the International Limited Guarantee do not apply to rights
granted under statutory warranty and consumer protection laws.This International
Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under
the laws of Germany, which cannot be excluded. Nothing in this International
Limited Guarantee purports to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim, exclude
or suspend any mandatory guarantee requirements provided or non-excludable
statutory rights you may have under the laws of Germany, in particular the statutory
warranty and consumer protection rights under Sec. 434 ., 474 . German Civil
Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB).
Irrespective of the rights granted under the International Limited Guarantee, if your
product is defective and does not conform to contract at the time of delivery, you
are entitled by Sec. 434 . 474 . BGB, at your choice, to a replacement or to have
the product repaired. If we are not able to replace or repair your defective product
or refuse to do so, you may be entitled to revoke the purchase agreement, reduce
the purchase price or demand damages or reimbursement of futile expenditure.
In addition to the conditions set forth in this guarantee form above, the
International Limited Guarantee does not apply in the events of a lack of tness
for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The statutory
warranty and consumer protection rights, in particular Sec. 434 . 474 . BGB, are
not limited, modied, taken away, disclaimed, excluded or suspended thereby.
TAG Heuer shall not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential
damages arising out of or in connection with the International Limited Guarantee.
In this respect, TAG Heuer shall only be liable on the merits of willful misconduct
(Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit). The aforesaid limitation of
liability shall not apply in case of damages to the life, the body or the health of a
person; the same applies to compulsory liability according to the German Product
Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
- Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg
This International Limited Guarantee is without prejudice to your rights and rem-
edies available to you in accordance with the Luxembourg legal (i) warranty of
conformity described in articles L212-1 to L-212-7 of the Luxembourg Consumer
Code and (ii) warranty against hidden defects in the conditions set out in articles
1641 to 1649 of the Luxembourg Civil Code.
