Maintainingahealthytotalbodywaterpercentagewillensurethebodyfunctionsefficientlyandwill
reducetheriskofdevelopingassociatedhealthproblems.
Yourbodywaterlevelsnaturallyfluctuatethroughoutthe day and night.Your body tends to be
dehydratedafteralongnightandtherearedifferencesinfluiddistributionbetweendayandnight.
Eatinglargemeals,drinking alcohol, menstruation,illness,exercising,and bathing may cause
variationsinyourhydrationlevels.
Yourbody water percentagereadingshouldactas a guide and should not be usedtospecifically
