安全にお使いいただくために 必ずお守りください
お使いになる方や他の人への危害、財産への損害を未然に防ぐための注意事項を記載していますので、必
ずお守りください。
ここに示した注意事項は に区分していますが、誤った使い方をしたときに、死
亡や重傷等重大な結果に結びつく可能性が大きいものを特に の欄にまとめて記載してい
ます。しかし、 の欄に記載した事項でも、状況によっては重大な結果に結びつく可能性が
あります。
いずれも安全に関する重要な内容を記載していますので必ず守ってください。
お客様または第三者が、この製品の誤使用、使用中に生じた故障、その他の不具合またはこの製品の
使用によって受けられた損害について、法令上賠償責任が認められる場合を除き、当社は一切その
責任を負いませんので、あらかじめご了承ください。
ご使用になられる前に必ず取扱説明書と本体のラベルをよく読み、理解し、正しく安全に取り
扱ってください。
火気（裸火）に近づけないでください。

湿度の高い場所や、濡れているところ、雨中での使用は避けてください。

疲労、飲酒、薬物、その他の理由により作業に集中できないときは作業しないでください。

適応サイズやトルク値を確認してから作業してください。

直射日光のあたる場所、40℃以上になる場所や湿度の高い場所、屋外など濡れる場所、子供や
動物が近づける場所で保管しないでください。ゴミ、ほこり、泥、油、水分等の汚れを取り除いてか
ら保管してください。

落としたりぶつけたり粗暴な扱いをしないでください。

故障したり異常を感じた場合、ただちに使用を停止し、ご購入された販売店若しくは弊社まで
ご連絡ください。むやみに使用を続けたり、分解などを行わないでください。

*2第1種：R22、R404A、R407C など 第2種：R32、R410A など
R404A、R407C 用機器でも第 2種フレアナットを使用している場合があります。
機器の仕様をご確認ください。
使用方法
1.フレア接続は、フレアオスネジにフレアナットを手で締め付けることができると
ころまで締めこんでください。
2.オス側をスパナ等で固定し、フレアナットにトルクレンチをかけてください。

3.矢印の方向にトルクレンチを回し、フレアナ
ットを締め付けてください。
必ず矢印の方向に回してください。反
対方向に強いトルクがかかると製品の故障
の原因となります。
必ずグリップ部を持ちトルクをかけ
てください。短く持ったり、延長すると正常
な力で締め付けることができません。
力の方向はトルクレンチに直角にか
けてください（許容±15°）
スパナとトルクレンチは平行になる
ようにして作業してください。平行でないと
正常な力で締め付けることができません。
勢いをつけずに、ゆっくりと作業を行
ってください。勢いをつけると正常な力で締
め付けることができません。
4.設定されたトルク値になるとカチンという
感覚が手に伝わりますので、作業は終了です。
カチンという感覚が手に伝わった後
さらに力を加えると、オーバートルクになり
ます。
JIS 規格に合致しないナット、角が丸くなっているナットに使用すると、
トルクレンチが滑る、正常なトルク値でカチンといわないなど、不具合が起こる
可能性があります。この場合はナットの交換をお勧めします。
トルクレンチは繰り返しの使用により設定トルク値が変わる可能性がありま
す。定期的にトルク値の点検を行ってください。（目安：1回/年）

WARNING
1. Do not use the torque wrench to loosen screws.
Loosening screws puts excessive torque on and thus causes damage to the torque wrench,
which could lead to an accident or injury.
2. Make sure that there is no oil or grease adhering to the grip.
A slippery grip could cause an accident or injury.
3. Check if there is no crack or rust.
They cause damage to the torque wrench, which could lead to an accident or injury.
Have it inspected or repaired.
4. When working at a high place, take preventive measures against falling
Dropping the torque wrench or socket could cause a serious accident or injury.
5. Do not use a pipe to extend the grip.
This could cause break the torque wrench or affect its precision.
CAUTION
1. When jacking it up, do not kick-start, put your weight on, tramp on the torque wrench.
Breakage or slips when tightening the screw could cause an accident or injury.
2. Do not use the torque wrench which has a missing part or damage.
3. Do not alter the torque wrench.
Altering the torque wrench undermines its strength and precision, which could cause an accident
or injury.
4. Do not drop or shock the torque wrench.
Dropping or shocking the torque wrench damages or deforms it to undermine its precision and
durability, which could cause an accident or injury.
【About the torque wrench】
In order to prevent the leak of the refrigerant by the weak tightening of the flare nut or to
prevent the damage of the copper tube flare section by tightening too much, bind the flare nut
with a proper bolting torque. If a torque wrench is attached with a regular bolting torque, the
head will eventually break.

Operating instructions
1.Connect the flare nut onto the flare male connector in advance.
Tighten the flare connection to the point where you can manually
tighten by hand.
2. Seize the grip firmly to exert torque.
The right torque value cannot be achieved without seizing the grip.
3. Move the torque wrench in the direction of the arrow mark.
Strong torque in the opposite direction could cause damage to the torque
wrench.

4. Stop tightening when hearing the grip click.
Further tightening results in excessive torque.
5. When moving the torque wrench, be careful not to hit the
surrounding things by the hand or elbow.
6. Do not substitute the torque wrench as a hammer or lever.
A deformed head or tube causes malfunction and affects precision.
7. Keep in mind the direction of force.
The direction of force must be perpendicular to the torque wrench.
(permissible ±15°and within 15°from side to side and up and down)
8. Before storage after use, remove dirt, dust, mud, oil, moisture etc.
9. The torque wrench requires regular inspection.
(Recommend to check the torque value once a year.)
