3Produktbeschreibun

3.1 Terminal T15-EOS

Der Terminal T15-EOS steht als Thin Client (EOS-TCL), WEB-Terminal (EOS-WEB) oder als

SPS-Bedienterminal (EOS-PLC) zur Verfügung. Das integrierte 15“ TFT Display wird durch eine

thermisch vorgespannte und entspiegelte Schutzscheibe geschützt. Das Gehäuse ist rundum

spritzwassergeschützt nach IP 65.

Beim Thin Client (EOS-TCL) werden alle Rechneroperationen auf einem zentralen Server

ausgeführt. Lediglich die Ein- und Ausgabe wird über ein optimiertes Protokoll (RDP oder ICA)

per Ethernet auf den Thin Client übertragen. Bei einem evtl. NOT-AUS entsteht somit kein

Datenverlust.

Durch die Ausstattung mit Windows CE 4.1 NET und einem Browser kann der T15-EOS als

WEB-Bedienterminal eingesetzt werden. Im Unterschied zum Thin Client kann dieses Web-

Terminal im Netz mit jedem Rechner, ohne die Notwendigkeit eines Server-Betriebssystems,

verbunden werden und HTML-Seiten visualisieren.

Der T15-EOS wird durch die Ausstattung mit Windows CE 4.1 NET und zenOn CE zu einem

SPS Bedienterminal. Die Anbindung der SPS erfolgt über Ethernet oder serielle Schnittstelle

und ohne zusätzliche Software.

3. Product Description

3.1 Terminal T15-EOS

The Terminal T15-EOS is available as Thin Client (EOS-TCL), WEB-Terminal (EOS-WEB) or as

PLC-Operating Terminal (EOS-PLC). The integrated 15“ TFT display is protected by a thermally

pre-stressed and antireflection-coated protection glass. The chassis is all around splash

proofed in accordance with IP 65.

At the Thin Client all operation will be managed by an central server. Merely the in and output

will be transfused with a optimised protocol (RDP and ICA) via ethernet to the Thin Client.

Therefore data leakage in case of an emergency shut-down is prevented.

With Windows CE 4.1 NET and an explorer it deployed as a WEB-terminal. The significant

difference from the WEB-Terminal to the Thin Client is the connection between any PC's

without the necessity of a server operating system to visual HTML sides.

The T15-EOS is with the equipment of Windows CE 4.1 NET and and zenON CE a PLC

operation terminal. The connection of the PLC’s (e. g. Siemens S5 and S7, Modbus RTU,

OMRON, Moeller) will be made via ethernet or serial ports without any other software.

3.5 Montage

So gehen Sie bei der Montage vor:

Achten Sie auf fachgerechte Montage

durch autorisiertes Fachpersonal. Des

weiteren muss das Gerät von der

Stromversorgung getrennt und damit

Spannungsfrei sein.

1.) Legen Sie nach dem Auspacken das Gerät

mit der Front auf ein Innenteil der

Verpackung. Damit schützen Sie das

Gehäuse vor Beschädigung!

2.) Öffnen Sie mit einem Kreuzschlitz-

schraubendreher die Schrauben des

Gehäuserahmen.

3.) Nehmen Sie zuerst den Rahmen ab. Durch

leichtes ziehen Richtung Unterseite kann

dann der Deckel vorsichtig abgenommen

3.5 Mounting

Follow this points by the mounting

Please attend of proffessional

mounting by authorisied personal.

Furthermore the system must be

separat from the electricity supply and so that

voltage free.

1.) After unpacking first place the terminal with

the surface on one inlet of the packaging.

Therefore you can protect the chassis

against damaging!

2.) Open with a crosstip screwdriver the

screws on the back side of the

chasisframe.

3.) Take off first the frame. Please take off

carefully. By low push to the bottom, you

4) Führen die Kabel durch den Rahmen und die

Öffnung des Deckels. Montieren Sie den

Gehäusedeckel an den Tragarm.

5) Verbinden Sie nun die Kabel mit den dafür

vorgesehenen Schnittstellen des Mother-

boards (A) in der Front. Eine Person sollte

die Front halten, die andere Person schließt

die Kabelverbindungen zwischen Netzteil

und Front wieder an.

6.) Auf der Rückseite der Front befinden sich

Bolzen, die bei der Montage in die

Schlüssellöcher eingehängt werden

müssen. Der Rahmen wird dann von Hinten

verschraubt.

4) Insert the cables through the frame and

opening of the cover. Mount now the cover

to the mounting arm.

5.) Connect the cables to the ports of the

motherboards (A) at the front. One person

have to hold the front, the other one have

to connect the power supply and the front.

6.) On the backside of the front you will find

some bolts, which must have hook into the

keyholes by mounting. Than you can bolt it

together from the backside.
