PART I: SAFETY INFORMATION
A. Important safety precautions
Please note that failure to comply with the following guidelines may cause mal-
functions or be hazardous to the user and/or exclude or reduce the benet from
the International Limited Guarantee.
Use only those accessories approved byTAG Heuer and compatible with your specic product.
1. Using the TAG Heuer Connected Watch and its accessories safely
(i) General
Do not drop or knock the TAG Heuer Connected accessories. Do not place heavy
objects on them.
Do not use sharp objects on the screen or accessories. Do not use excessive
force while interacting with inter-modularity of your accessory. Do not use
harsh chemicals, cleaning solvents or strong detergents to clean the TAG Heuer
Connected accessory.
If the TAG Heuer ConnectedWatch accessories are not working properly, take them
to your nearest qualied TAG Heuer service center.
(ii) Exposure to liquid
Be aware that leather and fabric straps are not water-resistant. For other non-
charging accessories including non-leather or non-fabric strap, you can rinse them
with fresh water and soap.Those include: buckles, non-leather or fabric strap.
Be sure to rinse your Watch accessories with fresh water and soap, especially after
they have been in salt-water. You can also clean wipe o your accessories with a
nonabrasive, lint-free cloth.
Exposing the TAG Heuer ConnectedWatch and its accessories to these substances
will void the International Limited Guarantee: detergent, acids or acidic foods, and
any liquids other than water, such as perfume, insect repellent, lotions, sunscreen,
oil, adhesive remover, hair dye, or solvents.
2. Protection of the user’s health
(i) General
As a general recommendation, theTAG Heuer Connected Watch and its accesso-
ries are not intended for use where the failure of the device could lead to death,
personal injury, or severe environmental damage.

Some people may experience reactions to certain materials used in jewelry,
Watches, and other wearable items that are in prolonged contact with their skin.
This can be due to allergies, environmental factors, extended exposure to irritants
like soap, sweat, or other causes.You may be more likely to experience irritation
from any wearable device if you have allergies or other sensitivities. If you have
known skin sensitivities, please consult with the sta in the store or online, and take
special care when wearing theTAG Heuer ConnectedWatch accessories.You may be
more likely to experience irritation from theTAG Heuer Connected Watch accessory
if you wear it too tightly. Remove the TAG Heuer ConnectedWatch periodically to
allow your skin to breathe. Keeping theTAG Heuer ConnectedWatch bands clean
and dry will reduce the possibility of skin irritation. If you experience redness,
swelling, itchiness, or any other irritation or discomfort on your skin around,
or beneath, your TAG Heuer Connected Watch, please remove the TAG Heuer
Connected Watch and consult your physician before resuming wear. Continued
use, even after symptoms subside, may result in renewed or increased irritation.
The materials used in the TAG Heuer Connected Watch and the TAG Heuer
Connected Watch straps meet the standards set for jewelry by the U.S. Consumer
Product Safety Commission, applicable European regulations, and other inter-
national standards.
(ii) Protection of children
The TAG Heuer Connected Watch and its accessories present a choking hazard to
children and must therefore be kept away from children.
In general, always use common sense when using your TAG Heuer Connected
Watch.
3. Maintenance and disposal
Cleaning and repair
Keep the TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories clean and dry. Clean the TAG
Heuer Connected Watch if it comes in contact with anything that may cause stains,
or other damage, such as dirt or sand, makeup, ink, soap, detergent, acids or acidic
foods, or comes in contact with liquids other than fresh water, including those
that may lead to skin irritation such as: sweat, salt water, soapy water, pool water,
perfume, insect repellent, lotions, sunscreen, oil, adhesive remover, hair dye, or
solvents.The TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories may vary or fade over time.
Some accessories are not water-proof such as leather or fabric bands or charging
accessories and cannot be cleaned with any form of liquids.

They are subject to specic local regulations. In particular, as the TAG Heuer
Connected Watch accessories were placed on the market after 13 August 2005,
they are subject, in the European Union, to Directive 2012/19/EU on waste electrical
and electronic equipment (WEEE); in addition, the battery contained in yourTAG
Heuer Connected Watch is subject to Directive 2006/66/EC on batteries and accu-
mulators and waste batteries and accumulators.The above-mentioned crossed-out
wheeled bin symbols indicate that the TAG Heuer Connected Watch, its battery and
its accessories are subject to these regulations.
PART II: INTERNATIONAL LIMITED GUARANTEE
Your TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories are covered by an International
Limited Guarantee granted by TAG Heuer, branch of LVMH Swiss Manufactures
SA, having its registered oce at 6a rue Louis-Joseph Chevrolet, 2300 La Chaux-
de-Fonds, Switzerland, against any manufacturing defect for a period of one year
from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below.
TAG Heuer expressly disclaims any guarantee or warranty with respect to, acces-
sories sold by third parties.
What is covered?
Under the International Limited Guarantee, TAG Heuer undertakes to repair, free
of charge, any problem with the functions of the TAG Heuer Connected Watch
accessories that result from a manufacturing defect.TAG Heuer may alternatively, at
its own discretion, decide to replace or refund your accessories. This International
Limited Guarantee is only honored in ocialTAG Heuer Customer Service Centers
(the list and contact details of those centers can be found on http://customer-ser-
vice.tagheuer.com).
The International Limited Guarantee covers any function defect arising during
normal use of the product in accordance with the TAG Heuer Connected Watch’s
and the accessories’technical specications and user manuals, as well as any
non-arguable quality defects on the cosmetics or product mechanical functions
that are obviously coming from a component quality problem or mis-assembly
by TAG Heuer.
This International Limited Guarantee can be enforced in the countries where the
TAG Heuer Connected Watch and its accessories are distributed.
In addition, certain limiting conditions do apply and for this reason it is essential
that you read the paragraphs below.
What is not covered?
Damage resulting from service provided anywhere other than at an ocial TAG

Heuer Customer Service Center is not covered and shall void the International
Limited Guarantee.
As mentioned above, the International Limited Guarantee does not cover (i) func-
tion defects which do not arise during normal use of the TAG Heuer Connected
Watch accessories in accordance with their technical specications and user
manuals, and (ii) quality defects on the cosmetics or mechanical functions that
are not obviously coming from a component quality problem or mis-assembly. In
particular, the International Limited Guarantee does not apply if there has been
improper or inadequate use of yourTAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories, e.g.:
• Your accessories have been aesthetically or functionally damaged, as a result
of a misuse during the assembly process;
• Your accessories have been exposed to water (accessories are not resistant to
water, except rubber straps and steel bracelets), liquids other than water, or
other chemical substances (presence of corrosion, humidity), in a manner not
consistent with their usage instructions (including the Safety Information);
• Your accessories have been damaged due to moisture on your TAG Heuer
Connected Watch accessories as a result of improper handling.
Please note that the International Limited Guarantee does not cover the normal
wear and aging of your TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories due to normal
usage.This would for example be the case for surface degradation due to normal
usage of the product, scratches on case, strap, crystal, buckle, dust intrusion or
degraded surfaces, change of color of parts due to exposition to solar radiation
or contact with any chemical substance.
Additional information aboutTAG Heuer ConnectedWatch material
Some of our TAG Heuer Connected Watches accessories have design features
highlighted by a ne electro-plated gold or titanium carbide coating. Sensitive to
friction on hard, rough surfaces, this thin layer of gold or titanium carbide can wear
out over time.The International Limited Guarantee does not cover the alteration
of this thin layer by an impact or mishandling. Under normal conditions of use, the
coating on yourTAG Heuer watch accessories will fully satisfy your requirements.
Additional information about sensors in the TAG Heuer Connected Watch
and intended use with certain accessories
The TAG Heuer Connected Watch includes sensors which may allow you to track
certain activities and access to or generate various metrics and data (e.g., distance,
calories, geolocation, heart rate). Please be aware that theTAG Heuer Connected
Watch will not be able to properly measure your heart rate if wearing the watch
with a steel bracelet.
What do you need to do to benet from the International Limited Guarantee?
To benet from the International Limited Guarantee, the original invoice from
your TAG Heuer authorized retailer should be provided with your product when
it is sent for repair.

General conditions and limitations
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the International Limited Guarantee does not
include and, to the extent permitted by law, TAG Heuer expressly disclaims, any
warranty, whether express or implied, of tness for a particular purpose.
TAG Heuer and its ocial Customer Service Centers shall have sole discretion to
decide to repair, replace or refund any TAG Heuer timepiece under the International
Limited Guarantee.To the extent permitted by the local law, TAG Heuer shall not be
liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
We recommend that you send your TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessory and
the original invoice by registered mail, carefully wrapped to avoid damage, to
the nearest ocial TAG Heuer Customer Service Center, or bring it to your TAG
Heuer authorized retailer. TAG Heuer is not responsible for loss or damage during
shipping. This list of ocial TAG Heuer Customer Service Centers can be found
on http://customer-service.tagheuer.com. On request, these ocial TAG Heuer
Customer Service Centers will provide you with the details of your nearest TAG
Heuer authorized retailer.
Please also read the specic additional terms below, which apply depending on
the country where you purchased your TAG Heuer product(s).
Specic additional terms
- General
This International Limited Guarantee provides rights separate to statutory rights
provided under consumer law which may vary from one country to another. For
a comprehensive understanding of your statutory rights you should review the
laws of your country, including those in connection with the conformity of goods
with a sales contract.
- Australia and New Zealand
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under local law, which cannot be excluded. Your product comes
with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or
under New Zealand Law.
If your product does not comply with relevant statutory guarantees, you may be
entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure or may be entitled to recover
costs for an amount for the reduction in the product’s value and in some cases
compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also
entitled to have your product repaired or replaced if it fails to be of acceptable
quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure. For Australia, please

- Brazil
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to the mandatory rules and

guarantees provided in the Brazilian Consumer Defence Code – CDC (Law No.
8078/90, as amended). We strongly recommend you consult the provisions of
the CDC.
TAG Heuer and its ocial Customer Service Centers, to the extent permitted by
Brazilian law, shall have sole discretion to decide to elect one of the three alterna-
tives (i) repair, (ii) replace or (iii) refund your product under the International Limited
Guarantee. Also, to the extent permitted by Brazilian law, TAG Heuer shall not be
liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential damages.
- Mainland China
Your product comes with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the laws of
China, including Consumer Protection Law.
- France
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under French law, which cannot be excluded. With respect to the
above mentioned International Limited Guarantee, “when the buyer asks the seller
to carry out repairs covered by his commercial guarantee upon the acquisition and
the reparation of a movable asset, the period of any resultant shutdown of seven days
or longer shall be added to the unexpired term of the guarantee. The said period shall
run from the time when the buyer requests assistance or the time when the product in
question is taken out of service pending repair, should this be subsequent to the request
for assistance”(article L217-16 of the French Consumer Code).
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the International Limited Guarantee,
in addition to the International Limited Guarantee, TAG Heuer is liable for the
French legal (i) guarantee of conformity described in articles L217-4 to L217-13
of the French Consumer Code, and (ii) guarantee against hidden defects in the
conditions set out in articles 1641 to 1648 and 2232 of the French Civil Code.
With respect to the guarantee against hidden defect, according to article 1641 of
the French Civil Code“the seller is bound to a guarantee against hidden defects in
the thing sold that render it unt for its intended use, or that so impair its use that the
buyer would not have bought it, or would only have given a lesser price for it if he had
known of the defects”, and to the rst paragraph of article 1648 of the same Code
“an action resulting from redhibitory defects must be brought by the buyer within two
years from the discovery of the defect”.
With respect to the guarantee of conformity, according to articles L217-4 and
L217-5 of the French Consumer Code “the seller shall deliver a product which con-
forms to the contract and is held liable for any lack of conformity which exists upon
delivery. He is also held liable for any lack of conformity caused by the packaging or
the assembly instructions, or the installation if he assumed responsibility therefor or
had it carried out under his responsibility”and“the product conforms to the contract:
1. If it is suitable for the purpose usually associated with such a product and, if appli-
cable: -if it corresponds to the description given by the seller and has the features that
the seller presented to the buyer in the form of a sample or model; - if it has the features

that a buyer might reasonably expect to have considering the public statements made
by the seller, the producer or his representative, including advertising and labeling;
2. Or if it has the features dened by mutual agreement between the parties or is
suitable for any special requirement of the buyer which was made known to the
seller and which the latter agreed to”. In addition, an “action resulting from a lack
of conformity lapses two years after delivery of the product” (article L217-12 of the
French Consumer Code).
- Germany
The conditions of the International Limited Guarantee do not apply to rights
granted under statutory warranty and consumer protection laws.This International
Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies available to you under
the laws of Germany, which cannot be excluded. Nothing in this International
Limited Guarantee purports to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim, exclude
or suspend any mandatory guarantee requirements provided or non-excludable
statutory rights you may have under the laws of Germany, in particular the statutory
warranty and consumer protection rights under Sec. 434 ., 474 . German Civil
Code (Bürgerliches Gesetzbuch, BGB).
Irrespective of the rights granted under the International Limited Guarantee, if your
product is defective and does not conform to contract at the time of delivery, you
are entitled by Sec. 434 . 474 . BGB, at your choice, to a replacement or to have
the product repaired. If we are not able to replace or repair your defective product
or refuse to do so, you may be entitled to revoke the purchase agreement, reduce
the purchase price or demand damages or reimbursement of futile expenditure.
In addition to the conditions set forth in this guarantee form above, the
International Limited Guarantee does not apply in the events of a lack of tness
for a particular purpose and uninterrupted or error-free operation. The statutory
warranty and consumer protection rights, in particular Sec. 434 . 474 . BGB, are
not limited, modied, taken away, disclaimed, excluded or suspended thereby.
TAG Heuer shall not be liable for any incidental, special, punitive or consequential
damages arising out of or in connection with the International Limited Guarantee.
In this respect, TAG Heuer shall only be liable on the merits of willful misconduct
(Vorsatz) or gross negligence (grobe Fahrlässigkeit). The aforesaid limitation of
liability shall not apply in case of damages to the life, the body or the health of a
person; the same applies to compulsory liability according to the German Product
Liability Act (Produkthaftungsgesetz).
- Grand-Duchy of Luxembourg
This International Limited Guarantee is without prejudice to your rights and rem-
edies available to you in accordance with the Luxembourg legal (i) warranty of
conformity described in articles L212-1 to L-212-7 of the Luxembourg Consumer
Code and (ii) warranty against hidden defects in the conditions set out in articles
1641 to 1649 of the Luxembourg Civil Code.
With respect to the warranty of conformity, a professional must deliver a product

which conforms to the contract and is held liable for any lack of conformity which
exists upon delivery, even unknown to him. He is also liable for any lack of confor-
mity caused by the packaging, the assembly instructions or the installation if such
installation formed part of the contract or took place under his responsibility. To
invoke the professional’s legal warranty of conformity, the consumer must, by any
means, inform the latter of the default in conformity within a delay of two years
as of the delivery of the product.
With respect to the warranty against hidden defects, articles 1641 and following
of the Luxembourg Civil Code state that “a seller is bound by a warranty against
hidden defects in the thing sold that renders it unt for its intended use, or that
so impairs such use that the buyer would not have bought it, or would only have
given a lesser price for it if he had known of the defects”. In accordance with
article 1648 of the Luxembourg Civil Code, the buyer must inform the seller of the
hidden defects within a brief delay as of the moment the defect was discovered
or should have been discovered.
- Greece
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to your rights and remedies
available to you under the relevant provisions of the Greek Civil Code and Greek
Consumer Protection Law 2251/1994, which cannot be excluded.
- Hong Kong special administrative region of the people’s Republic of China
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under Hong Kong law (and, in particular, the Sale of Goods
Ordinance (Cap. 26 The Laws of Hong Kong)).
- Israel
These specic additional terms applicable to the State of Israel (the "Israeli Specic
Terms") shall supplement the provisions of the International Limited Guarantee and
be incorporated in the same to constitute an integral part thereof.The purpose of
these Israeli Specic Terms is to meet the requirements of the Consumer Protection
Law, 1981 and the Consumer Protection Regulations (Warranty and Service After
Sale), 2006, which cannot be excluded.
Notwithstanding anything to the contrary in the International Limited Guarantee:
1. This International Limited Guarantee is provided on behalf ofTAG Heuer, branch
of LVMH Swiss Manufactures SA.
2. The International Limited Guarantee shall commence from the date of receiving
the purchased product.
3. The International Limited Guarantee shall cover any function defect arising
during normal use of the product in accordance with its technical specications,
user manuals, as well as any non-arguable quality defects on the cosmetics or
mechanical functions that are obviously coming from a component quality
problem or watch mis-assembly.
4. To the extent that in the course of the repair it was necessary to replace the
product – in whole or in part – then this replacement shall be free of charge.

5. You will receive a written notice regarding repair or replacement that has been
done with respect to your product.
6. Repairing a malfunction in the product shall bring it back to its condition as it
was prior to the occurrence of the malfunction and if such repair involves the
replacement of any components, such components will be replaced with new
and original components.
7. Repair will be performed within ten (10) days from the day on which the product
was delivered to aTAG Heuer Customer Service Center or within 2 weeks from
the date on which the product was delivered toTAG Heuer authorized retailer.
Saturdays and holidays will not be counted as part of the periods detailed herein.
8. The International Limited Guarantee is provided inTAG Heuer Customer Service
Center in Israel, which details can be found on http://customer-service.tagheuer.
com.
- Italy
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under Part IV, Title III, Chapter I of the Italian Legislative Decree no.
206 of September 6, 2005 (hereinafter,“Consumers’ Code”– see Articles 128 et seq.),
which cannot be excluded. Nothing in the International Limited Guarantee purports
to limit, modify, take away from, disclaim, exclude or suspend any mandatory
guarantee requirements provided or non-excludable statutory rights you may
have under the Consumers’Code.
Pursuant to Section 130 of the Consumers’Code, in case of a lack of conformity and
at your discretion, you may request TAG Heuer to repair or replace the defective
product, free of charge in either case, unless the remedy requested is impossible
or disproportionate.
Moreover, at your discretion, you may require an appropriate reduction of the
price or to terminate the agreement if one of the following circumstances occurs:
• the repair or replacement is impossible or disproportionate;
• TAG Heuer has not completed the remedy within a reasonable period of time;
• the replacement or repair previously carried out has caused signicant incon-
veniences to you.
Furthermore, according to Section 132 of the Consumers’Code, TAG Heuer shall be
held liable vis-à-vis you where the lack of conformity becomes apparent within two
years from the date of the delivery of the product provided that you notify toTAG
Heuer the lack of conformity within two months from the detection of this defect.
Consequently, if the defect appears in the last month of the guarantee period, you
have two additional months to notify the lack of conformity. Overall, your right to
exercise the legal guarantee expires in 26 months.
- Lebanon
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under law, which may not be excluded. Notwithstanding anything
to the contrary in this guarantee, in addition to the International Limited Guarantee,

TAG Heuer is liable for the warranty of conformity and warranty against hidden
defects described respectively in articles 28 and 29 of the Lebanese Consumer
Protection Law (“CPL”). Pursuant to article 28 of the CPL, TAG Heuer guarantees
the quality of the products and their conformity to the description that such sup-
plier has announced. According to article 29 of the CPL, TAG Heuer guarantees
hidden defects that concretely damage the products or make such products
unsuitable for its proper use as resulting from their nature or from the provisions
of the contract taking into consideration that this guarantee shall neither cover
faults that slightly damage the products or the use of such products, nor faults
customarily permissible.
- Norway
In addition to the rights set out in the International Limited Guarantee, you can
complain based on the provisions in the Norwegian Consumer Purchase Act. The
Act contains provisions regulating consumers’ rights regarding, amongst other
things, rectication, delivery of substitute goods, cancellation and right to damages.
Provided that certain conditions in the Norwegian Consumer Protection Act are
fullled, claims can be set forth up to ve years after the purchase.
- Philippines
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to the implied warranties in
accordance with the laws of the Philippines.
- Poland
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under Polish law, which may not be excluded.This International
Limited Guarantee does not preclude, limit or suspend your rights vis-à-vis the
seller of your product resulting from the provisions on the implied warranty for
defects set out in articles 556 to 576 of the Polish Civil Code.
- Portugal
To benet from the rights granted by the International Limited Guarantee, you
must inform TAG Heuer Customer Service Center of the lack of conformity of your
product within a period of two months from the date on which you detected such
lack of conformity. Any repair or replacement should be completed within a period
of thirty days, without any signicant inconvenience to you.
The above manufacturer’s guarantee: (i) is independent of any warranty that may
be provided by the seller, for which he carries sole responsibility; (ii) does not
aect your statutory rights towards the seller, the manufacturer or the distributor.
- Puerto Rico
In addition to the International Limited Guarantee, the seller of the product is liable
for the warranty against hidden defects described in Article 1363 of the Puerto
Rico Civil Code for a period of six months from your date of purchase. Pursuant to
Article 1363, the seller warrants that there are no hidden faults or defects in the

product that make it improper for the uses for which it was intended or seriously
diminish its usefulness.
- Republic of Korea
For any issues in relation to consumer protection and related disputes that are
not addressed in the International Limited Guarantee, the Framework Act on
Consumer would apply.
- Russia
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under Russian consumer law. In particular:
• in case of reveal of any defect in your product, you are entitled to benet
from the rights provided to you by Russian consumer law, as well as by the
International Limited Guarantee.Terms and conditions for granting of the guar-
antee for your product are described in the section“What is covered?”wherein
you are entitled to make claims related to defects of the TAG Heuer Connected
Watch accessories;
• the useful life of TAG Heuer Connected Watch accessories is one (1) year;
• the representative of the manufacturer in Russia, authorized to address your

If your product is defective and does not conform to contract at the time of delivery,
you are entitled to a replacement, refund or to have product repaired. Where the
product is found to be defective within six months from the time of delivery, it is
presumed that the product failed to conform to contract at the time of delivery
and you may be entitled to a replacement, refund or to have the product repaired.

This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other statutory guarantees,
rights and remedies available to you under the Consumer Protection Act, 2008
(CPA). If, and to the extent that the CPA applies, the International Limited Guarantee
does not exclude your rights under the CPA. In addition to your rights above, your

TAG Heuer product comes with statutory guarantees that cannot be excluded
under the CPA, if and to the extent that the CPA applies.
- Spain
Under the International Limited Guarantee,TAG Heuer undertakes to carry out any
of the following actions, which will be chosen by you, as a consequence of any
problem with the functions defect arising during the normal use of the good: (i)
repair, free of charge, your product (ii) replace your product with a new product
which meets the same conditions than the one acquired; (iii) agree a reduction
of the price of the product and (iii) the reimbursement of the price as a result of
the refund of the product.
- Turkey
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under local law, which may not be excluded. Under Turkish laws,
the warranty period is 2 years as from the delivery date of the goods and the
expected life span of the product is 5 years.The fullest extent of the goods including
all parts is within the scope of warranty. In case the good is evaluated as defective,
the consumer can use one of the rights granted in Article 11 of the Law Regarding
Protection of Consumers numbered 6502:
• cancellation of the contract,
• discount in the sales price in proportion to the defect,
• free-of-charge repair,
• replacement of the defective good with a new one.
The seller is liable to perform such request preferred by the consumer. If free-of-
charge repair or replacement of the defective good leads to disproportionate
diculties for the seller, the consumer can cancel the agreement or request a
discount in the sales price in proportion to the defect. In determining what is
disproportionate, the value of the good free from the defects, severity of the defect
and whether or not the exercise of other optional rights would constitute a problem
for the consumer shall be taken into account. In case the right of replacement of
the goods with a new one is chosen, it is required to satisfy such request within
thirty business days at most as from directing it to the seller, manufacturer or the
importer. Otherwise, the consumer is free to use other optional rights.
In case the consumer chooses the right of free of charge repair, the seller is liable
to repair or to have repaired the product without demanding the cost of labor, the
price of replaced parts or any other costs under whatsoever name.You may use the
right of free of charge repair or replacement of the good with a new one against
the manufacturer or importer as well. The seller, manufacturer and the importer
are severally responsible for performing such rights within this paragraph. The
manufacturer or the importer shall not be held liable where they can prove that
the defect occurred after they released the good into the market. In case the right
of free of charge repair is used by the consumer, you can request for refund of the

purchase price, deduction from the purchase price in the rate of the defect or, if
possible, replacement of the good with a new one from the seller in the events that;
• the product is broken down again within the warranty period,
• maximum period for the repair is exceeded,
• it is determined that repair of the product is not possible, through a report
issued by authorized technical station, seller, manufacturer or importer. The
seller cannot reject the request of the consumer. If such claim is not satised,
the seller, manufacturer and the importer are severally responsible.
The repair period of the goods is maximum 20 business days. Otherwise, you are
free to use other granted optional rights.This period begins as of the notication
date of the fault to the authorized service station or the seller within the warranty
period, and the delivery date of the good to the authorized service station with-
out the warranty period. In case the fault is not repaired within 10 business day,
the seller or the importer shall be liable to assign another good having similar
features for the use of the consumer until the repair is nished. In case the good
is broken down within the warranty period, the period in repair shall be added
to warranty period.
In case you choose the rights of cancellation of the contract or discount in the
sales price in proportion to the defect, all paid amount or the discounted amount
in the sales price shall be refunded to you immediately.
All costs generated from the use of optional rights shall be fullled by the party
performing such rights of the consumer.You may also request for the compensa-
tion in accordance with the provisions of the Turkish Code of Obligations dated
January 11, 2011 and numbered 6098 together with one of these optional rights.
The faults arising from the improper use of the goods against the facts indicated
in guidelines for use are out of the warranty scope.
You may apply to Consumer Board or Consumer Court where your residential
place is located or the where the purchase transaction has been performed for
the disagreements arising from your warranty rights.
- United Arab Emirates
This International Limited Guarantee is in addition to other rights and remedies
available to you under UAE law, which cannot be excluded. If your product is
defective, you are entitled to choose between repair, replacement or a refund. If
you suer loss or damage as a result of the defective product, you may also be
entitled to compensation.

PARTIE I: CONSIGNES DE SÉCURITÉ
A. Précautions de sécurité importantes
Veuillez noter que le non-respect des instructions suivantes peut entraîner des
dysfonctionnements ou un danger pour l’utilisateur et/ou annuler ou réduire le
bénéce de la Garantie internationale limitée.
Utilisez uniquement les accessoires approuvés par TAG Heuer et spéciquement compatibles
avec votre produit.
1. Utilisation de votre montreTAG Heuer Connected et de ses accessoires
en toute sécurité
(i) Généralités
Ne laissez pas tomber les accessoires de votre montre TAG Heuer Connected et ne
les soumettez pas à des chocs. Ne posez pas d’objets lourds dessus.
Ne touchez pas l’écran ou les accessoires avec des objets pointus. Ne forcez pas sur
les pièces lorsque vous changez un accessoire. N’utilisez pas de produits chimiques
abrasifs, de solvants de nettoyage ou de détergents puissants pour nettoyer les
accessoires de votre montre TAG Heuer Connected.
Si les accessoires de votre montre TAG Heuer Connected ne fonctionnent pas
correctement, veuillez les coner au centre de service TAG Heuer compétent le
plus proche.
(ii) Exposition aux liquides
Veuillez noter que les bracelets en cuir ou en tissu ne sont pas résistants à l’eau.
Les autres accessoires (hors accessoires de recharge), y compris les bracelets qui
ne sont pas en cuir ou en tissu, peuvent être rincés à l’eau claire et au savon. Cela
concerne: les boucles, les bracelets, à l’exception de ceux en cuir ou en tissu.
Prenez soin de rincer les accessoires de votre montre à l’eau claire et au savon,
surtout après un contact avec de l’eau salée. Vous pouvez également nettoyer vos
accessoires avec un chion non abrasif et non pelucheux.
L’exposition de votre montreTAG Heuer Connected et de ses accessoires aux subs-
tances suivantes entraînera l’annulation de la Garantie internationale limitée:
détergents, acides ou aliments acides ainsi que tout liquide autre que l’eau, comme
les parfums, les insectifuges, les lotions, les crèmes solaires, les huiles, les dissolvants
pour adhésifs, les colorations pour cheveux ou les solvants.

2. Protection de la santé de l’utilisateur
(i) Généralités
D’une manière générale, la montreTAG Heuer Connected et ses accessoires ne sont
pas prévus pour être utilisés dans des situations dans lesquelles une défaillance
de l’appareil pourrait blesser ou causer la mort d’une personne, ou entraîner des
dégâts écologiques importants.

Connected pour laisser votre peau respirer. Une montre TAG Heuer Connected
toujours propre et sèche réduit les risques d’irritation cutanée. Si vous sourez
de rougeurs, de gonements, de démangeaisons ou de toute autre irritation ou
inconfort cutané autour ou sous votre montre TAG Heuer Connected, veuillez la
retirer et consulter votre médecin avant de la porter à nouveau. Une utilisation
continue, même après la disparition des symptômes, peut provoquer une nouvelle
irritation ou une aggravation de l’irritation.

Nettoyage et réparation

propres et secs. Nettoyez votre montre TAG Heuer Connected si elle est entrée

en contact avec quoi que ce soit pouvant causer des taches ou des dommages,
comme de la poussière, du sable, du maquillage, de l’encre, du savon, du détergent,
de l’acide ou de la nourriture acide, ou si elle a été exposée à des liquides autres
que l’eau douce, y compris ceux qui pourraient provoquer une irritation cutanée,
comme la transpiration, l’eau salée, l’eau savonneuse, l’eau de piscine, le parfum,
les insectifuges, les lotions, la crème solaire, l’huile, le dissolvant pour adhésif, les
colorations pour cheveux ou les solvants. Les accessoires de la montre TAG Heuer
Connected peuvent changer ou se dégrader avec le temps. Certains accessoires
tels que les bracelets en cuir ou en tissu et les accessoires de recharge ne résistent
pas à l’eau et ne doivent pas être nettoyés avec des produits sous forme liquide.
Ils sont soumis aux réglementations locales spéciques. Plus particulièrement,
du fait qu’ils ont été mis sur le marché après le 13août 2005, les accessoires de
la montre TAG Heuer Connected sont sujets, au sein de l’Union Européenne, à la
Directive 2012/19/EU sur les déchets des équipements électriques et électroniques
(DEEE); la batterie contenue dans votre montre TAG Heuer Connected est en outre
soumise à la Directive 2006/66/EC sur les batteries et accumulateurs et les déchets
de batteries et accumulateurs. Le symbole ci-dessus représentant une poubelle barrée
indique que votre montreTAG Heuer Connected, sa batterie et ses accessoires sont
soumis à ces réglementations.
PARTIE II: GARANTIE INTERNATIONALE LIMITÉE
Les accessoires de votre montre TAG Heuer Connected sont couverts par une
Garantie internationale limitée accordée par TAG Heuer, succursale de LVMH
Swiss ManufacturesSA, dont le siège social est enregistré au 6a rue Louis-Joseph
Chevrolet, 2300 La Chaux-de-Fonds, Suisse. Cette garantie, qui concerne tous les
défauts de fabrication, est valable pour une période d’un an à compter de la date
